From start to finish, my experience at Delaney was exceptional. Holli was quick and responsive when we called with interest in 2 Subarus. When we pulled up later that day, she had them waiting and ready for us to test drive. She was happy to have both myself and my partner drive the full test loop, and she gave us ample time (even though it was VERY late in the day) to talk and discuss. When it came to price, the vehicles were already competitively priced, however Holly and Andy did everything they could to help us get to a number that worked for us. When we wanted more time to chat, or more info/ numbers (a lease with x amount down, a lease with x amount of miles - in both vehicles, etc.) they were pleasant and accommodating. I never felt like I was a bother to them or an inconvenience. When we decided on a vehicle and moved forward, they were excited for us and happy to help us take the next steps. Even though it was well past closing they accommodated us and for us in and out as quickly as possible, while still providing excellent service and engaging in the excitement with us! I truly have nothing negative about this experience and have only great things to say about Delaney, and especially Holli. We will certainly be back and have shared this positive experience with as many people as we can to ensure they get to experience this exceptional service experience, too. Can t recommend Delaney enough!

I am a tough customer. I went into this sale with a pessimistic attitude and did not think a better deal was possible. I had already put money down on another car. Then, I met Mr. JD Brown. His kindness and positivity are hard to resist. He insisted that I would get a deal even though I was skeptical. First shot, wasn t what I wanted. While we waited, we exchanged our histories and had a few laughs. Michael Black waved some sort of magic wand and brought me a deal that surpassed my expectations. My mouth dropped open, and I was beyond excited to say SOLD. The process was positive and completely transparent. They listened to what I needed, and I felt valued as a customer. If you need someone who wants to make you happy in a car, go see JD. If you want to bicker and battle for a car, I would suggest you head down the road. I didn t need to fuss or fight. I will definitely be returning for my next Subaru purchase or maybe just to say hi to JD.

Wanted to thank Andy Gnibus for his patience in showing me everything I need to know about my new Subaru. Originally thought I wasn t going to benefit much but so glad I went and had Andy go over what the new vehicle could do. Unbelievable how far technology has come. Also wanted to thank Jesse Collier for making it easy buying a new vehicle. Second he has sold me.

I had a bad experience with the dealership in 2008 (charged for undercoating that was not done and that I had repeatedly said I did not want). I was done with dealerships and purchased 5 vehicles since then from Blue Knob, avoiding the negotiation process. I recently decided I wanted a Subaru and went in to look with hesitation.The experience could not have been better. As soon as I met Holli, I knew I would be purchasing a vehicle from her. I bought a Forester Sport in late December. I cannot recommend Holli highly enough. After purchase Andy walked me through the tech and was readily available to answer a question I had just yesterday. No pressure, totally great experience.

Just purchased my second Subaru from Delaney! Great experience both times. The staff makes the process a fun one. Holli was great. She helped me pick a vehicle I didn't even know I needed. In love with my brand new Wilderness! I will definitely continue to be a repeat customer.

Very impressed and pleased with the sales staff, especially Holli Canton. She walked me through the process thoroughly, taking time to explain everything about the Subaru Impreza in great detail. I highly recommend Delaney Subaru if you're looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle.

Delaney Subaru is hands down one of the best places I ve ever been worked. Yes I am an employee and somewhat bias but I ll tell you what, I ve never worked with a group of people who went above and beyond for customers the way these folks do. This years they were the Number One employer of Indiana County and there s no question why. Customers enjoy coming to visit us and they re always repeat customers. That says a lot!!

We had a wonderful sale lady (Holli) at Delaney Subaru. She went out of her way to meet our needs. Everyone was exceptionally nice and very helpful. Highly recommend Delaney Subaru

Service center is not honest with you and as a woman I was brushed off whenever I would express a concern about my tires, was told they would look into it and they didn't do anything. I had to turn around and come back and talk to the manager.

I worked with both Art and Holli to get my car ordered and they were wonderful throughout the entire process!!! They worked very hard to make sure my payment was as reasonable as possible, and when I had a problem with my registration after leaving the dealership, Art and his colleagues worked very hard to resolve the issue!

As always, Jesse made the car buying process easy and straight forward. Noah did a good job of explaining everything when it came to finance.Definitely recommend Delaney Subaru for all your car buying and service needs.

Just purchased my second Subaru from Delaney. Their service is top notch. JD my sales took the time to answer all my questions and walked me through the process from start to finish. JD is a very friendly, personable and knowledgeable sales person. Would definitely purchase again from this group.

Mark Moses went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and ensure we not only love the vehicle, but also got the best price possible. Josh Muphy made the delivery and hit every point about the Crosstrek, his passion for the Brand and energy made the experience fun and stress free.This is my 3rd Subaru from Delaney & I always have my service done with them. Aaron Heidenthal is the best. He was able to secure me everything I wanted over the phone, text, and e-mail. All I had to do when I came into Delaney Auto was sign the paperwork and drive away. Hassle free, would recommend to anyone.

Highly recommend Delaney Subaru. Very friendly and extremely helpful sales staff from the first phone call. Mark was the reason we went there in the first place because he didn t blow us off like so many other salesmen at other Subaru dealerships in Pittsburgh area. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly knowledgeable of the cars they sell. JD was great throughout the process. Thanks .we will be back!

My experience buying my Subaru was outstanding! I truly feel a part of the Delaney Subaru family and my hat goes off to the Sales Associate that worked with me, Emily Baird - she was by my side during the whole process and even put beautiful purple balloons on my Forester Sport when it was finally time for delivery. Everyone I worked with at Delaney provided this type of exceptional customer care which is why they are the BEST!

Recently I purchased a Suburu from Delaney Suburu. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated like I was a member of their family. My first encounter was with Emily Baird, she asked me questions so she had some idea of what I was looking for. Then she went to work to find me a Suburu vehicle that fits my budget. After we found one, I met with Art Rayba to do the paperwork. He was very thorough and made sure we understood the information. He was very kind and was not pushy at all. He answered all of our questions. Art stepped aside for a moment but he put us in good hands with Aaron Highenthol. This gentleman asked if we had any other questions or needed anything. These three employees really know how to treat customers. I feel the whole process from walking in the door till picking up the vehicle went smoothly!

I love this dealership. Customer service and service repair for the vehicle is amazing. My husband and I both get our vehicles through Delaney. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Their facility is always clean,bathrooms included. They have a little kids section which makes life easier with an 8 month old waiting for an hour as the car is getting worked on. Jared was our person this time and he was so helpful and did great work

I ve purchased 4 Subarus from Delaney s over the years and they are hands down the best as far as customer satisfaction! My most recent sales associate was Holli Canton and I can not recommend her enough! She made the purchasing process so easy and she kept me well informed of expected timelines. She was extremely knowledgeable and could answer all of my questions. She made me feel confident in her expertise and she was able to help me get the most bang for my buck! Highly recommended!

would definitely recommend them to anyone buying a car. Emily was awesome!! She delivered the car to my house, brought all the papers I needed to sign, I signed them and it was done. By far the easiest car buying experience I ever had.

Holli Canton is absolutely wonderful. My husband and I booked an appointment with her to check out a vehicle. Her knowledge on the vehicle was impressive, and she gave us all of the information needed to help us come to a decision.
