buyer beware, personal experience, do not trust these people. We took our car there at the beginning of April 2023 for a small amount of body work 2 dents. The first time we picked the car up there were paint runs. The second time we picked the car up totaling about 8 days. There was significant damage to the car around couple thousand dollars worth. Shock and anger doesn't even describe it. Our car is scheduled next week at another body shop to fix all the damages from colonial collision. We have pictures in there lot at drop off and pick up. Even the insurance company couldn't believe this happened and because of the pictures are paying for the second round of repairs. This place either doesn't care and doesn't have the necessary skills and common sense or they did it on purpose. I wish Google would let me show the pic's.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I recently took my Jaguar to Colonial for an estimate on some minor ( Shopping cart) body damage. I called for an appointment and took the car in the next day for the estimate. From the moment I walked thru the door I was treated in a cheerful, courteous , knowledgeable manor.The Tech that actually wrote the estimate explained, in layman's terms, exactly what the repair procedure would be . After answering a couple of "overprotective" car owner questions I had enough of a comfort level to schedule the work to be done. The price was not cheap but very fair for the level of quality I expected.When I picked the car up 2 days later, I was truly thrilled with the quality of the actual metal repair and the paint match was undetectable from the rest of the car! The " cherry on top" was the complete detailing of the car at no charge! I haven"t seen the car smile like that in many years!I have no compulsion to see the Colonial staff again soon but if I have the need I will certainly use them again! Was wary going in as this was my first time ever needing to have car repairs done, but turns out these guys are the real deal! The repair work was timely and extremely well done, I was contacted often and kept up to date on the status of repairs without having to reach out myself, and the pricing was beyond fair. Can't recommend them enough if you're in Indiana

It took a month to get in, but that's anywhere these days. Once my 2020 VW Jetta R-line got in on Monday, it was finished by Friday. They were very nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They set everything up for me and got me scheduled for first opening available before insurance approval of estimate so i wouldn't lose more time. I got a very nice loaner car for the week to get back and forth to work, Nissan Altima. They did very nice work, my car literally looked like brand new when I got it back. They even cleaned it inside and out. They will definitely be my go-to if I ever need body work done again. Thank you for the great service!

Repairs were completed quickly with no hassle. Professional staff with a helpful smile. I had trouble finding the front door (I didn't see the sign) and the shop staff were very friendly and pointed me in the right direction.

Had them replace and paint my front clip. I am VERY picky about taking my car places, I work on all my own vehicles. Not only did they repaint the front clip to my satisfaction, but they washed, detailed, and aligned my car. I made an appointment a few weeks in advance. Took it on Tuesday, got it back Thursday same week. Although it was not cheap, quality cost you cash. This is a quality body shop I recommended it based on my experience here.Services: Body & Trim, Auto detailing

The folks at Colonial Collision Center went above and beyond with their service for my daughter's vehicle! After hitting a dear in a rural area far away from my destination, Colonial Collision took perfect care of me and my car. They were able to help me find a rental vehicle and had my car better than before in two short weeks. They kept me informed throughout the process and even had a follow-up check-up to make sure that everything was working properly. I would highly recommend their efficient and caring service!

So this will be a long one but hear me out!Lori has been amazing and so has everyone else I have talked to so far. They have tried so hard to make this less of a nightmare and they haven't even seen my car yet.I was in an accident on mother's day-super lucky I know-they called me Monday and asked when I would be bringing the car in. I didn't have it and told them that the tow driver had told me he would drop it off that day because he couldn't deliver it while they were closed. Long story short he's a liar. Today-tuesday- I called just to see if they had a chance to look at it. They informed me it was never delivered. Several hours later it was determined the tow driver was holding it for storage fees. Lori took on the task-one of those let me at him moments- and arranged to have it picked up by their tow company. The guy wouldn't release it to them even with the release from the insurance company she got. The guy wanted a check. She also got authorization for that, but he wouldn't let them pick it up today. Then they had the nerve to call them back demanding it be picked up after hours today or they will charge 200 more. She was an absolute queen and told them that it will be picked up tomorrow reguardless. It was a terrible day but I swear they have done their absolute amazing best to try to stop this fraud in his tracks and deal with insurance for me. She even warned me parts for our make and model will be hard and possibly long to get hold of. So kind and so understanding. I just hope it's not as bad as I think and we can put this whole mess behind us. It is our only car.

