Walked in and scheduled a service for Wednesday on Sunday. Dropped my car off Wednesday for what I was told would be an hour, maybe two of work. Wednesday night I was told they needed to keep my car to complete work on Thursday. I received no communication Thursday, so I called and turns out they need to keep it another day. When I picked up my car on Friday finally, the service I scheduled was completed but now the windshield wiper fluid isn t working. This is very frustrating as it was fully functional when I brought the car in. I called Friday to schedule a time for them to fix this new issues that was created and have not heard back from them. Everyone I know is telling me to use Hall s instead and I think I will be taking my business elsewhere. Do not recommend. $475 in the hole for my my car issue to be turned into another issue I will have to pay to have fixed. Very disappointed.

This has become our go-to place for our cars. The staff is friendly and helpful. We recently needed brake work done and Tim walked us through what needed to be done immediately and what we could do later. They helped us figure out pricing options that worked for our budget. I'm not a car guy, so it can be intimidating going into a garage, but the staff are always patient and answer all of my questions. It's a terrific shop.

So I went here to get my new tires put on that were already on the rims and they called saying my rims weren t on my tires cause they felt to light . So I m trying to call where I got them and then Monroe called me back and said they were there. It failed inspection which was okay I took it and got it fixed and made an appointment on my day off to get it reinspected and took it in and they said the person wasn t there today so they couldn t inspect it!! Like why make an appointment for nothing. Well to top it off they put my old lug nuts on instead of the ones that were there with tires . I ll never give them another cent!! Worse service ever

Great experience here today. I called and spoke to Jacqueline about a tire that I was having difficulty inflating...didn't know if it was a valve stem issue. She said I could bring it down and she would take a look. Literally offered service with a smile and I am thankful for her, as I am hitting the road again tomorrow. Thanks!

My wife got a last minute flat and absolutely needed her car for work the next morning they only had a few minutes till closing but were still willing and happy to help us. Excellent service. Will be a customer for life. Thank you!!!

I highly recommend Monro for any auto service that you need done! Tim got me in very quickly, and did a great job on my vehicle. Above and beyond!

The young kids they hire are courteous and friendly.. don t seem terribly well trained. They seem to have trouble keeping people. The guy who checks you in and out is grumpy and short with people. Rude at times!

The guys working were awesome! Asked me what I needed before I even got inside!!!They were very helpful in getting my tire fixed. Explained to me what was wrong and took care of it right away!!I was in and out I less than 30 minutes!They were absolutely wonderfulAnd I will definitely be going back for any of my vehicle needs!!!Check them out if you haven t already for your vehicle needs they are great!!

Sloppy work. Went in for an oil change. More oil on my engine than in it. Didn't even try to clean up the mess that was made under my hood. Left a heck of a mess in my parents driveway as well. Ridiculous

Tim provided us with fantastic customer service and a prompt tire change on our Grandmother s camper tires. After another local business was unwilling to change our tires, he was more than glad to help. Tim was extremely friendly and had us on our way in no time!

Got scammed because I went there with 4 17s and the one guy comes from the outside of next to the building and says uh this is a 18 no they are not because I bought them off a relative and they were the only 17s sitting in my garage and the only tires, I checked them after I bought them and they were 17s but once I take them to the place they bring a 18 out of nowhere

Amazing service! Highly recommend!! We are out of town and picked up a screw in my front tire. The manager, Tim, took the time to walk out and look at the damage. He said he could have patched it if my tires weren't so old and dry rotted. So he worked with us to find the best price on two new tires and got us all fixed up. We didn't feel like stranded outsiders but more like we were walking into our Monro back home. Thanks again so much for everything and helping us get back on the road. I will say they weren't our first stop but glad we ended up there. We stopped at the Walmart first because it was the closest to our hotel. The lady was very rude, glanced at a photo I took, didn't even look at my actual tire, and said they couldn't fix it. Then she did the only nice thing in the whole interaction, she suggested we check with Monro down the street. So to the lady at Walmart, I guess thanks for being unprofessional and rude. I work in the automotive field and would have never treated any of my customers the way you treated me.

They ve now done my brake lines & my brakes all the way around, done a fantastic job & got me in & out in 2.5 hours!! Without it costing an arm & a leg!!! Very helpful & friendly!!!

They always find something that needs replaced, because their employees get more if something is wrong . There is no professionalism or competent people working there. And I can t forget the time not too long ago they left keys in my friends car and it got stolen. And there s an excuse for everything. DO NOT GO THERE! I will never go back.

I was from out of town and my vehicle started to act weird and I stopped in and tim was right there to help me. Thank you again for checking it over and making sure my vehicle was safe to continue the drive.

Great service from beginning to end. Kevin gave me good info on the phone, and worked through a "won't make a noise for the mechanic" situation with me. He also gave a recommendation for a place to stay while I was in the area. Many thanks!Edited: I had another issue not long after, and received the same timely, friendly, excellent service. I also, in my time in this shop, observed Kevin and other staff interacting with customers, and saw the same thing. So I didn't just hit them on a good day - this level of service is what they do all the time. Truly a great customer experience. Thanks again, guys.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I went in because I suspected I needed new brakes. They gave me a free consultation and found that I did need new front brakes and rotors. I m not from the area and asked if I could get home or how long it would be before it was unsafe. He didn t pressure me to get my brakes fixed there and said I could get them fixed at home if I wanted. I told him I wanted to get them fixed with Monro and he was able to fit me in same day. I was quoted at 2 hours but it only took an hour and a half. Price seemed reasonable. Will definitely return if I m in the area. Staff was very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

This was my first visit to Monro tires and I was extremely satisfied with the service. Kevin greeted me and ask how he could help me. I needed 2 4 wheeler tires mounted asap due to weather conditions. He told me he could have them done in 30 minutes! He went to my car and carried 2 wheels with the tires on as well as the two new tires into the shop. My wait was only 30 minutes. Then he carried them back out to my car for me! I am so appreciative of the kind and speedy service I received there. I will be a return customer. Thank you, Kevin for your excellent service.
