Very disappointed with the staff and service at Delaney Honda. I was contacted by Honda regarding a recall and made arrangements to have our van serviced. My wife asked if there was a loaner vehicle or shuttle service so that she could drop off our vehicle and be taken to work. We were told they ran a shuttle at 7:30am and our vehicle would be serviced at 8am when they opened.However, we found out the hard way that they didn't begin shuttle service until 8 and they don't have someone to drive on Wednesdays. So they had to find someone to run the shuttle service.We also requested for them to evaluate the door trim rubber on the passenger side as we consistently hear a whistling noise when driving the van. They said they didn't hear anything. But it's incredibly obvious from the passenger side. I absolutely feel lied to. Of course I can't prove that they didn't evaluate it or look into the whistling noise, but that's the impression I went away with. Regardless if they did or didn't check into it, that's not how a customer should feel.I have taken my previous Honda vehicles to Delaney for routine maintenance and service, but will be supporting other locations with my service needs. Extremely disappointed and will be actively making sure family and friends avoid this business.

Very pleased with service. Did a great job the get a critical part during the chip shortage/supply chain. Back up and running.