They got us scheduled quickly because we absolutely needed the car by a certain date. When we dropped it off, the person at the counter was very nice, and the process was quick and easy; they had all the paperwork done and ready to start on the car. We have used Colonial a number of times, and we are always pleased with the results.

We called Colonial to see if they could help with my daughters car, which had lots of standing water in it.Colonial agreed to see her to see if they could help her out. They drained the water, vacuumed it up and gave suggestions on where to go to get leak corrected.They took their time with her and helped ease my mind as well. My daughter is a student at IUP and we live over 4 hours away so they really helped a lot. Thank you Colonial. I highly recommend them for your bodywork needs.

Colonial Collision Center Exceeded my expectations as a body shop. They were able to get my car in the shop a month before anyone else in Indiana County after hitting a deer last December. My car was done in a few days and was repaired to its original state with a fresh detail inside and out. They also had me bring the car back in 90 days later for a check up and another detail. Great service and great employees.

I have gotten my car repaired here 3 times now. Every time has been a good experience. Not only do they make my vehicle brand new again, but they also do a great job detailing it as well. Everyone is very friendly too.

Repaired my car after hitting a deer...completion of work was extremely fast but of high quality. Well taken care of as far as them making sure I had a rental car and wasn't without transportation. Also, the communication throughout the whole thing was great. I was kept well informed.

Did an awesome job on repairing my Cadillac SRX. There was only minor body damage but they were very helpful through out the entire process. I was unable to come get my car, and they came and picked me up, which was super helpful! Vince was very professional and did a great job at explaining to me what was going on. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a great body shop to use them. They also detailed my car, inside and out- AND I GOT IT BACK CLEANER THAN WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF! Awesome!!!

I would like to agree with everything everyone else has said about this business. They are THE best body shop in the area. As one other person mentioned they rushed my truck through as well (because a time crunch with my insurance company). I have never worked with such great mechanics before. They were extremely nice and very professional during every interaction and most importantly very understanding of tough situations after a car accident.This place is fantastic and I would 100% recommend that anyone who needs any body work go see these guys!!! I can't say enough good about this place and the crew. 10/10

No one enjoys having their car repaired/out of commission. However, Colonial Collision Center's super office staff was very accommodating for the work appointment, the shop for the work itself and I ended up with a spiffier looking car after the repairs. Thank you.

If I could give this place six stars I definitely would. I can't say enough good things about my experience here. They finished my car in no time at all and even rushed me through because they knew I was on a time crunch. The work they did was impeccable and they even went above and beyond and did a few extra things on the car for me.Seriously, I would recommend this place to absolutely everyone who needs body work done on their car. Fantastic place.

If I could give no stars I would. My car has yet to be finished. I gave it to them November 13th and it sat in the SAME EXACT SPOT I LEFT IT, for 3 weeks. Absolutely no calls made to me about parts arriving, progress, nothing. I had to call every time to find anything out. Said my car was supposed to be done this week on Friday, it s not going to be done because they didn t order in the right color because they messed up the paperwork. Highly recommend NOT going to place for business. Yes they gave me a loaner car, but it s the worst thing I ve ever driven, burns the gas like crazy and when I told them that, all they said was oh your car should be soon

Just had my silverado repaired, a great experience. Every employee who walked �~ me said hello and friendly. The adjuster Curtis Taylor could not have been nicer. Friendly and professional. Will recommend to anyone who needs their cars repaired..

I highly recommend Colonial Collision. They kept us informed throughout the entire process. They sent an employee out of state to pick up one of the parts needed, otherwise we would still be waiting to get our truck back. They did a great job on the repairs.

Everyone was very nice. We have 2 little girls they brought snacks and drinks everything they could do to make it better they did. Very knowledgeable and helpful answered all of my questions and explained things I didn't even know needed explained. Awesome experience all around.
