After being hung up on by another provider Andy made my experience 100x better. Even though we got my car open mere seconds before he arrived he was still very kind, courteous, and very quick to get there. Would highly recommend!

Andy and his wife are reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly. They really helped me out in a pinch when I lost my car key at Keystone Park on Friday. Though they didn t have my key type in stock, they immediately ordered it to be delivered to their house on Sunday (other shops said it would take a week) and programmed the key that afternoon (the man was working on Father s Day, which is a testament to how hardworking he is). I highly recommend their services!

Not only is Andy a great guy and very responsive and punctual, but he also saved me $500 in comparison to the quote I received from Pop-A-Lock. I paid $175 instead of $675, and he got the job done much quicker than expected. I highly recommend this business over any other locksmith. I called around to quite a few and their price was the lowest by far, and their professionalism and service is unmatched by any prior experiences I've had. 5 stars.

My husband s car key went through the wash and no longer worked. I brought them in two new keys to cut. They had them cut and programmed in under 10 minutes. Very professional and quick. Would recommend anyone to go here.

Contacted 123 Lock and Key about a spare auto key and remote, and then made an appointment. Met at their store, and very quickly the key was made and remote programmed. Very reasonable price, plus far less time involved versus going to dealership ! Very fast and great service! The guy who took my call unlocked my 2014 Camaro in less than 5 minutes! These cars are very hard to get into without the right tools!I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs their car unlocked in or around the Indiana, PA area!

Excellent service! Andrew met us, took our 1976 BMW 2002 key blank and door handle with him to his shop. Then delivered the finished key and handle to us at the Verizon store less than an hour later. Key works perfectly!

I needed a sticking electronic safe lock replaced, just a couple days to get the new lock then schedule to come and replace. I apologize if this was my responsibility. 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks goes by...pretty sure I've been forgot about. No worries I got this, ordered a lock from Amazon but had to return it because it was the wrong one. Since I had everything apart I cleaned the components with alcohol and sprayed them with Real Magic. Working good as new!! So here's a five star review for saving me $275 by not following through with my request.

Update had issue lockout, they will not come to Bolivar, PA. I would not recommend at all. Before they were great service and timely. On a Sunday night at 1030pm called 1, 2, 3 Lock and Key locked my key's in my car with engine running.

I needed a key made for a 1971 Datsun. The key is not very common and blank keys can be expensive. Not only did they have the key in stock but it was also inexpensive and looked exactly like the original. I was very happy with my experience and will recommend them to anyone.

After leaving car and house keys in the house, when I locked the door, i knew i had to do something. I looked at Google, and there they were. Called 123 Lock and Key, and Andrew arrived promptly to let me back in. He was courteous and businesslike, and quick to unlock the door. The price was reasonable as well. Thank you.
