This dealer surpassed my expectations. I purchased a Buick Enclave here in 2023. Excellent service, financing, no pressure. Today I took my daughter to see RON who made sure her first vehicle purchase went without any issues. I would recommend everyone to this dealer and RON. I plan to make Delaney and RON my go to for my family! Family approved!!!

In 2020 I bought a certified pre-owned impress they gave me 3 year bumper to bumper and 7 year engine drive train transmission coverage. So far, I have only had one wiper blade Replaced. free.

This experience at Hyundai Delaney was exceptional. I have nothing but kind words to say about the entire team there. I have been treated with respect and professionalism and could not have asked for a better experience in purchasing my new vehicle. Ron was courteous and professional; he did not try to sell me unnecessary items and did not try to haggle with me. He gave me clear information and when I told him what I needed and my budget he made it work for me. I felt heard and appreciated as a customer. I was also able to speak with the manager Mike and he was very kind and considerate and reached out after my purchase to congratulate me. I was very happy to purchase a Hyundai (my first) which promotes research to end childhood cancer. I would not hesitate to make another purchase with Ron and would whole heartedly recommend him and the team for anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle from a company that respects your time and needs.

Fantastic experience I had at Delaney Hyundai / Subaru when replacing my 2010 Tacoma. Vehicles sell themselves to me and I was 'sold' on this one after I drove it. But the team there did about everything I could ask to make the deal right so I could follow through and make my purchase. Dimonique Allen is the one to see, she'll work hard to to get the deal you need. If you believe in "Pennies from Heaven" stop by and let her be your 'Dime' today! I love my 'new' 2019 Taco too!

After finding a car online at a different dealer and getting confirmation that the car was at this other dealer's location, drove 35 minutes to find that the car was at their other location but they could get it in 1-2 hours. Before doing that, asked for a total price estimate with my trade. Valued my trade as scrap.While in this first dealer's parking lot, called Delaney and talked to Ron. While on the phone, he verified the car I wanted was on the lot and I told him I would be there in an hour. When I got there, the car was sitting in front of the building. Talked to Ron, got a reasonable price for my trade and got a few $$ off the price. In less than 2 hours all paperwork completed and I drove away with my new car. Great work by Ron and Noah. Well run dealership.

If I could give zero stars I would. My wife had a 2019 tuscon that we purchased brand new and consumes oil like you wouldn't believe. The bozo at the service department told her it is normal to use a quart or more of oil every thousand miles and to check the oil when it is warm. I would tell anyone to steer clear of these cheapskates.Thankfully we got a chevrolet for her now and don't have to deal with these lowlifes.

I got myself a 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. I had an amazing experience. This dealership stands true to their values and care for their customers. Even during such time where all the other dealers are price gauging they don t charge extra. Pricing is straight forward, clear and transparent.I suggest this dealership to everyone. I drove 3 hours to get my car and wasn t disappointed a bit.They even offered good price for my trade in.Such honest dealerships should be promoted and appreciated. I am now a lifelong customer for Delaney .

I was unable to find the car I wanted everywhere and all the dealerships told me they could not get me the car I wanted. Then I phoned Ron McCombie at Delaney and he would not stop until he found me one, even in the color I wanted. And sure enough as promised in only 3 days I was driving my new car!! He went above & beyond to find me my car. Very good service and I highly recommend this dealership & Ron!!

My experience at Delaney Hyundai was a pleasant surprise. Everything from start to finish went incredibly well. I should start by saying that Delaney Hyundai is about 75 miles from my house, so contacting them despite at least 10 Hyundai dealers being closer was a matter of finding a particular vehicle, not favoritism toward the dealership. On Saturday I received an email from Noah Stricker regarding the interest I had submitted for the 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz SEL. I offered MSRP and they accepted it - No "market adjustment" - a charge in thousands of dollars that dealerships are adding "just because", no dealer tricks - all i had to do was to submit the $500 refundable deposit and they would hold it for me while they prepared the paperwork. As this was around closing time on Saturday night, we would finish everything up on Monday. On Monday, Noah put me in touch with the finance manager, one Justin Harper. My experience with finance managers has been mixed, but Justin was exactly what I needed - someone who would find me the lowest interest rate possible and who, when it came to the dealer add-ons (i.e. appearance packages, GAP insurance, key and tire insurance) was thorough enough to identify where any of these packages would be beneficial to me, while not treating me with disdain for refusing any of them. Few things about buying a new car have made me more frustrated than getting to that dealer add-on part and having someone condescend to me like I don't know what I'm doing with money. I appreciated Justin for having been awesome throughout that, and for getting me a rate lower than the promised rate on the initial offer I had submitted through the web. We worked it out the payments together, I used my amortization calculator in excel to determine the down-payment I wanted to make consistent with the desired monthly payments, he looked at it on his end, agreed, and made it happen. We did all of the paperwork online, and all that was left was getting the vehicle.That's the best part. Noah scheduled DELIVERY of the vehicle for 11:30am the next day, and within 15 minutes of the promised time, he was in my driveway with my new blue 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz SEL, a swell-looking automobile at a great price that I didn't even need to leave my house to get. We verified paperwork, he showed me some of the tech, and a half-hour after he had arrived, he entered the follow vehicle that came with him to drop it off and headed back to Indiana, PA. Without a doubt, this was the best new vehicle purchasing experience EVER. I recommend Delaney Hyundai dealer wholeheartedly; If you were to take my advice, go there, drop my name, and buy a car, I don't even want the money for the referral, I'll donate it to charity. That's how strongly I feel about this dealer's practices, and my hope for you to enjoy a hassle-free purchase experience from start to finish as did I.

