It was a great experience working with Nick at Colonial! He did what we asked of him, answered our questions, and always returned our calls in a timely manner. We are very happy with our new car. And we love the Colonial Service Dept. They take good care of us!

Put a deposit down with the assurance we would get it back. We decided to go with another vehicle closer to home for servicing snd they are refusing to refund our deposit. In fact they wont even return our phone calls. Be careful when dealing with this company

Chad has been helpful in answering any and all my questions, if I called and he was unavailable he called me back in a reasonable time. I have also referred him when talking about my new Outlander. Great overall experience!!

Very friendly enviroment. Nick Carey was an excellent salesman. He explained and answered any questions that we had. If he didnt know the answer he found out for us. There service was excellent. They fought with the bank for atleast an hour to get us the best deal and I apprciate it. Free car washes and a killer warranty. I would go back in the future.

If I could give them no stars I would. That being said, I took my Mitsubishi to their service department, I was told that nothing was covered under the cars warranty due to the fact that someone tried to steal the catalytic converter, which did not happen while I owned it. The 02 sensor was replaced with a aftermarket sensor, again not by me. They said if I replace it with a OEM sensor that everything will be covered if there are any further issues with it. I paid to have it replaced,, $700.00 was the cost. So a few months later guess what the 02 sensor needed to be replaced again. In the mean time we moved to another state, the closest dealer is 1.5 hrs away, I made an appointment for the soonest date possible, I told them that Colonial had replaced the 02 sensor, and told them everything that Colonial had told me . They then lifted the car and came to show me the sensor, Colonial service department spliced the wiring on the 02 sensor. That is a big no no. They actually said that Walmart, which changes my oil must have done it, not their service department. WOW really, no one but the dealership has touched the car for anything but oil changes and a new battery.

This complaint is NOT against the dealership - the dealership is great; it's features of the car itself that are suboptimal. The poor quality of the tires that came with the car is disappointing. After only 11 months and 18k miles on the road, the front tires are down to 3/32". The interior lighting is inadequate. There are no ceiling hooks to hang garments in the back. The glove compartment door easily disengages and comes off. Finally, the passenger side wiper is poorly designed - it angles up into the field of view when not in use. I understand that the Mirage G4 is a bottom of the line car, but I doubt these deficits saved much on the production costs. On the positive side, this car cost less than many 5+ year old used cars and it has great fuel efficiency - 39 MPG highway, avg 30 MPG mixed

Horrible experience trying to get brakes for my vehicle. Over the span of a month I called 4 times to have brakes sent to the auto shop that was fixing my vehicle. The brakes were never sent. I gave my information 3 times to the parts department with no results, even though I was told each time the brakes would be sent out the following Monday. I also spoke to the parts department manager who said he tried to call me to verify where the brakes were to be sent. This was a total lie. I had absolutely no missed calls or voicemails from anyone.I also called and left a message with the receptionist saying it s getting dangerous to drive my vehicle with no results.I ended up having to go 2 hrs away to the dealership I bought my vehicle from to get the brakes. I also had to get rotors due to the damage of the bad brakes.Don t ever go to this dealership for parts!!

I was considering buying a used Mitsubishi Outlander in Pittsburgh. According to CARFAX, that car had prior work done at this dealership, including a transmission replacement. When I called for the vehicle history, the staff was helpful, took my details, and the manager called me back within a couple of hours and provided me with relevant information. I didn't end up buying the car but thought I should add a review about the customer service at this dealership which is very commendable!

Work was done and everything seemed to work well, and Holly is always great and honest, the following review does not apply to her. However, after being jerked around the last several visits, I'm done with them for anything not warranty related. The service manager is just awful, and I can confirm via other professional mechanics that I've been being told work is needed that is not, in fact, needed. I feel more and more like I'm being taken advantage of for my money, and will be going elsewhere for non-warranty things from now on.

