In July of 2023 my truck went to colonial to get damage to the right side repaired. A week later I went to pick it up and the body work was good. No complaint there. 2 aftermarket wheels that were over 500.00 each were suppose to be refinished as well. They did not repair the wheel, only touched the paint up on them. Still can see the scratches, one was still bent and couldn t be balanced correctly and there s paint marks on the tires so they were not even dismounted from the wheel. I got my keys and went out to a dead battery and inside was completely covered in dust. I went back in they said sorry, during repairs the doors are left open and it must have died from that. No problem, they jumped started it for me and said let it run a little and it will charge. I let it run for an hour. Went in to eat, came out and the battery is dead. I called them they said bring us a receipt and we will reimburse you for the battery and a detail on interior. I went down and got the run around of why it wasnt their fault.A few months later I get court papers in the mail that the insurance paid them but I still owed them money . I went down and paid them over $2,000.00 and now another month has passed and they just sent me a reimbursement check for over payment. Terrrible experience, and would highly not recommend.

This place is a clown show! Staff is flat out rude. We had an agreement on a price for a car. Repeatedly the price to Mike multiple times he said great. Wouldn t take a deposit because we were not financing with them (rate too high). DROVE 4 HOURS! Came in with the funds and the price of the car magically went up. These guys do business in bad faith. We tried to reason with them and at the end of it all they said car is no longer for sale to us. Told them we d leave a negative reviews and he said I don t care. If I could give 0 stars I would.

So where do start? They are terrible! Purchased a 2016 Yukon Denali in May 2023. Vehicle had 90k on odometer. I was told that it went through there service department and that it was eligible for their warrant as long as I kept up with the scheduled maintenance/oil changes etc. I also purchased an extended warranty from them. So after buying the vehicle I noticed it was running rough. This was probably within the first 2k miles. When I had it in for service the service manager told me it was probably spark plugs? He also said the it looks like like the original plugs were still in the vehicle? When I asked him about why they wouldn t be changed before selling me the vehicle he shrugged his shoulders. So I purchased the plugs.. etc to keep the warranty . After another month I noticed some rust color on the passenger side running board. Took it to a local body shop and they put it on a rack to check it out. I was informed that both rear outer rockers were rusted through and would need to be replaced. The cost would be around $3k! I called my salesperson (Chris Frank) and he informed me that they were not interested in helping me out. I was just asking for the body panels needed to fix it at their cost. I was willing to cover the labor/paint etc but was brushed off and basically said good luck. Also, the body shop that looked at the vehicle said that it appeared that someone did some quick patchwork and paint to cover up the body rust issue. Chris Frank and the GM are total idiots and should never be trusted. They tookmy money and then said good luck. I traded the vehicle in recently and am very happy to have it gone. This could have gone so much better and should have. They lied/deceived my wife and I from the get go. I feel stupid for letting themdo that. I am writing this review to hopefully save someone else from making the same mistake. I am in the process of getting a pro rated refund on my $3k warranty since we trade the vehicle. That has been a process also. Emailed required documents to finance manger on Thursday 3/14 She was off on Friday 3/15 called on 3/16 and spoke with her. She verified that she received required documents and would immediately emailMe a document that I needed to sign along with my refund amount. That was at 10:00 this morning(3/16). As of now 7:30 pm I have not received a return email for that process. A follow up email was sent to finance manager this evening. So please do not do business with this rip off dealership. I m sure I ll get a canned from the owner about how sorry they are about my experience etc. I ve purchased many vehicles at different dealers and this is by far the absolute worst experience I ve ever had. Plus it cost me thousands of dollars.

My recent experience with Colonial Motor Mart was beyond disappointing. After driving for over 15 hours, my expectations were high, only to be met with deceit and subpar customer service.Initially, we were quoted one price for the service we needed, but upon arrival, the staff conveniently claimed another. It was evident that they had misled us, leaving us feeling frustrated and misled. This deceptive tactic reflects poorly on the integrity of Colonial Motor Mart.Furthermore, the lack of professionalism and empathy from the customer service team was appalling. Instead of addressing our concerns, they dismissed them with indifference, showing a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.As someone who values honesty and quality service, I cannot in good conscience recommend Colonial Motor Mart to anyone. It's disheartening to see a business prioritize profit over integrity and customer experience. Save yourself the trouble and seek service elsewhere.

