I'm so glad we have this Walmart close by. It is located in our town where we can easily go and get work done on a car like changing our tires, tire rotation and other small jobs. The staff is very helpful and are ready to guide us as to what we need to purchase for fixing our cars.

Great customer service. They went out of their way to trouble shoot a tire that we thought was a nail when it was almost quitting time. Quick and friendly service. Scott is a great person and manager.

Every time I call they always try to Lead Me Away by saying that there's a 5-hour wait but you go in and then the guys are just standing around maybe one guy over working on a tire. bad business. My third attempt failed in a reasonable time

Took my 13 dart for an oil change. 20 mins in I was told I needed to go get an oil filter because they don't carry one so I did and in the hour and 30 minutes it took when everything was said and done I get charged the full 60 and the following day my car starts throwing codes for an oil solenoid and a cylinder 4 misfire. I'll be coming back if it blows up. Next time I'll sit in the snow

Very honest people with quality work. I wished they had more seating place while one waits for the tire service or oil changes. They used to have lots of seating area throughout the store but slowly they have removed most of those.

Indiana PA service center scratched every wheel on my moms suv when putting on new tires. Said they submitted a claim and they have yet to do anything. Would never trust them to do anything to my vehicle. Not even replace wiper blades. Over 3000$ for new factory wheels.

I don t know really anything about cars so I was kind of just trusting the mechanics. I paid for a tire rotation two new tires and an oil change. Got the two new tires and an oil change just fine. The problem was I paid for my tires to be rotated and they weren t. I asked the person who rang me out, he went and asked the person who worked on my car and assured him he rotated them. Fast forward to me going to a cookout an hour later and I ask someone there who owns a shop out of town what he thought and he looked at my car just laughed and said I was either ripped off or lied too, so there s that.

Was told it would take an hour to hour and a half for tires. I'm sorry?! NO! My husband use to work doing ALL things automotive and would have been FIRED (on the spot) for taking that long at any of the jobs!

Wouldn t even rate it if I could, was told to come in the afternoon to replace tire due to a nail. Got there at 4:15 , tires center closes at 6:30, was told they can t get us in due to extended wait time. When you are told to come in during a specific time then drive the whole way there on an unsafe tire just to be turned away. Pathetic customer service. Don t recommend.Service: Tires

Service was excellent. The gentlemen behind the counter was very nice and attentive to my needs. I got two tires and left them know the tire pressure required and made note of it. I was happy with my experience with them.

They get three stars for doing an oil change, tire rotation, tire balancing on short notice on a Sunday night.They could have had 5 stars if when I came to pick my truck up, the employee holding the door to the customer area of the auto center would not have told me to "hurry up" because I was the last person to pick up.Funny thing was, I called ahead to verify when my truck was going to be ready and the gentleman on the phone professionally told me that it was going to be a minute because they were running behind.So the fact that the employee holding the door said what he said was ironic considering my wife and I were already hurrying back there from Seward area. We could have gone to another Walmart, but we chose Indiana.Guess I'll "hurry up" and take my business elsewhere.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

So I want to get my oil changed and tires rotated as normal they changed my oil didn t rotate my tires went back in to get my tires rotated they supposedly rotated my tires again I go back out check my tires for the third time and they still didn t rotate them then the guy decided to ask me if I m sure when I have 10,000 miles of wear on my front wheel drive car so there was obviously significant wear on the front than the back so yes I know the difference and they wanted to stand there and argue with me that I didn t know what I was talking about when all was said and done they did rotate the tires again I watch them this time and they decided that I didn t have to pay for the rotation big deal I would definitely recommend checking anything that you have done there to make sure that it is done correctly or have someone check it for you Iive and learn so after 3 hours I got everything done . won t be visiting this tire and lube again .

I replaced my tires and all 4 TPMS in January. Within 3 miles, the TPMS light was back on. I took it back and the tech said the battery was dead in the one sensor, but they was out of sensors. I was advised they would call when they got new ones,. They called and I returned. The shop manager stepped in and just rest the sensor. The light came on again immediately. I have been in the shop with it 7 times now. The shop manager now claims it is my master computer even though the clerk and other technicians advised the store manger that the battery is faulty.My mechanic and other DODGE mechanics laughed and said NO.They sold me a faulty TPMS and shop manager Scott is now lying and saying he replaced it already. I was there everytime and have all the receipts. They only reset the faulty sensor, they never replaced it.

I usually change my own oil, etc, but was traveling, oil was overdue with 1000+ miles to go. To make a long story short, they put 5w20 in my 2000 Toyota, which takes 5w30. Pulling out I noticed the 5w20 on the sticker. Not only is 5w30 recommend by Toyota, I live in Florida... So I went back, shop foreman (?) Took responsibility, said pull it in we'll put 5w30 in it. Fine, even though 5w20 wasn't invented when my car was made. Anyway I thought I'd best change my oil again before it's in the 90s every day, and discovered 1/8" of sealant around the drain plug. I wouldn't take my car to this Walmart auto center unless i was on my way to the scrap yard with it. How much damage can you do with 1 oil change? Take your car here to find out!

Great price on tires. But the tire service is terrible. Slowest "mechanics" I ever saw. And I have experience in mounting and balancing tires. Took almost 2 hours to mount and balance 4 tires. Time is worth more than the money I saved on the tires

Like others, I wasn t told that they wouldn t put my snow tires I ordered from Walmart.com that I had shipped to my house on the front of my car.I told the kid outside that I wanted them on the front, he even looked at the tires to make sure they were their tires, and he never said a word about them not being allowed to mount them on the front.Now I get that the best tires are always supposed to be on the back, even on a front wheel drive, but I just bought two new all seasons from them a month ago that I wanted moved to the back.So I pay for my mounting and balancing and go outside to see two new snow tires on the back of my car!How about telling me upfront and having me sign a waiver that I know the car might possibly slide out with snow tires only on the front? I can drive a 40 ton truck in the snow, I think I m capable of driving my car in it...Now I have to rotate my tires outside beside my house tomorrow.Also, this is the third time they tried telling me, even after telling them I d take care of it, that the tpms sensors I brought with me wouldn t work for my vehicle. I buy four tpms sensors on Amazon or Ebay for $35, and they ve always worked despite Ealmart always, every time, calling me to tell me they cannot program them and that they won t work with my car, a $20 relearn device from Ebay that I bought ten years ago says differently, it s a shsme thru don t have this cheap $20 device that s so easily bought online... So today I did the relearn right out in their parking lot.They re getting three stars because the prices are good but the communication is garbage, and I think I m being generous with the three stars.

Called and ordered front tires for my car.. When they called me to let me know they were inn I told them again I want them on the front and the person on the other line said ok. Took the car in and they were told again to put them on the front and again was told ok.. when the car was done they put the tires on the back... Went in and they said it's agents the law to put them on the front... Why did no one say anything!! I wasted a trip. When I called they did offer a free switch but I was not spending my gas to drive to in d Ian's for there screw up.. Last time I ever go there..

Oil change !! I was told it would take an hour !! It took an HOUR and 45 MINUTES !! If I'd went to Jiffy Lube , would've been out of there in 15 minutes . Not complaining , but heck .

This Walmart auto center got the job done, but it took a long time for someone to meet me prior to getting the service i needed. From a grocery standpoint they always seem to be out of what we need and we have to visit other stores for other items.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Went in for an oil change. Man started draining oil and went on lunch break for an hour. Had no way of leaving so waited about an hour and a half. Very ridiculous.

The customer is always right unless they want an oil other than Pennzoil. Then the customer is wrong and Pennzoil will be used.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
