If i could id give them ZERO stars!! RUDE AND IGNORANT not to mention so overpriced if u call around you'll literally be able to get the exact same job done for HALF YES LITERALLY HALF THE PRICE THAT AUDIOPHONICS CHARGES!! Car Stereo One in latrobe is who I would reccomend amazing work and fair pricing!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF THEN LIE TO YOUR FACE!!! Honestly I dont even know how the are still in business lol

Just got my vehicle back due do issues I was having. It turns out it was because they installed the product I bought wrong. So it cost me more money to fix the issue. I do not recommend them for installation. My vehicle is brand new too.

Wasted my time and money only to be told I had to spend more time and money for remote lock/unlock. Auto start programming was useless as they apparently couldn't configure it in a way that would require the insertion of a key (isn't that kind of the point?). Yes, the people who work there are nice but their service is incredibly poor. Overall, wouldn't recommend this place.

I had a Drone Mobile Unit Installed. I was very impressed with their installer. He knows what he is doing and he does it very well. Sam the owner, was very helpful in fulfilling all my requests concerning my remote starter/alarm system. The work was excellent, the people friendly, and the cost was fair. I am going to have more work done. Parking assist system and a few other things. I would recommend Audio Phonics to anyone.

Knowledgeable and professional! Set up an appointment and all of the fees and timeline laid out very specifically in advance. If their service is as good as their administration, they will be getting all of car audio needs. Will update after my install appointment 1- 16-18.

The owners were incredibly rude. Made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Payed WAY too much money for a botched speaker installation. After they failed and took my money, they basically threw their hands up in the air and told me that I was unlucky. Tried to charge me another $200 in labor to fix it. I drove an hour away and had someone else finish the job for 25% the price that they quoted me. Unreal...

Worst service ever. Didn't know how badly they were ripping me off until I had to have another place fix their botched job, and saw how much cheaper it was... and they did much better work too. Going to a place out of town is a real pain, but well worth it in my opinion.

Quoted me $300 for a sub install. Best buy did it for $100. Hard to support small businesses when it s a $200 difference.

NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE SEEN WHAT THIS PLACE HAS DONE!!!!!!!!I start out with a phone call to SAM asking her if she can complete an install for my sons vehicle had the harness everything all wired up but could not get power she tells me they just need to run a power line to the radio and put the dash back together quick fix. 35 or 40 bucksSo I send my son down there 45 minutes laterthey pull the car out and charge him 70. Ok no big deal. It took a little longer. He calls me up and said they got the radio working but they just set it in the dash and did not put the dash back together it s just sitting in the dash.WHO DOES THIS... so I called them up and spoke with the husband and he tells me that they weren t asked to put it all back together .But if I send them back they ll be more than happy to do it for an additional 170 bucks.Biggest rip off ended joke of a business I would never recommend anybody go in there but that s just my opinion if you do I hope you receive better service than what we did they will never have our business again

Don't ever let them put automatic car starter on I had brand new cobalt they messed the computer up

I had a whole speaker system, including a head unit and 12" sub, installed by Sam and Bruce. They did a fantastic job! Easy to work with, great options in the shop. Down to earth real people that are interested in your expectations and are insightful on how to get you there.What I appreciate most is that they offered their input and we're up front on cost and reliability of the different products. I am greatful that they guided me in the decision making process because the end result was a budget friendly powerful system that meets all my needs. I have enjoyed the set up the last 6 months so much that I decided I need to go back and write a review! :-) thank you guys!

Good friendly service but I wish they had more of a selection on hand..I can order my own stuff, I like to touch and see things in person.Hence visiting the store in person.

Went there for a radio plug and when i asked about it the lady replied rudely "What kind is it" as i was flipping the radio over to get the number off of it she said rudely " well i need to know what kind it is!!" So i said she had a bad attitude and she replied "whatever" so i walked out . I have got stuff hete many times before but i wont go back or recommend it to anyone!
