Great experience and great work. I hit a deer and had the tough choice of picking a body shop. Based on reviews I chose Delaney collision center and I was not disappointed. Julie was the first person I spoke to and she was great! Very informative, friendly and made the whole experience easy. They dealt with my insurance company directly and I did not have to go back and forth between them and the insurance. They paid attention to detail on the repairs and kept me updated. Thanks!

This is my second time using Delaney and I couldn't be more happy with them. Communication was excellent and service was great. Obviously with a short in parts which is absolutely not in their control, I still was satisfied with my decision to use them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that experiences any kind of body work that they may need done. Thank you so much.

We are very thankful to Ray, Julie, and all the gang at the Collision Center Body Shop. They did a GREAT job fixing the damage on our Subaru. She looks good as new! They thoroughly inspected and replaced wheel and realigned. Great customer service. They go above and beyond. Kept us updated via text the whole time. Love you all!

Worst place to go for repairs. Hit a deer on January 11th took until April 10th to get my car back an they can't even do there job right. Had to plug my own headlight wire in for they would work. The hood gap is still not right.if I could give them a negative review I would

I was recently in a car accident and Delaney Collision center fixed my car and it looks brand new they do amazing work and very friendly and they updated me through out the whole process and their associate named Will answer all my question !! Would highly recommend

Avoid this collision center as much as you can. I took my car here after a deer hit it on the passenger side and turned out their employees decided to back one of their vehicles into it and damaged it on the driver's side. They were not very concerned with the damage they did to my car and stated "that it happens," they never once said sorry for the damage. There was no compassion whatsoever, even when they say they treat you like family. The only positive feedback I can give about Delaney is about their employees and service over at the main Delaney Honda building across from Walmart. When I went their with my concerns about what had transpired they helped fix the wrong doing of their collision center.

Took 2 months for the repairs and when I got my vehicle back my front tires look bald even though I just bought 4 brand new tires last month. Possible fraudulent businesses. The office was prompt in setting up my appointment. The rep (Stacey) who took pictures of my car took time and patience to answer my many questions. Picking up my car was fast and prompt. Overall, a very positive experience in a stressful situation!
