I recently had a battery installed 6 days later I'm leaving work and my car will not do anything. Tow it to a local dealership only to find out the battery wasn't installed correctly it was not making a connectionIn total $220 battery $250 tow and then another $70 for mechanic to tell me it was where I got the battery installation was not installed properly. Maybe O'Reilly next time or Auto Zone but never here again!

Whatever lady that works in this store is an absolute joke. Very unfriendly, rude, not helpful. I went in for a pickup order and she couldn t find it and was giving me attitude the whole time.

We needed a battery today for our Ford F150. Your employee, Bonnie, was so knowledgeable, installed the battery, she was amazing!!! Just had to say she's a gem!

Lifelong customer, first review. Much appreciation is extended to the owner/ manager of this store in regards to the his/ her operations and customer service. Being the parents of a college student who were unable to assist daughter with an issue with her car battery. Living over 4 hours away, this store and their employees are a perfect example that America still has great people that will take the time to assist strangers as friend/family. An extra tip of my hat and thank you is being offered to Andrew for his professional customer service. From one parent to another, I will not hesitate in recommending Advanced Auto in Indiana, Pa as your go to auto parts store for your college student and loved ones. Wanted to acknowledge Keith, who went beyond and above to help me get the part I needed and put it on. Super friendly (even held the doors open for my little girls). Will definitely be returning. I hope he sees this and gets a raise, it's much deserved!

If there is rain in heaven, and chariots are driven and they have windshields, I may be convinced they use Bosch wipers from Indiana Advance Auto Parts. Thank you to Bonnie. My windshield looks like it was scrubbed and polished!!

((( BUYER BEWARE ))) Purchased a bunch of parts that I was told they would fit and none of them fit!!! I used a credit card so obviously had to be refunded back to credit card. Refunded back the same day so I didn't think much about it till I herd other people complaining about this store ripping them off on credit card and Debit card refunds! So I checked my statement and (WOW) every single item was short 5 to 11 dollars. I call the store and speak w/ an extremely unprofessional manager!!! Who swears at me and hangs up on me!!! So I googled the Home Office number and called them (YES) they fixed it. But as if they had any other choice? I wonder how much extra money people loose w/them by simply not checking your statements to make sure your refunds are not short? I never had any issues at all w/any of the other local parts stores! But I needed parts TODAY that the other ones had to order! PLEASE check all your refund amounts from this store!!!

Actually pretty knowledgeable people and the amount of product is noticably larger then my normal advance auto parts. I needed help with some fuses and all my questions were answered fast and easy!

I usually have a very good experience here, but I came in to get a FOG light for my 2012 Mazda. I trusted the clerk to give me the right light. When I went to install it I found out he had sold me a HEADLIGHT bulb. Out $28.00 (I didn't have the receipt). Savinh it for next time I need a headlight, but disappointing I got the wrong part. Best to check twice before leaving the store.

I knew my battery needed replaced and I went directly to Advanced Auto Parts the minute I saw the indicator light come on. The store was busy and I had to wait in line. Looking at me, you would see that I have medical issues and standing can be difficult. A gentleman called me to the register farthest from the crowd. That was nice. I was able to hold onto the counter and I explained I needed a battery. He went out to my vehicle to see exactly what I needed then made a recommendation. I purchased the battery and walked out with him as he installed it. We had a nice conversation and I was on my way in fifteen minutes. I anticipated a stressful encounter and a lengthy stay waiting for the battery to be installed. I am pleased with my purchase and very happy with the customer service. I highly recommend this store.

It is your average parts store, It really depends on who you get to help you. I was there twice within 30 minutes of each other looking for for a GOOD DEAL on brake pads on some foreign rice burner for a friend on mine. the first guy said they didn't have the brakes I wanted in stock and it would take 2-3 days to get them in. So I left and checked some where else. Long story short...I came back and spoke to another guy (Probably a Manager) he took a look at the one's that I wanted (on there computer) went to the back brought back to sets and matched the pads and style up for And then gave them to me for the price that was online..That 2nd associate was a huge help.ALL AND ALL IT COMES DOWN WORK ETHIC OF THE ASSOCIATE YOU GET.

I purchased a McLeod performance clutch and had issues with it soon as it was installed. Triple checking my work installing it come to find out the. Release bearing was defective. Pulled clutch assembly back out and made arrangements for a replacement which showed up supposedly picked the replacement one up and turned in my original clutch kit. Replacement clutch ended up being to small and a lesser quality and near $100 cheaper. Now I'm out a clutch and my money and employees won't help.

On a road trip hundreds of miles from home, I stopped into this store mere minutes from closing time on a Sunday night and Roger took a few minutes to help me diagnose a concern I had.That is the definition of customer service.

The guys I was talking to was nice but I know online before coming in to get my starter tested. And he couldn t do it because no lights on my car was on and nothings wrong w my battery. Then why have starter test online? But he gave advice to go to a garage.(my car wouldn t turn on sometimes. No sound just lights come on that what I explain to the guy. )

Roger was very rude. Told me he was unable to step outside to test my battery, because he had to serve the other customers first. The customers that were BEHIND me in line, even though I patiently waited my turn. The cashier beside him, gladly walked outside and installed wipers for his customer, even though there were people BEHIND her. Walked out and drove over to O Reilly. They immediately came out, tested it, I paid for a new one and they installed it for me.

They got my parts even though the competition right up the street deals with the same company for what I wanted they just found it to hard to bother looking up a part number to order it so I guess I'm going to stay with Advance for my ordered parts .Have been in both new stores on the street and was not impressed with either of them.

They helped me find out why my check engine light was on. The products are a little pricey but sometimes you just need a quick stop to get what you need and they have it right on hand.

This review is more about the web site than the store. I have attempted to use the site many times and some times actually was able to order and pick-up at store. Most times I had trouble paying online the screen would freeze or go to a weird split screen and I was unable to see all the boxes. Now advance auto has changed their web site and it appeared better, but it may be worse. I just ordered parts to be picked up in another state. Now one may think I didnt change the store to my location but i had to change it twice until it would stay at the store I wanted. So I think Im good to go I have a part number, not a part name I called and got the part number off a person at advance auto. I type in the number, it comes up as the part I need, and check out. My wife stops at the local store to get may part and its in Frewsburg MD. This is the location I tried to change from the start. To top it all off never got may online discount, slowed my wife down, IT WAS THE WRONG F***ING PART. All I can say is O'rileys auto parts, which is right next door, will now be my go to store for parts. The internet is not new these bugs Advance Auto has is silly and most of the parts are cheaply made anyway.

Great customer service!! Although they ended up not having what I wanted they bent over backwards to find it. Eventually they round what I was looking for on a website! They didn t have to do that and it was appreciated!

I love the guy name Keith at the Indiana pa avance auto he is a supper person with his customers every time I go there. He needs to be moved up to be manager. You need more like him .
