I was impressed with this shop! I needed a power window regulator fixed and Jimmy s shop did it at a fairer price than other shops and in the same day that he looked at it. Him and his wife seem like very nice people, and they were professional and communicative about what the cost would be and what it required. I recommend this shop for great, affordable, professional, and timely service :-)Service: Auto power window repair

These folks are great!! My car started acting-up on the tail end of a three hour trip to take my mother to see my dad in the hospital. After a quick web search, I called Jimmy s, and they told me to bring it in, and they d take a look. They hooked it up to their code reader pretty much within five minutes. In ten they had a likely culprit. Within the hour they had found the lowest cost parts they felt were trustworthy, and before much longer than that, I was back on the road again. Super professional, very friendly and helpful, and the banter between this husband and wife team eased the tension through the process. I only have two regrets. One, that it s too far to bring my car regularly, and Two, I made Jimmy get his hands dirty. ;). Thanks folks - best emergency car repair ever!!

Jim and his wife were more than accommodating last week when I had a problem with my tire. We came 6 hours from NY and didn't want to drive back home on it. When our stay ended earlier than expected Jim's wife helped us with transportation from our hotel so we could check out, let us unload our belongings in our car, then brought us to a restaurant so we could have a leisurely lunch while the tire was being replaced. Exceptional service, honest, and very friendly owners! We would highly recommend them to anyone!

My husbands van, which is his work vehicle as he is self employed, wouldn't start when he tried to leave for work in the morning. We had it towed to Jimmy's and he made sure he was back on the road within 24 hours so my husband wouldn't have to cancel/postpone any more work than necessary. My husband has close to 900 clients that he does work for each year and we don't like to inconvenience our clients because of a broken down vehicle. Jimmy stayed late on a Friday evening to make sure his vehicle was running properly and we were able to pick it up so my husband could go to a job that was scheduled for Saturday morning. Jimmy is honest and knows what he's doing. He will make sure you get the service you deserve at a reasonable price.

I got a flat tire while on a work trip and Jimmy's Auto Repair went out of their way to help me. They were professional, kind and very knowledgeable. I am so thankful for their assistance!

Jimmy and his wife do great work. These are genuinely good people that do honest, knowledgeable, skilled work at a fair price. My husband and I take all our vehicles to Jimmy. He and his wife are great people and have treated us fairly and gone above and beyond expectations, especially seeing how busy they are.

I ve gone to Jimmy twice to get my vehicle serviced on and spent over 1k at this place with no hesitation. A couple of months after, I went there to have him take a look at my vehicle again and was told that it was going to cost me a certain amount to get it fixed. I was not expecting it to cost as much, so I asked him why it would cost that much? He asked me condescendingly well do you work for free? and followed up with I am not trying to sound like an *ss. Really now? With a response like that, it shows a person s true character and how disrespectful and ignorant they really are. A simple price break down of the service would have sufficed. I am not sure where the misunderstanding would be as we were both speaking the same language, unless it was too difficult for him the comprehend the question that was asked given the context.As mentioned, I have been there before and have paid for every single service, why would I expect to have the service for free?Respect your customers, and they will respect you. Obviously, from what was said to me, he does not care if I return there as I am just one person. However, if you keep talking to your customers like that in such a disrespectful manner, you will end up losing many of your customers. Just because your shop is busy, does not necessarily mean you are doing a good job and treating your customers right. One day, it will eventually catch up to you.

Jimmy's is fantastic! They get your vehicle in quickly and have done an excellent job everytime we bring one of our vehicles in to service. Quick, inexpensive, and so friendly they have earned a life long customer of us.

I ve gone to Jimmy a few times now and has never disappointed. Being away from home for school, having a car is critical for work & class. I ve brought my car in & he had the problem pulled up with a solution ready to roll. Quick service, great prices & overall just a great place. Great place for us college students!! Thanks guys!

I have been a customer at Jimmys Auto Repair since they opened.I was recently in an accident in which my car was totaled!!! Now I am starting out all over again with another used car!It can be terrifying when you have to rely on professionals to do everything.Both Shelly and Jimmy are truly concerned with not only the safety of your vehicle but with your well being. They know what it's like to need groceries too to live!Thank you both for not only your professional service but also your kindness!!!

Great guy upfront and fairHe has knowledge about alot of manufacturers and he's always busy. To me if your booked past 3 weeks that means you do great business and I recommend Jimmy's auto

I went there to get an inspection and failed it because they said the brakes were bad. they kept pushing for them to fix it and i thought that was a bit fishy. So i got some brakes myself so i can change them. turns out they were completely fine. DONT GO HERE OR THEY WILL SCAM YOU
