My car was in a garage downtown and the team at JSA called me and let me know their experience level and to not worry about the car being in a tight space and they will take care of it. They did that and were extremely professional through the entire process. Thank you!

Dom was fantastic at JSA Towing! We were having an issue finding tow truck drivers for our EV hummer that could handle the weight of the vehicle. Two tried before we talked to Dom. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable in his capabilities. He showed to the vehicle sooner than expected and let us get on with our day without any fuss. Dom then text letting us know who our vehicle tech was at the dealership and that it was dropped off safely! An amazing experience!

Dom was a pro! He hooked us up! We had a big truck broke down in a bad location but he got us off the road and into the shop. He did great and kept a stressful situation from blowing up!

My car was making a squealing sound so I stopped at Getgo in Monroeville to find something that might help (I thought it was low on steering fluid). I bought the fluid and realized I had no idea where it goes, then I saw a JSA towing truck and figured the driver might possibly know so I asked him for help. He not only took the time to put the fluid in for me but also pointed out where the sound might actually be coming from and suggested another fix until I can get it repaired.I m really thankful he was there because he really didn t have to help me at all. It was a beautiful reminder of my favorite quote from Mister Rogers Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping. Thanks again!!!!

Dominic saved me! He showed up 30 min early and jump started my car after I had so many failed attempts. He then read the health of my battery and told me how to get it fixed myself he was so helpful and friendly!

We were out of town and our car died. JSA Towing came to the rescue and helped us. They were very patient and listened to what happened and towed us where we needed to go. Dom was absolutely great to work with. He made an inconvenient car situation not so bad. He was timely, professional and just all around nice to interact with. Had a wonderful experience just now with a tow truck driver who s name I must ve missed. My car was planned to be brought back to the service center for some issues with recently completed maintenance, but the driver took a look and was able to get my vehicle working without the need for additional service. Fast, helpful and quality service and I cannot recommend them enough!Service: Car towing

I 100% recommend them for towing. Went above and beyond to pick me up 50 miles away when my car broke down on the turnpike near Somerset. Dom was super helpful and made sure I was taken care of! I highly recommend using this company, the gentlemen I spoke to were all courteous and professional, they got back to me right away and kept in constant contact with me until the job was done. The tow truck driver Dominic did everything he could to make the process easy and convenient for me as I work a crazy schedule. Definitely call them for your next road side assistance . Just want to say the experience with Dom Perri today was over the top. My experience with how he helped with my car today out of 1 to 10 was a 20. He came to tow my car. But was able to get my car working and I ended up not needing a tow with what I thought was a timing chain. Yes there is a Santa Claus. Thank you so much Dom!

My Jeep broke down on 1-76 westbound close to New Stanton. The driver called me back immediately upon receiving a call from my insurance company and rescued me. I had a car go down and Dom was the only person that answered the phone that day! I couldn t be more grateful that it worked out that way, he was professional, kind, caring, and most of all quick! I waited less than half the time triple A would have taken. I surely wouldn t go anywhere else besides here for my towing needs! I ran over a large boulder with my dump truck and I broke my inner wheel from the inside and it had to be flatbed, I called Dom and he came right out and did a great job getting my 5500 dump truck on the flatbed (for a great price !!!))) and took it to Jim Shorkey s and I had that bad boy back on the road within 24 hours with a brand new rim and Phil Nov�k really took care of me in the RAM service department!!!Service: Car towing
