What a breeze! I can see why David Popp is the number one salesman since 2017! He was amazing, attentive, quick, knowledgeable, and friendly! I am so thankful he came out to assist us. This was the easiest sales transaction I ve ever encountered! We will definitely go back!

Without David Popp I would have never found the right vehicle that fit my needs and budget. He truly helped me every step of the way and made the process easy. I went in to "look" and left with a gorgeous new vehicle to last me many years. I would highly recommend him and the Delaney dealership.

We recently purchased a new Corvette at Delaney Chevrolet. They had the exact Corvette we were looking for and we are very pleased with the entire process. First let me say that was the most easiest experience I have ever had in car shopping! I reached out to David several weeks ago about a listing that he had we finally planned a day trip and headed up to the dealership and messaged him in the morning and told him I was coming when I got there he greeted me and although he had a customer he pointed me to Patrick. Patrick worked with us he was confident with his knowledge confident with reality of what I was getting with my purchase he made the purchase very cut and dry easy and painless. I will continue to go back to the dealership for years to come because of how convenient they made the purchase for us.

Never Again. I made an appointment for recall work to be done. Even with giving my VIN while making the appointment it still took over 2 months to do the recalls. I was told several times that more important jobs came in and had to get done before mine. I had to talk to the general manager to get it finished.

Without my approval they ran my credit report on a car they was just showing me. Cause I told her right off the back. No I didn't like the car. So without talking to me first about it. They put an impact on my credit report. So make sure they don't run your credit report before showing you the car.

My experience was my personal best vehicle purchase I've ever had and that was with David Popp, nothing was pushed on me, offers on trade we very fair and he went above and beyond showing me everything with the truck as far as showing me his personal vehicle of which was the same truck and motor as I was buying because there was currently none on the lot. So I personally give David a 20 outta 10 stars. Great experience I will be back in the future!

As a first time car buyer I had the best experience here. I found the car on cars.com and contacted them and was immediately replied by Scott Brown who was so helpful. I live in small town Ohio where cars are overpriced by $5000 and I was able to get an awesome price on an awesome vehicle and get it delivered too! The dealership is very clean and Mr. Quick was very kind, he spotted us looking at the used vehicles down the road from the main dealership. He asked what we were looking for and wanted to make sure we got what were looking for. He offered a test drive and everything right off the bat most would say typical deal behavior, but I think he did it so we could get an idea of we liked the vehicles we were looking at. He gave great details about the vehicles and really knew his stuff.

This is the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. I sold them my truck back on July 26th and I was told I would have my check within a week. I am still waiting for my check. Patrick Hoyman is the sales person I was dealing with and he continually lies and says my check is in the mail. I called his manager and the check hasn t even been wrote out yet, so if this guy is going to lie about my check being written out I can only imagine what he is saying to people trying to sell them a vehicle I guess he is one of them salesman that will tell you anything you want to hear to get the deal done

Got my oil changed in the afternoon. 69.95 then they send email 15 hrs later with a coupon for oil change 49.95. Said monthly coupon but they sent it 13 days into the month. I called. Andrew says he has no control over when they send the coupons. So my advice is schedule your oil change and cancel at the last moment or just don't show up. That should trigger their coupon system. If the manager can't make it right who can?

Called in to get my 2020 Buick Envision in for the 75K service. My front right tire was low but I figured since they would be doing a tire Rotation they would put the proper air in all four tires! My car is my bread & butter and basically my office! As I was going to pick up a client later that day I noticed my front right tire was still low! I called the Service Dept they reassured me my tires (that I paid for) were rotated and that my sensors needs time to recalibrate!I wash my car at least 3 times a week! Well that right front wheel has scuff marks on it and when I checked , yup! That right front tire still had the same stuff marks! I ve been raised around a family who knows more about cars than probably most mechanics. So I reached out to one of the mgr. he did make it right and they did give me a coupon for my next oil change and tire rotation free! Just because I am a woman, and a single mom doesn t mean you have to try to take advantage of me!So GUYS before you go and try to take advantage of the next lady, think about how you would feel (my son was livid) if that lady was your grandmother, mother, daughter, sister or any Lady or Man! Just do your JOB!
