I have been to several dealerships and auto repair shops over the years, but about 10 years ago I began to take my family's vehicles to Southtowne Motors and have been a loyal customer ever since. They are very accommodating, knowledgeable, and make me feel like a valued customer. I can't say enough about their service. It is very easy to make an appointment and quick to respond with any concerns I may have. I don't go anywhere else to get any vehicles repaired, inspected, oil changed, etc. All of the people there are always very friendly and give thorough explanations pertaining to what needs to be done, why it needs done, and costs involved. I depend very much on my car and Southtowne Motors is that dependable auto repair shop that I needed. Thanks to everyone at Southtowne Motors!

The South town Motors is the worse place to shop. The owner Carol Scott has really bad customer service skills. Her tone and attitude is grim. She's rude and short patient. I felt like "wow" maybe we should go some where else. But the maintenance department crew seemed much better to talk to. If this review seems for-fetched just call & and see for yourself.

Best mechanic I have ever gone to. Wish I was still in the area so I could keep going to this place. Fair prices and even though they are normally pretty busy, they always manage to get work down fast. Honest and reliable mechanics are hard to find. These people are truly the best.

I am from Ohio. After trolling internet websites for countless hours I found a truck at Southtowne Motors. I hesitated to make the 2 1/2 hour drive to see and test drive it; but I'm sure glad I did. After speaking to Bill on the phone a few times we made the trip. Most dealers I dealt with up to this point told me anything I wanted to hear just to get me to show up. Only to find their description and knowledge of the vehicle was not accurate. Bill described this vehicle perfectly. Upon arrival I was pleased to see not only was he honest about the truck but it actually exceeded my expectations. He went over with me all the work they had done on the truck and answered every question in great detail. Most importantly he treated not only me but my wife with the upmost respect! After taking a decently long test drive we decided to buy! Buying process was extremely relaxed and paperwork was completed quickly and stress free. Unfortunately we were unable to take the truck home that day. After explaining to Bill where we lived he came to our rescue and told me he would deliver the truck to us only 20 minutes from where we lived saving us another 2 1/2 hour drive. What a life saver!!! Dealerships and people like this are few and far between in this industry and I'm so thankful to have found Southtowne Motors. I now have their website saved and will definitely look at their site first next time I'm looking to buy!!!

I can't recomend Brad and his guys highly enough. Their customer service is outstanding. They are also honest and straightforward with their customers. They won't steer you wrong about what your vehicle needs or try to sell you anything you don't need. I trust their judgement and would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

I was trying to transfer a car title. The hours of operation state they are open until 3 pm on Saturdays. I was there at 12:45 when someone, I unfortunately didn t get her name since she spoke only to my father, stated they were closing up. She proceeded to get in her car and drive off without another word, leaving us there in the parking lot at a loss of what to do. Very poor business etiquette. Would not recommend.

The worst experience ever. We went here to get our daughter a vehicle for college. They told us a couple days to a week for title, they asked her to put money down on it so she did. They never contacted us about the title issue and cashed her check. Then never called us we had to keep calling them. They said they would do whatever she wanted, until we showed up they gave her back the check after telling us over a month the title was coming. Bad experience the whole way around.

We were fortunate to find Southtowne Motors when we moved to town and wouldn't go anywhere else! The service has been great and Brad is personable and attentive to us as customers. We always recommend Southtowne Motors to friends who are looking for a place to have their cars serviced.

Came to look at a truck today. We arrived, owner said he would be a couple minutes to help us. We waited for 30 minutes. Owner and his buddies were playing with equipment in the back. My husband went over to ask if we could have the keys to look at a truck. Owner then told my husband he was too busy, and asked if we could come back tomorrow. If the owner isnt interested in selling the cars on his lot, then he shouldnt be operating a car lot. He couldn't take the 30 seconds it would take to grab the keys and hand them off. Wouldn't recommend.

Very upset. Set up time to meet the owner Bill. Waited in their parking lot for an hour and a half even after talking to the Secretary. As well as, looking at the vehicle it was obviously in much worse condition then described. Never did meet Bill and i hope i never do.

Had great service today. They really listened to us, gave us some ideas and answered all questions. Willing to work with us and our needs, fast on calling back with the information we asked about.

These guys are the best! They always look for the best and least costly fix to an issue. They have gone above and beyond in helping me out. I would recommend them to everyone (except I also want to make sure that they always have time for me! ;-)

I'm not sure about the sales but the repair garage had horrible customer service and they treated my father very poorly... had our car for over 2 months and didn't fix it , gave us a large bill and when my father would call in or stop in to try get an answer they ignored him half the time and wouldn't return calls... the garage we took it to now says it will be fixed soon and for the same cost they charged us to do nothing... pretty disappointing we would have liked to support them

Office not open during appointment time, had to walk across property to find a working printer, assigned trailer's lights didn't work. Over an hour for a 10 minute pickup.
