The salesman, Alec Crawford was very pleasant and didn't use high pressure tactics to make the sale. I believe he made every effort to give me the information that I needed to make the best decision for myself. The lady who did the paperwork was also very kind and knowledgeable and she was able to offer me information about how I had decided to pay for the car which changed my mind and in turn saved me money. The companies policies (warranty, inspections,car washing, etc.) after the sale also were a big part of my decision to buy from Colonial. Overall I left feeling that the company and everyone that I had dealt with had what was best for me in mind while going through the process of buying a car. I would definitely buy from Colonial again, and will tell friends and relatives about my experiences at Colonial.

We have been dealing with Chris Frank for many years. Chris along with Janet (in financing) are helpful, knowledgeable, and provide us great customer service. They answer our questions and make the buying experience very comfortable. After the sale we can always count on Tom and his service team to help us with any issues. From the moment I walked in the door at Colonial, I knew I came to the right place. Jody is the best! She was attentive and answered all of my questions about my new Mazda CX-50. She made my car buying experience seamless and fun! I m a customer for life! Janet handled all of the finance paperwork with ease and made that process stress- free also!

Super friendly staff! Easy drop off and pick up. They tuned up my car and tires as I asked. I ll have to visit again as my remote starter seems to work fine when the car is warmed up but not when the engine is cold.

I had the most fantastic experience buying from Colonial Motor Mart. Nick Carey was absolutely fantastic, I could of not of asked for a better salesperson. Every employee was very friendly and pleasant. A totally enjoyable experience, which never happens when looking to buy a car

I purchased a new Mazda CX-5 from Colonial Mazda in Indiana PA. My salesman was Chris Frank. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the purchasing process and answered all of my questions about the vehicle which were many. The new Mazda has many updated features. The financial person was very knowledgeable about my terms. Love my new Mazda!

You get a car and not even have it 24 hrs and the check engine lights come on . Then they tell you they changed oil yea that dose not happen. My car been there more then I have got to drive it . Will not buy nothing els from them. Lesson learnt!

I work at this place. I haven't had a vehicle for quite awhile. One day I asked the GM about the price on brand new Mitsubishis out on the lot. I looked at the prices and talked with Jody about the vehicles. Asked her about the difference between buying a new vehicle vs buying a used vehicle. I then talked with my girlfriend who co-signed for me. The salesperson was a great help on helping me find my very first brand new vehicle. I'm very happy with it. I want to give a shout out to the GM and the salesperson for helping me with my Mitsubishi Mirage G4. I highly recommend shopping here for your next vehicle.

Bought a 2020 Ford Explorer ST with 18k miles on it. Within a couple of months we had a loud exhaust leak, a leaking brake line and the screen works intermittently. They won't stand behind the vehicle. It was obviously never even inspected before they put it on the lot to sell. First and last time we purchase from Colonial.

Colonial Mazda did an excellent job in helping me with my leased 2019 CX-3. I was able to keep my monthly payment similar to my previous payment amount and stepped into a brand-new vehicle. Before you go to Pittsburgh or other areas to look for a deal on a new vehicle, I advise you to stay local and support local businesses. I got a much better deal than I could have imagined. Thank you to John and Nick for all your help.

Jim was great. I had stopped at several other dealerships prior to going to Colonial Motor Mart & was so discouraged how they all added on thousands of dollars worth of random fees they couldn't explain. I looked up the car I wanted & found one at Colonial Motor Mart. I went the same day to test drive it and it was exactly what I was looking for. Their price was the best out of all the lots I had gone to, they made it quick and easy for me. I worked with Jim but met several others employees there. They were all wonderful. I'd highly recommend them if you're wanting a new or used car. Purchase or lease!

Would not recommend this dealership. We love the vehicle, but dealing with them has proved to always be an ordeal. They are extremely pushy especially in trying to sell their warranties (that are ridiculously expensive), and they try to use intimidation to make you buy them. Also, their service desk lied to our faces to get out of factory recall work and had an attitude of not wanting to help before they even knew why we were there.

It was a pleasant experience buying our new Mazda at Colonial Motors. Our salesman had a much prepared as he could before we got there and couldn't have been more helpful. The financial person was very friendly and professional and the service team was fast an efficient. We would recommend them to anyone looking to buy.

I was rather pleased with how our buying experience went. Our saleswomen was very professional and handled all questions etc in an extremely good fashion. She took time to address our concerns and didn t act pushy by any means. It was a very rare occurrence when you think about buying a vehicle. Her biggest concern was finding us a vehicle that met our needs. The rest of the staff were outstanding as well. When a family of 6 walks into a car dealership, that has 4 kids, it s almost bound to be a bad day.. but the staff that were there helped keep everyone happy and even said the kids had behaved really good (which I found suprising ). When crunch time came to run numbers, I was given a multitude of options and everything was drawn up in an easy to understand manner. As I said, overall, it was a pretty smooth transaction that didn t lead to any I ll mannered feelings. We re happy!

Every member of the Colonial Mazda team were so wonderful! They were all so helpful and personable. Tom especially was such great help for me and went out of his way to make sure I was knowledgeable about the condition of my car and what his personal opinion was to help me the best he could. Overall, it was a great experience!

It was fast and no pressure, sticker price (MSRP) is what I paid. There wasn t any market adjustment pricing involved. From start to finish including a quick test drive, about 1.5 hours to walk in the door and drive out with my car. Actually I had to come back later that evening due to not being able to drive two cars at once. Also I already had my financing in line ready to go prior to looking for a car so one 5 minute call to the bank with vehicle information and it was finished.

Colonial Mazda service is wonderful. They provide professional interaction. It is very thorough and they keep you updated with information. Everyone is open to questions and concerns and the friendly atmosphere is so welcome. My car was done before I expected it to be.

Purchase of the car was okay but the CX-5 did not have the emissions sticker on the wind shield and it needs to be done.
