We purchased a car from this dealership about 2 weeks ago. The day we went to go purchase it the battery was dead. We get it things happen no big deal. Well, less than 48 hours after having the car a check engine light comes on. we call the dealership and they try every which way to send us to another dealership for our issue that wants to charge us $179 just for the diagnostics. Meanwhile, we purchased the extended service plan. Then they promise to fix the paint damage on the car (in the we owe) and it looks like they took white out over it. It's embarrassing how bad it looks. Then finally here we are today the window button in the back fell in. This car barely has 12,000 miles on it and it has more problems then I want to admit. The sales manager Art was extremely extremely rude when we were there. He will be the number one reason on why we never go back. We tried to email the General Manager to just not have him respond. If you want a dealership that feels sketchy and doesn't take pride in their customer service this is your dealership.

Excellent place to buy a car, new or used! The staff, particularly Todd Trainor, my salesperson, and Art Raba, treated me like a valued customer! Todd and Art, the Special Finance Manager, worked hard to get me into the car I loved! This is my second time buying a car here and I recommend them to everyone I know! The service department is also stellar! have been thrilled with the care I receive here!

I just purchased a 2022 Honda Accord Sport from this dealership. I have dealt with dealerships and salesman before and have never had the experience like I had buying this car. I have to say the two guys I worked with was awesome. I have nothing bad to say about Art Rayba or Treston Cinko they are both great guys to deal with and will be going back for my next vehicle.

I had a great experience here today! Everyone we spoke to today was so friendly! Our salesperson, Todd Trainor, was so knowledgeable and made the whole experience great and easy. We also worked with Art and Xavier and they were fantastic as well! Everyone stayed after hours with us, and we appreciate it very much. I highly recommend this dealership!!

Delaney Honda is just like many of the other shady deceptive car dealerships. There are plenty of good ones, but they are hard to find. People wonder why dealerships have such a bad rap, it's because of dealers like Delaney Honda. I called talked to Tay on Wednesday Sept 20th, and asked for clearer pictures of a car, asked for a shipping quote, as well as made an offer on the car. He stated the car was going through the shop but he would see about better pictures and see about my offer. Thursday September 21st, Tay texted me to let me know about the shipping cost, and again I ran my offer by him which he said he would run by his manager. Friday and Saturday I heard nothing from him so I texted him again on Monday September 25th, to see about the pictures and asked if they decided if my offer will work. He then told me before he can discuss pricing he needs to speak with me so I called him immediately. Tay went on to tell me how the car is still going through the shop, and again I asked him about my offer, which basically he stated again he would have to check. About four hours later Tay called to let me know they they received a deposit on the car so it is no longer available. I reminded him Wednesday of last week I made an offer and would have made a deposit, or sent a wire for the full amount that I offered but nobody ever got back to me on my offer. Clearly this shady dealership was delaying my offer to see if they got a better offer rather than being honest and acting with integrity that they decline my offer, or counter my offer, but they chose to avoid giving me an answer for days until they received a better offer. Again, this is why so many dealerships have such a bad wrap, but the stereo type is so true in most cases, and 100% Delaney Honda is one of those that should not be trusted.

Had a great experience at this dealership. Communication was great from the moment I called to inquire about a vehicle to the moment we left purchasing. Our salesman Tay was extremely personable and honest throughout the sales process. Xavier was also very kind, efficient, and informative while helping us with the financial process. I don t often leave reviews but thought these guys deserved a shout out. Thank you!

The staff is nice to work with. I took my CRV in today 7/13/23, and they performed a rear frame brace safety recall on it. They were very efficient and courteous, and so far I haven t noticed anything different about the vehicle.I would give 5 stars, but awhile ago we had a separate safety recall on our CRV airbag, so we took it in. They didn t tighten all the screws so one was rattling around loose and kept getting stuck on the horn. So we ended up honking sporadically mid-traffic whenever we turned the wheel and the screw tumbled around. It was somewhat funny, but it became frustrating and distracting. It went on like this for a week or so until they were able to take it back get it fixed. It didn t make me feel confident in the work done on the airbag.Another time (about a month ago) my friend had Delaney do safety recall work on his Pilot, and they didn t tighten all the bolts on a brake caliper. It was loose and started to grind the wheel so badly they had to stop and get it towed. Delaney apologized, paid for the tow bill, and fixed it, but that was a huge oversight, and a safety concern.Probably in 95% of the cases they do everything well. I had a good conversation with their customer service representative after my initial review online, and I think worked to get quality back under control.

Delaney Honda is a wonderful dealership to buy a car and to deal with. And their service at the Honda dealership is excellent. If you are looking for a car you need to check out Delaney Honda because they will give you the best deal that you will get.

