I wish I could rate 0 stars, been trying to get my car inspection for the past month, they'll tell you that you need a certain document and then when you send the document they'll tell you that you didn't have the correct format in terms of it being "it can't be a JPG, it had to be a PDF" even though when you pront the image it's thr exact same, they are lazy and don't care about their jobs, both of the 2 the on-site mechanic were just complaining about customers the entire time I was there trying to get my issues sorted out and the staff didn't help me at all, again this is the 4th time I went for an inspection cause it's cheap there, but they literally don't want to work at all there, I would recommend paying double their price for inspection cause it'll save you money in the long run cause they just don't want to inspect your car, and the ticket for driving a car without inspection is a hefty ticket, it's way more than just to take it to anywhere but monro, cause monro indiana will find any excuse not to work on your car. Worst mechanic I've ever been to, wish I could rate it lower

Dropped car off Monday at 2:30 to have brakes done. Was supposed to be finished by 7:00 close. They never called or touched the car. Picked up Tuesday at noon in same spot we parked, right in front of bay doors. Mechanic told us they flat out lied about being able to do the work and he could maybe get to it Wednesday. Taking car to dealership. trying to call this place is also a nightmare. Lesson learned. Can't wait to see their generic sorry please call us at 800 number response.

I had a 9:30 appointment for an oil change. They told me it would be an hour wait. Pulled my truck in at 12 pm. My truck wasn t done until 1pm. Throughout the time spent there, the employee was looking for reasons to turn people away. Not a good place to go. Go anywhere else. This should be your last resort.

My girlfriend and I went in for an oil change as well as check on a few things happening to her car. The man there, Rico, helped us with everything and provided us with excellent service the entire time. He did everything and then some to make sure we were taken care of. We will be coming back for anything else that we may need in the future!

Highway robbery here need brake pads on the front went to advance bought a set told them on the phone I had them they set up the appointment lady goes we can t use those pads you have to use are I asked how much where they they are out here charging $220 for pads that I picked up at advance for $40 JUST PADS MY CARS WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN I walked out the door don t worry Delaneys Chevrolet took care of it that day! And was way cheaper then you

Went here in the case of an emergency since rotors were shot. Over paid, and they somehow seized my rear brakes. $500 down the drain. This is why I go to Sunoco in Clarksburg, PA .. lesson learned. I m better off towing to a trusted mechanic than stopping here.

I have been going to this shop since I was a freshman and I graduate this semester. Dave has been the most helpful mechanic I have ever known. I would honestly drive an hour just to come here since they show you what s wrong with the vehicle and explain things throughly. They are honest people, thank you for the help the past 4 years!

I really appreciate the men that helped me with my brake light today. I 100% will be returning. I pulled in without an appointment and they immediately were ready to help me out. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Much appreciated! 5 stars! I will be referring my friends and family. Thank you guys!!

I took my car in and was told it needed new brake pads, mufflers, rotors, suspension and other unnecessary repairs which was not true and confirmed by a reliable mechanic after I felt I needed a second opinion. They offered to buy my car as well. My mechanic has informed me that my car has few more good years and selling it at this point is completely unnecessary. These workers are either incompetent or crooks either way DO NOT GO HERE. They have scammed me and my mother there is no discrimination on who they will try to take advantage of.

I just had to change my review it used to be 5 stars I debated on doing so these last few days but I've decided I will do it since everything has changed there the current staff is nothing like they used to be good trusted mechanics and would take the time to explain the issue so you understood what was going wrong with your car I felt I was student taking a class before but now they don't tell you nothing but a high price and don't want to explain why it's that was Chris was the guy at the counter and he literally said "price is what it is you want it fixed or can you not afford it" and I still didn't even know what was getting fixed

Showed up to my scheduled appointment time for an oil change to be told that they couldn t do it today. What s the point of making an appointment and confirming it if you re not going to actually do the service? Maybe if they would ve called to tell me that they couldn t do it I d be annoyed but to not even notify me? Then to offer nothing but to reschedule the appointment that apparently means nothing.

I always take my car to Monro to be serviced, and I always have a great experience. The staff there are kind, and they always give me a fair deal. Each time, they make sure to educate me on the problem, and I leave knowing a little more about my car, and about cars in general. It s so nice to take my car to a mechanic who does great work, without the fear of being ever ripped off. I recommend them to all my friends!

Went in for an inspection didnt even take my tires off but somehow knew i needed 1200 dollars worth of repairs to pass inspection. Took it down to firestone in johnstown and passed my inspection fine for 20 dollars. They said my brakes were worn but could pass inspection easily which makes sense since i got 4 rotors a year prior. The mechanics here are either ignorant or malicious.

Honda dealership told me 500 without looking at it , took it here same day and swapped appointments and I was so glad I did taking it here I only paid 200 as I just needed back brakes , only downside was it took most of the day but wasn t there fault as they needed a part and had to wait for it to arrive will use again.

Went in for simple maintenance and the manger Chris Keller was extremely rude and basically ignored me when I was trying to check my car in and when he finally looked up from his laptop he said to me what do you want in a rude way I can say this is my first time at this location and it has changed my view of the franchise in a whole

******BEWARE******My daughter took her car there on Wed 7/5/23. She needed brakes, rotors and caliper replaced on front left side. The quote $1041. When I called to tell monro we changed our mind and we were coming to pickup the car; Dave who I'm assuming is the manager; hung up on me. Our regular mechanic had a cancelation and got her in on Fri 7/7/23. Total bill including labor $374. Top it off Monro told her all 4 tires were bald and the car was unsafe. My mechanic said the current tires are fine but will need replaced before winter.

Very high price. An oil change costs double of any other oil change I have ever gotten. $130 for oil change and nothing else.

I've got an old jeep that needed a new muffler/exhaust system. BAD.I was able to make my apt online, which was great. They only had my jeep for about two days, and had my jeep back to me sounding great.Fast forward a few weeks and I started hearing some loud vibration noises, I took it in, and they fixed the issue, for free. (Minor problem)I was very appreciative of the service I received, and the man who worked on it told me the problem and was very nice.Thanks!

This service center deserves 100 stars not just 5. The mechanics were top-notch! They couldn't have been more pleasant or professional!!! I will never go anywhere else for my vehicle's service needs!!!! Superior in every way!!!!

I will NEVER take my car here again. The waiting room had five people in it and the guy at the desk was on the phone with someone who had work done to their vehicle, and was taking his credit card information over the phone on speaker including the security code. How easy it is today to steal people's identity, I will never go here again and this was totally UNACCEPTABLE!)Also, the guy at the desk was not friendly at all, had an attitude towards people, and can't even say you're welcome. Which doesn't bother me as much as taking somebody's credit card information over the phone while on speaker, but still does not make me want to go there again. Very rude

Had a flat tire this morning and Walmart refused to put the tire that I bought on. Went to Monro and they were super understanding and put the tire on for me. Highly recommend them.
