I called several times for quotes. They were supposed to follow-up but didn't. I called three different times. Finally I got a text asking for pictures when I had already sent them and they confirmed as received. I gave up and went to another agency up in Punxsutawney. It was disappointing as I have a Farmers agent over in Ohio I've always had amazing service from. I had wanted to keep all my policies with Farmers.

I really can't say enough good things about Monica. She knows her products and does her best to get you a good rate. She has always been super to deal with.I'd rather do business with someone I trust instead of a cut rate insurer I don't know. Good peace of mind that way.I have recommended her to many people and will continue to do so.Her customer service skills, product knowledge and great personality make it a no brainier to go here for your insurance. Stop by and give her a chance and you will see for yourself.

We have been with Farmers for a few years after finding our other insurance cost was too high. Farmers provided equal coverage for a better price. Most importantly. our agent Monica Jones was/is very accommodating. She is nice, professional. and knowledgable.Absolutely no regrets so far!

Monica Jones will make you feel welcome and do her best to get you the lowest rates for all of your insurance needs. After that her customer service is top notch. Highly recommend Farmers Insurance with the Monica Jones Agency.

I filed a claim over wind damage which caused a tree to hit my house , my gas grill and other things. Farmers Insurance and Monica Jones took charge and with a day an adjuster was at the house. GREAT people, great insurance company Thanks