The place is a scam.We agreed on a price of a car and went through the hassle of securing a loan and getting insurance. Drove 4 hours one way to pick up the car just to find out that the price was changed.The sales guy claimed that we misheard him when we specifically confirmed the price multiple times.Wasted a whole day for nothing.I would advise people to stay away from this dealer because they do not operate in good faith.

Nick Carey communicates very well, and has a good sales pitch, knew exactly what I needed when I mentioned my budget. Worked with me thoroughly. Very nice, very helpful! I'm happy with my sale and my new car! I highly recommend him!

We saw a car on Carfax website and called Colonial Motor Mart to set up an appointment to see the car. From the first phone call to the purchasing of our vehicle, we were met with excellent customer service. When we got there, they had the car ready for us to test drive, and our sales consultant, Jody Cary, was fantastic. There was no pressure sales before and throughout the process. When we decided to purchase the vehicle, they worked with us while we got financing, and the closing sales process was so easy. Plus the warranty is fantastic. We recommend Colonial Motor Mart and Jody Cary to anyone looking to buy a car and have a great car buying experience.

I just bought a Mitsubishi Mirage. It's one week old and yes I love it. so here's the thing, i took my review online and apparently scored my experience poorly. So far from the truth Jim from Colonial was wonderful in showing me cars that I wanted to see. No shoving this car down your throat thing like the other places I went to in town! I received a great deal on My Brand new 2024. Would recommend Colonial Motors and have to friends. Thank you a very happy customer. Just wish I took my survey correctly.

These guys are great, they are not there to try to jerk you around. Straight forward and transparent. As somebody who also sells cars for a living, I would definitely recommend them. The worst dealer in the USA, liars, we agreed on one price, when we drove 250 miles to pick up the car, we were told that the price was different, when we started arguing over the price they spoke rudely and vilely, in the end they simply said that the car was not for saleI don't recommend messing with these people.

Purchased a truck from them the day we took it for the test drive two of the four tires needed air . Bought the truck had it for one week those same two tires are leaking air told me they could look at them for a cost of 160 . Really they know when I bought it that there was a problem . Wish they would have stood behind their vehicles. Never will I buy another vehicle from them

Because you really don't care customers all you are worried about MONEY!!! It's sad when they see a woman coming in just to look and then pushing them to try to buy a car!! Which I was looking for a suv!!! I will never come back or any of family or friends!!!! Money isn't everything safety is more important!!!

My experiences at colonial motor mart has been the best car buying experiences in my life thus far. The service is exceptionally amazing and top of the line, everyone is extremely nice and accommodating. Johnny the manager is amazing and Chris my salesman is the best. I love them they are very trustworthy and honest and great at guiding you in the right direction. I highly recommend Colonial for all of your car buying and servicing needs. They are truly the best at what they do. God has truly blessed me with these people. Do not hesitate to check them out and make sure that you ask for Chris and if he is not available you are in amazing hands with everyone who is there. Everyone in Colonial is very knowledgeable and warm and accommodating and will guide you the right way through your car buying process. Make sure to stop in the office to meet Johnny he is so amazing. The entire staff is a dream team.

We went to "look" at a car. Alec was great! He showed us the vehicle we were interested and took us out in it. He knew the history and when he didn't he immediately found out! We wanted to buy it but had to wait. They worked with us and we're ecstatic they we left with it. It's been over a week and LOVE our new to us Honda Pilot!! Thanks Alec and Colonial Motor!!!

Wonderful service. Colonial Motor helped me drive a new car home after another dealership gave me a hard time and were not helpful. I explained my situation and colonial made me feel welcome and helped me with everything I needed. When I was leaving almost every colonial motor worker congratulated me and made me feel even more excited about my new ride. I will definitely refer to them and possibly go again if I have any other car needs.

Going to Colonial was the best decision I made when looking for a new car. Jody in particular, was amazing. She was so informative and patient.
