Today my boyfriend and I stopped in to look at a Ford Edge. While we were looking, Steve came out and asked if we were interested. We told him and he immediately asked if we wanted to go in and run numbers and see what he could do for us. Steve was so helpful, he explained everything to us, step by step. He even went the extra mile, literally, to meet my dad half way to sign papers since he was a co-signer for me so I could leave with my car the same day. We will definitely be back!

They were amazing to deal with. I came from out of state and they stayed open late and waited for me to arrive. The truck was exactly as described. I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle again from them again

Today me an my girlfriend went looking for her first car. We stopped in she seen one she liked an without hesitation Steve jumped right in and got to work. He went above and beyond for us to leave with a car. I bought my first car there 2 years ago an it was the same way. Steve is a great salesman and gets things done. We will continue to go there!!! Steve was thorough, engaging and knowledgeable. He allowed us to ask as many questions as we wanted and never pressured to sell. And unlike other dealers we have worked with, he did what he said he would do and when he said he would do it. Sadly this is a rare trait but one we appreciated. Just bought our second car here. Steve made the process quick and easy. We left with an suv that was on the lot only a couple of hours. So if you see one. Better stop! If we would have waited a day we would have missed out!

We bought a truck from North East Locaters a few weeks ago and it was an AMAZING experience! From the first time we spoke with Steve to the time we picked up our truck, he made us feel valued and respected. We went to quite a few dealerships before finding them and they were pushy and sometimes dishonest. Even the other dealerships websites we found inaccurate in their description and the pictures misleading. We live in Southern Utah and we had to fly out to Pennsylvania to pick up the truck and bring it home. Buying a truck we had not test driven before was terrifying, but we were very pleased to see the truck was even nicer then what we thought! Steve was nice enough to arrange a car and pick us up at the airport. He had the truck immaculate and we had a full tank of gas. We would recommend North East locaters to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. The drive home was long but because of their top notch service and great price it was well worth the 30 hour drive. Thank you North East Locaters we LOVE our truck!!

Had body work done 2 times at NEL , very pleased with the work done, Adam and his crew go above and beyond to do top notch work. I recommend NEL body shop for any body needs on your vehicle's. They detail the vechile inside and out. Looks great well done again NEL. Great to know I can trust them with my baby girl.

I cannot say enough great things about the service we received. Since the vehicle industry is often male dominated, it s easy for women to feel dismissed or taken advantage of, but North East Locators provided the opposite experience. They were attentive, genuine, respectful, and trustworthy from start to finish. No phony used car salesman vibes here. Highly recommend and will likely return for the next one.

I have taken my vehicles to Adam for many years to have fixed after deer damage. They are very efficient in fixing the damage and addressing any questions/issues that may arise. I highly recommend them. Thank you for taking such good care of my vehicles.

As you can see in my before and after pictures, North East Locators is where you take your vehicle to be repaired after hitting a deer !! Not only did Steve, and Adam from the body shop help make me feel comfortable with them doing the work they kept me informed on what they were doing and how its going to be done! My truck looks better than when it came off factory floor and I'm now going to them for all my car needs ! They also Detailed my truck ! Phenomenal Job!!!!

Steve was Awesome! We love our 2016 Subaru Impreza! The car was fully serviced and clean. You will notice they run things a little differently than your big dealerships. I've had my fair share of big dealerships and this was by far the best experience I've ever had buying a car! Steve is very good at explaining everything and very truthful.

My car insurance recommended them and so that s who we went with. I m so thankful we did! They were wonderful from the start! Very kind and respectful. Honest about how long it may take for parts to come in. When they were able to do the work it was on a week I was going to see my daughter in college so I had insane time constraints. They actually got it done early for me. While I hope I don t need body work done in any of my cars again, if I do this will absolutely be the place we choose!