The opportunities for improvement are numerous in this scenario, the service lady, I do not believe ever attempted to speak with the manager of the dealership and truly explain our situation. The salesman conveniently waited until after we paid in full and picked the vehicle up to even reply to my emails, voicemails, and texts and then stated "yeah, there was nothing that I could have done anyway". The lady whom I did all the paperwork with when purchasing the vehicle never even replied back to my voicemail and emails.....and still hasn't. The pricing at 3 garages I called to see what they would have charged for an alternator for this vehicle ranged from $500-$700....not a thousand dollars. So many things that could have been handled better but it's over now....just thought you should get an honest review. They really give you the gold glove treatment when selling you the vehicle but the after sale service not so much!

Would definitely recommend to friends and family. All the staff there were so kind. Jody was the sales associate we worked with and she was amazing. She went above and beyond my expectations to make sure we got in a vehicle that we'd be happy with.

See previous comment. With good honest service I can see why they are so busy. Getting an appointment took a little longer than I had hoped but it was well worth it.

The sales people and loan department were extremely helpful. The service I received was one of the most satisfying I have ever received. They negotiated with me to get the optimum trade-in value so I could purchase my new Mitsubishi. I will return if and when I decide to get a new vehicle.

A terrific buying experience. I worked with Ashton who did an excellent job of listening to my needs and got them met. She created a no pressure buying atmosphere and is very personable. John was in charge of the finance, his experience in the industry showed, he worked with me to get the best deal possible. He not only got me a deal I was happy with, he actually called me the next day before I was to go in and sign paperwork and had found me a much better deal. Even the staff that wasn't involved in my deal were so nice, its a well run dealership. I would highly recommend Colonial Mitsubishi to anyone looking to upgrade their vehicle and buying experience

Clear explanation of the "Forever Warranty" Provider (American Gaurdian) should be fully explained to the customer. There were a few hours at the time of diagnostic that seemed AG would not honor the warranty based on their own standards and there seems to be breakdown in policies between the manufactures outline and theirs. If i hadnt had record of having a "mandatory service" (AGs words) done at the time of diagnostic, (a recommened service for Mitsubishi) I would have had to pay 2K for my repair on a vehicle i purchased for 12K, 1.5 years after purchase which would have left a very sour taste in my mouth and quite possibly motivate me to never shop colonial again.Thankfully, i had the foresight to anticipate what things would be needed in order for the warranty to be honored but considering the fact i had the service done and still had to worry about wether or not it would be honored was a severe strike to my peace of mind. However, the service members at Colonial (Kim) did take very good care of me and tired to put my mind at ease so for that I thank them.

From the time I arrived with intentions of looking at a mirage and buying a second vehicle .Around 12:30 I talked with my sales person and test drove a much nicer model for the price than my original thinking .Then came the proposal price .Not the norm back and forth car dealers haggle , the manager came directly out to greet me and present some bottom line numbers and we ll my sales person and I agreed I liked the deal . I purchased the mirage G4And everything from there was smooth . And really I was out the door with a car I felt good aboutBy about 5:00Overall things where great

I bought my car at Colonial in November. It was fine until 4 days before we had to leave for vacation, when brake warning lights came on. When I called, the service department was booked solid but when I told them about our vacation they squeezed me in because they said they didn't want my family to be on a big trip in a car that might not be safe. The car was done the next day, at a price that was much more reasonable than I expected from a dealership. (The last time we took a car to one of our local dealerships they quoted us a price 3X more than what our own mechanic charged us.) Gretchen and Holly were super nice and the service department was great.

The little perks are great, like the car wash, the 15 mile pick up for service. The free oil changes ect. Really nothing needs to be changed

Best Car Buying experience we have ever had! They found the exact vehicle we were interested in, found us a great deal on rebates, and delivered our car to our home. Everything went so smoothly and we could not be happier with our new Vehicle. Highly Recommend the team at Colonial.

The sale representative I dealt with was very professional and understanding. I wanted to buy a car mostly because of him. He didn't pressure me and wasn't pushy. He is fairly new and I wish him the best in the future and his career. Great job, Brock
