I had my oil changed here on Sunday and was fantastic! Matthew was great,professional and kind, he oiled my hood release, because it was not staying shut. Five stars to everyone there on Sunday! Will be going back.

I will never return to Valvoline ever again.I drive a 2019 Ford F150 5.0L service truck. I've always brought it to Valvoline because that's where my service manager told me to take it. Valvoline has a policy that the plastic drain plug needs to be replaced with every oil change. A little background; I was an automotive technician for 14 years, worked with Ford certified technicians, and never once heard that the plastic drain plug needed to be replaced. Due to this policy I started calling before going in for oil changes to make sure they had the drain plug in stock. This time instead of calling to find out if Valvoline had them in stock I decided to go to the Jiffy Lube across 30.First off Jiffy Lube let me stand outside of the garage doors and watch everything that happened. Yes, even after being a technician I was that guy. Second Jiffy Lube had no policy about replacing the drain plug. Which meant I should've been in and out in no time. Third, and the biggest issue, the technician that was removing the oil filter spent 10 minutes trying to get the oil filter off and when he finally did he pulled the entire stem that the oil filter thread onto out of the oil filter housing. Thankfully between the manager working on it and the tools I had in my service truck we were able to get the filter off of the stem, the stem back into the filter housing, and the new filter on. An oil filter should never be so tight that a breaker bar with a cheater pipe is needed to remove it. I ended up being at Jiffy Lube for two hours for what should've been a 20 minute oil change.In conclusion I will be going to Jiffy Lube for my oil changes from now on.

Great people from top to bottom there. I showed up right at closing on 1/28, never once felt like they didn't want to help (I asked since I felt bad about showing up at closing time) and they were personable and thorough. I will continue to use this crew for everything they can do for my car and trucks.

I was extremely disappointed in the lack of attention to detail the staff had regarding my car. They removed the battery cover to test the battery but never put it back on. So when they shut the hood it was displaced and it broke the cover.When opening the hood to assess the problem above my hands became covered with oil because whoever shut the hood had oil all over their hands and now it is smeared on my grill and on top of my car where they shut it.

Sent my gf there thinking they wouldn t take advantage of her. They charge her well over 200 dollars for a standard oil change and battery. She didn t even need a new battery. But they insisted without even testing it.

Will never return to this valvoline location ever again!!!! We have to play musical cars because nobody wants to wait! Worst customer service. Can't tell if it was a women or a man? But it was really rude of them to make us try and back out into traffic to switch places with another vehicle. Never again will they get my business.

My experience here was nothing less than fantastic. I originally came for just an oil change but the crew informed me that I needed a new battery (very desperately). I am so thankful they let me know this, as I had no idea. For it being my first time getting a new battery they made me feel so comfortable, informed me on the whole process, and made me feel as though they were really looking out for me. I felt no haggling or sales pitches at all. They truly went out of their way to be kind, friendly, talkative and professional. Shoutout to Kayla, absolutely the kindest and most helpful person!! I am so thankful for all of their time and care. Not to mention it was extremely fast & decently priced for all I had done. Will absolutely be back in the future!!Services: Battery, Oil change

The staff is excellent. Very friendly and professional. 5 stars if only rating the quality of service. However, my Chevy Spark takes four quarts of oil and the total was $101. I was told that was the only choice available. My last oil change at a different quick change was approximately $50. At $101 for four quarts of oil I ll be looking for a less expensive option next time.Service: Oil change

Tried to visit on 12/20 after having come to this location at least 3 times since opening. I was told yesterday the oil change would be a 30 minute wait and at least $160 due to a recent and significant increase in prices. It felt as if they either didn't want to service my vehicle or were significantly over-charging. I dont mind the wait but in general that price for an oil change is ridiculous.

They insisted my car needed special European oil ( i have a Volkswagen its German)and it was going to cost 119$ for oil change only, with a coupon!!!!Got it done at Walmart with premium synthetic oil 66$ tax included!Don't overpay without looking around!!

Very fast and courteous service. The young people working here are great. They only downsides are the price and being asked to upcharge for extras. I spent over 100 for just an oil change. That's a little expensive and I had a coupon! The attempt to add additional purchases is annoying but wasn't as high pressure as I have experienced elsewhere.You definitely pay for the convenience as this takes less than 15 minutes everytime.

I was charged over $100 for an oil change.. They also neglected to inform me on the $25 coupon they were offering. They talked to me like I was stupid because I was a young female. I called them and asked to know why the charger were so much and talked to someone named Jason but they later said there s no one there by that name. Jason said he was speaking to his manager and proceeded to transfer me to customer service rep instead. Dean said they would only give me the coupon if I came back to the store which I was uncomfortable doing so after the whole ordeal.

Second time here for my vehicles and both times they have been quick, professional, and did the work very well. No high pressure sales pitches, and they check almost everything. I like their work and how they treat me and other customers - I ll be going back again next oil change.

They stripped out the threads in my oil pan. In process of fixing to get me on the road, they inserted a drain plug that was incorrect and in removing it, part of it actually came off INSIDE my oil pan, which then circulated inside my engine. They deny all wrongdoing and any claim to reimbursement. $1,500 in repairs coming my way with no remorse whatsoever.Service: Oil change

Unfortunately, I was unable to do my fianc� s oil change cause our schedules weren t lining up to have the time with her car. She did say the staff was very nice and service was efficient. However, her bill was $170 for an oil change and cabin filter replacement. I know places scam you with up charge on cabin filters but I didn t think to tell her to deny it and we d replace it. She also has synthetic oil so I expected pricey but $170 is crazy overpriced for the job. Glad we could support a newer business in the area but that is a one and done.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

The young lady waiting on me was great, No wait and the cost was less then going to the dealer. I also believe they report the services to online companies if you ever sell your car.

Speedy service. But, the website indicated the price for full synthetic oil change was $79. A phone call to see if an appointment was needed (no) said there was currently $25 off full synthetic. Was billed $68 at check out and told the price for full synthetic was $99. My dealer charges $59. Will go back to the dealer next time.

They were very helpful with my oil change, quick and efficient. A few days later had my tires rotated. Went to check on my breaks A few days later and one tire the lug nuts were overtighten and the other tire the lug nuts were too loose.
