I have had insurance through this company for some time so of course I called them to inquire about professional liability insurance. Chuck assured me he would get a quote but failed to return phone calls however he had time to leave a 5 star review for his own insurance company. Chuck I will NOT retract this review. I currently have insurance through your company under a different name. I specifically spoke to you about Professional Liability before you went on one of your vacations. I called back in left messages and never received a phone call back. I talked to your receptionist later about the issue and she was going to leave you a message to call me back after your return from another vacation. You failed to call me back so this review is well deserved.

Having just retired, I needed help obtaining health, dental and vision insurance. I was referred to Chuck Houser at Indiana Insurance Group and it was the best call I ever made.Chuck talked to me by phone multiple times and also met with me in person. With his help I enrolled in Pennsylvania s new Pennie health insurance program and also with Ameritas for dental and vision coverage.When I had questions, Chuck had the answers.Chuck earned my trust and my business. I will continue to work with him for many years to come!You should too!

This is the only way I knew to comment on this, but the review from Ruth Weber that clearly is inaccurate comes from an account that just wants to get responses or go after specific companies in the area. Looking at her reviews she has 22, all posted between 10-12 hours ago, and more than a few are 1 star and carry outlandish accusations.ADD: No problem, i spent some time reporting the posts which were detrimental to the business. Hopefully they'll make it right.

I happen to know they're pretty great on service and between now having direct access to over 70 carriers, and separate departments for 401k admin, taxes, accounting, group benefits and investments, it might just be one of the best kept non-secrets in the County!