Love this place!!! You walk in a stranger and leave feeling like family! Taru you are awesome!!! You were wonderful to work with and made us feel very comfortable and welcome throughout the complete car buying experience. I went to Delaney thinking I wanted to purchase a used vehicle but left in a brand new Honda Pilot and I am more than happy with my decision. I also want to give a shout out to Art ( I can tell you run a tight ship) and to Xavier who makes signing loan papers a walk in the park. I will definitely refer anyone who needs a vehicle to Delaney and I am now a customer for life!!!

I had a great experience at Delaney Honda. I contacted Noah Stricker and inquired about a car. He was able to quickly find me the exact vehicle I was looking for with the best price and great warranty. He was honest and kept me up to date on the estimated arrival. He answered every question and sent pictures as requested. The dealership is 5 &1/2 hours from my home and he coordinated to have the car delivered to my driveway! Noah was there for me every step of the way! I couldn t be more happy with the superior customer service provided.

I had never been to Delaney Honda before. But this was my third Honda CRV. We were welcomed by very nice, knowledgeable, professional people that did everything they could do to get me into another car as soon as possible and with a payment that was good for me. They went above and beyond to make sure I understand the warranty and any other questions I had. I highly recommend if you re in the market for a Honda, stop at Delaney s Honda in Indiana. You won t regret it.

I had a distressing emission system problem warning the day before we were leaving for vacation. Butch got us in, had the problem diagnosed and repaired under warranty by 11:30 the same day. Great job. Thanks Butch. You re a great ambassador for Delaney.

Everything was very clean and well maintained but inventory was extremely low. I guess that is a sign of our times but if you're looking for a new car, you will need to look elsewhere at this time.

I have never purchased a vehicle before from Delaney Honda, but after my recent visit to their dealership, they have definitely earned my business, both now and for the foreseeable future.Within a few hours of inquiring online about a new Civic Sport, I was contacted by more than one employee from the dealership. The Sales Manager (Art) was able to ask me questions over the phone to hone in on my trade-in value and then prepare paperwork so that once I made the trip to the dealership, it would be a simple, in-and-out process. Indeed, that proved to be the case. They not only didn't charge one penny over MSRP, but also offered me a trade-in value that was very comparable to that found at Kelley Blue Book. As an added bonus, they also were able to secure me a white sedan model, my exact preference. Upon meeting with the Finance Manager (Xavier), the paperwork was nearly all electronic and stress- and pressure-free, allowing me to finish the entire transaction in no time at all.I can't recommend Delaney Honda enough. The employees are passionate about the work they do and are more than willing, competent, and happy to meet your needs, both from the standpoints of personal taste as well as budgetary needs. It has been a pleasure working with their team.

We bought our car from Delaney in Dec 2018. The salesman who helped us was very kind, informative, and not pushy. Since then we take our car in for oil changes. Any of the staff we encounter is really friendly. The man who is at the desk when you pull in for maintenance work is really nice and helpful.

Butch is fast and friendly. Great experience with knowledgeable and honest people. I thought my tires might need replaced. But Butch told me they still have some life left. A lot of places would have sold me the tires.

My experience with this dealership was excellent. I was a little apprehensive buying from a dealership because of all of the horror stories that you hear. Last July, I bought a car from a mom and pop dealership thinking the car was in good condition, I had multiple problems with the car starting when I drove it off the lot. Not even having the car a year, it died on me. When I went to Delaney Honda to car shop, we were desperate. Our salesman was amazing. He showed us all of our options and did everything he could to get us into a good car. A month after buying, our air conditioning went out. This was NOT included in our warranty. We had 4 days until our vacation and needed air conditioning! Even being booked into the following week, they took my car in THAT day and 100% made it right in time for us to leave on vacation. I highly recommend this dealership!!

My whole experience with Delaney auto was a pleasant one. I dealt in particular with Sterling, Jesse and Josh. They were nothing but helpful and very honest. I traded in my gmc which had so many problems in a short period of time (from a different dealership) into a much nicer, newer SUV with plenty of warranties. I was very nervous about making such a big purchase so close to the last time I did this but I highly recommend this dealership. They worked very hard to work with my budget. Great job guys and I will be back and let everyone know about you.

We've bought about 10 cars from these guys over the years. They are always so helpful and kind to us when we come in often going above and beyond to help us out. We deal with Ron at the Honda store I recommend him, he's a great guy. If it's a Chevy you're looking for I'd recommend Scott over at the Chevy store. Staff is always warm, friendly, and welcoming. This is our go to place when we're looking to buy a car! Highly recommend!

They we're amazing. I only made an appointment for oil change. When I got there I wanted my transmission fluid changed as well. They checked my tires to see if they needed rotated. They were fine. They let me know they didn't need rotated cuz I wanted it done. It would have cost me more. they also said they could change my filters but it was not necessary. which they could have easily got another $70 out of me for. Is very honest dependable mechanics at the Honda dealership.

Butch was amazing, direct, and friendly.Also the sales rep that we spoke with in the waiting room was also very friendly.I ve brought my vehicle into this dealership twice for servicing so far and both instances have provided me with customer service that I will continually come back for !
