Jeremiah was an excellent salesman quick and listened to all my concerns. There was no 5 trips back and forth from the sales mangers office either. He gave me the deal I wanted. They instantly came outside the minute I pulled in. The finance man Xavier finished out our papers in under 5 minutes. Ridiculously fast. The owner Stan also thanked us for purchasing the car. Start to finish less than 2 hours. Try beating that. They offer 5 years free inspections free shuttle service for maintenance work free car washes 2 free oil changes as well. I will 1000% recommend this dealer to anyone. Thank you. Steven.

Working with Emily, Xavier, and the other staff made my new car buying experience a breeze! I came from several hours away and Emily was responsive, courteous, and professional. The staff at Colonial Toyota have set the standard for what a professional car dealership should be. They are top notch and I would definitely make the trip again to buy my next car! I highly recommend this dealership. I wish I lived closer to take advantage of the complimentary services they offer.

This is our second purchase from Salesman, Jason Vaughn at Colonial Toyota! Jason is an outstanding saleman in every way ... polite, professional, very knowledgeable, no pressure. Just a gentleman in every sense of the word. We have always had our vehicles serviced at Colonial. The service department is also outstanding! We won't purchase vehicles anywhere else, or have our vehicles serviced elsewhere! Kudos to Colonial for having such a great staff of employees!

Jason Vaughn was great. I saw my new Sienna and knew that was the one for me. No negotiation on the price because they don t get that vehicle in very often. Jason showed me all the new features. My old car was simple with no technology. So this vehicle will have a learning curve. With instructions from Jason I believe I m off to a good start. The paperwork was ready and well prepared. Fast and easy service is what I got and what I expect when you pay the price for vehicles these days. Overall good service and Jason was very knowledgeable.

I contacted Jason a week prior to my visit and explained to him what I was looking for and he stayed in contact with me and made it happen.I appreciate the GM working with me as well to get the deal done. I went in the dealership to buy a vehicle for towing. The salesman recommended a Highlander hybrid. I told him it needed to tow 5,000 lb. After purchasing I found out it would not tow 5,000 lb. They're only solution is for me to trade it in and lose $5,000! I have bought five vehicles from this dealership. This is nothing but outright thievery! I would hope anyone going to this dealership would read the recent reviews and realize what this dealership has become. This will be my last vehicle ever purchased there!

Great experiencei had no problems. Shon Brantley Was my sales rap he was very kind and courteous. He helped me out tremendously. He showed me exactly what I was looking for. I love my New car. They took my truck in as trade. Gave me a good price for my trade. And they gave me a great price on the car that I bought. Everybody there was very nice . I would recommend going there to anybody. Talk to Shon Brantley. very nice gentleman to work with. ( I love my car).

I was on my lunch break so I was very limited on time. The team got my car through the inspection and had me back to work on time. They were very friendly and accommodating despite being extremely busy. I was very pleased with their service.

I bought my car there last may and was informed if you live within so many miles they do a pick upDrop off service for car services. I went to schedule and was asked to drop it off in the morning after I worked nightshift and then they would take me home and drop it off when it was done. Arrived and asked to stay then when said no was treated like an inconvenience by staff. I called back when I woke up to ask about arranging for drop off and was again was treated like an inconvenience and told they would see what staff they could scare up to arrange this. My car was dropped off, never called to inform me it was there, and the keys were left right on the front seat so anybody could have taken it if they wanted. The quality of service was lackluster and down right disrespectful. If it is an inconvenience to do the pick up and drop off service then do not offer it.

I purchased a 2024 Rav 4 hybrid. The process was for the most part was smooth. There were some hiccups with the financing but the team at Colonial worked with me to resolve all issues. This is the third car that I bought from them, and I have been very happy with the service.

Emily was helpful in finding us a car that fit our needs in a timely fashion without rush and pressure. We asked her many questions and opinions and I found she was interested in helping us get that right fit, that right car. We also were able to access car listings from across the Colonial dealership inventory which was so very helpful. Thank you Emily for caring for us!

This location made it possible to come to a deal without using the high pressure tactics most dealers resort to. They were also able to get the exact truck that I wanted in a surprisingly short time. This would have been 5 stars, but I was given the truck with the windows dirty and a poor streaky wash job.

If I could give negative reviews, I would. Sold me a two door car. Only one door worked. Acted like it was my fault, and they had no idea when called about it. Was told after traveling hours ( twice already ) that I'd have to come back because they didn't order the part; even though they were told I'd be there.How do you sell a car with only 1 working door? Apparently you don't check your vehicles before selling.

I was notified at 9:16 on my home computer that my car was ready. However , I was in the waiting area and wasn't notified until 9:47 that my car was ready. What happened ? The work was excellent as usual. But I would like to understand the time difference. As far as the work on the car that would be a "5".

I would suggest taking your vehicle somewhere else. These advisor will take your concerns and issues brush them off, give you full attitude, and tell you that's just how the vehicle is. Your vehicle problems will not be addressed and they will act like everything is fine.
