Horrible experience! For years our family has used the Kittanning Sherwin Williams store & been happy customers. But this particular time it was closer to go to Indiana. On the 1st visit, the guy working guaranteed we didn't need a primer with the paint we were buying. That sounded crazy, & we asked questions, but he assured us we didn't need it. He was very wrong, & that created so much work for us to remove the botched-up paint from the project. So when we went back to get primer, the guy working that day basically called us a liar because multiple times he said: "My guys would NEVER say that!" Our 3rd visit was to buy more paint. We only needed a quart. They didn't have it, so we asked him to call the Kittanning store to see if they had it. He refused & said he'd sell us a gallon at a discount because the quart would have cost $32 & the gallon he gave to us for like $45. We were in a hurry so we did that. But later just for kicks we called the Kittanning store. Not only did they have our color in quart size, but it was only $20, not the $32 quoted to us in Indiana.

The salesman was very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. I was able to take home a hugh selection of color samples on a convenient wheel of colors the store offered, so that I could match up my kitchen.

Very helpful and friendly people to buy. Manger goes well beyond normal in helping and friendly attitude. Good store with great employee's