Have purchased/ leased 3 other Hyundais over the years, leased for 3 years, husband s vehicle and my son s car. All from this dealer. Great service department. My son's car was towed from Mike Camlin in Greensburg to this dealership as we didn't trust what the service department was telling us was wrong, the car is 5 months old and they wanted a 1000 dollar fix claiming bad gas, which was NOT the issue, just a way to rip unquestioning customers off. Delaney looked at the car quickly, and found no problem with the gas, I appreciate their honesty and great communication with my son. We will be using their service from this day on.I would highly recommend them to others if you want honest service from friendly, helpful and straightforward staff. And I especially thank the mechanic who communicated directly with my son, I am unsure of his name, but he deserves recognition for his great customer service and honesty. Thanks

My experience in buying a new Hyundai vehicle can only be describes as a pleasure. Our Sales person Noah was very professional but also extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles he had to offer. His willingness to show us all the options available along with taking time to explain in detail all the features. We decided on a new Tuscon, because there were no vehicles on the lot that met our requirements we ordered a vehicle. Again Noah kept us fully aware of the progress through the factory and called when he had a firm delivery date. On the day we picked up our new vehicle Noah again took pains to make us comfortable in showing all the nuances of the modern options in the vehicle. Also all the paperwork was prepared in advance making closing painless. All in all a very painless and pleasant way to buy a new car. My hats of to Delaney Hyundai and to Noah Stricker.

Even though I drove 3 hours away to get a car from Delaney Hyundai, it was amazing experience. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Jason and Noah did a great job to get me a great deal on my trade and get me in a new car. Overall great experience as a first time car buyer.

I have to agree with Troy below and recommend that service at this dealership is not skillful. Here s how to use the services provided to your benefit. Go in and ask only for a free inspection. Do not agree to anything before it is quoted on paper with prices. Once they come back with their list of things that need to be done which runs about $1k. You can request part numbers. If your vehicle is older like mine, there will be plenty of after market options available online for a fraction of the price. Then you can bring them to a repair shop which offers reasonable prices for labor and get your repairs and fixes needed. If you are a strong negotiator and skilled in conversation, this is worthwhile information. If you do not like high pressure situations and/or escalating issues, I would invite you to look elsewhere. Life is very difficult these days for a number of reasons. Living in a small town, our businesses and services should support the community. After my experiences I cannot recommend this dealership. I hope that when someone reads this, they think of the people they help as most important.

I recently bought a 2022 Hyundai Tucson. My salesperson was Noah Stricker and he was more than helpful. Noah met with me to discuss my wants/needs in a vehicle and paired me with the best fit for me! He then pulled a bunch of strings and worked tirelessly to find me the vehicle I needed even though they did not have it on their lot. I was very impressed with his work effort and passion. This all happened so quickly, even during a time where vehicles are hard to come by. I would definitely do business at Delaney Hyundai and with Noah again. I am very pleased with how my search for a vehicle turned out.

I am extremely happy with the service and I was very happy with how professional Ron was. We wete out of state customer and when we arrived we were welcomed with warmth and smiles. Driving all night to get to dealersgip from North Carolina, Ron made us feel less tired and more excited about our purchase. The sales manager was very nice and came to congratulate us on our purchase. First time I saw that in my car purchasing history. This is our 15th car and never met the manager. Do not EVER go to them. They want every penny you have. Worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership! Trust me when I say you will be so much happier choosing elsewhere to take your business! I bought a vehicle at this place about 2 years ago. From day one it was a mistake my salesman not sure of his name was nice. Shortly after I bought it I went in to talk to him about all the stuff he was going to do with my car Pryor to buying. I went back a couple days later and he quit. So now I didn t have a salesman. I talked to the GM and higher up and they didn t want to do any of it since he quit it was my word over his. There is so much I could go on about but I m trying to keep it short. But be prepared to go in and fail inspection every single time and will cost hundreds of dollars every time. Just do your self a favor and go else where with better customer service. If you chose to go.. good luck! So many better places in Indiana!

Jason, mike and Art were all great to work with plus the whole stuff. Everyone acknowledged us by name, and made the whole day a great experience!

I had an issue with paint peeling off my hood on our Santa Fe.Ron McCombie spoke with the service department and they were able to get 85% of the cost covered by Hyundai even though it was out of warranty. Great experience and great paint job!
