We recently went here just because my first vehicle was an outlander and they took good care of me. We dealt with Logan. Honestly Logan 100% got my trust and was the main reason we stuck through my ups and downs of pricing. In the end my wife left with a vehicle she is happy to drive. I will say I didn t trust Mr. Craniums opinions in the matters but he apparently knows his stuff because he was right. Sorry for the judgment. Logan was patient and personable. Also states that he enjoys what he does. Thanks for your help Logan. You are still welcome to the cookout but I m cooking the ribs.

Was a great experience from the start to finish. Hannah was amazing and very helpful throughout the whole process. She answered every question and made the whole experience less stressful. I stopped into the dealership in June in need of a new reliable car. Upon arrival I met with Danielle and she made the car buying stress and anxiety all go away. She was so personable and made things go a lot smoother than what I thought it d be. She helped me get rid of my old car and drive off the lot in a new 2023 outlander, and it was by far one of the best purchases I ve made! I can t thank her enough for helping me even still to this day even if i have any question she is always there no matter what. I ll forever recommend Danielle!

Top tier customer service! If you aren t taking your business here.. make it make sense. This was my first time buying a car or working with a dealership period. I saw a car Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi had listed for sale and from the second I contacted them I knew I was in great hands. Matt Peach was very thorough and eager to answer any questions I had regarding the vehicle. I never once felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. He gave me all the time to go over my options and choices to make sure I made a decision that best fit ME. Which I would say is extremely important during a process like this and sets the foundation for a smooth successful sale where everyone is happy. In the end I definitely am! The dealership itself was super clean and organized and put together. Myself and the other people I brought with me all felt comfortable and confident in their practices. It was nice that other employees even took it upon themselves to acknowledge you and introduce themselves and keep you up to date during times the sales person you may be dealing with had to step away. This was a huge commitment for me to make and would generally make anyone nervous, but with all the good I experienced it quickly didn t feel that way at all. Thank you Matt and everyone else that was involved! 10/10 have/will continue to recommend!

My sales women was Daniel McMichael not only was she the most attentive sales person I ve ever dealt with shes continued to be an asset it s been like 2 months since I bought my car and even when she was vacationing with her family she took the time to answer any and every question I could have she s helped me obtain any and every discount and aid possible. I ve got my car fully detailed and washed several times and any concern I had was taken seriously and looked over at no cost to me. I cannot recommend her enough. She s a god send one of the few sales people in it for the benefit of people and not just for the money.

I purchased a preowned 2016 Explorer from this location and it was fantastic at first, but unfortunately the vehicle did not hold up. It was just a bad machine. Lot of faults on this car. The great part was, I brought it back to Shorkey Mitsubishi to help fix the issue, not only did they listened to my concerns, they moved on the solutions of both repairing the Explorer or replacing it with a comparable vehicle. In the end. Matt, Hannah, and Cory teamed up and got me a great deal on a new Outlander Sport. Could not be happier with the team effort to make this situation favorable to me. Thank you so much!!

My sales associate was Danielle McMichael and she was absolutely wonderful!! She was able to help out me AND my fianc� get two brand new cars! She was very patient, she was not pushy in the slightest and she was very thorough with explaining things. She went above and beyond. I HIGHLY recommend going to see her if you are in the market for a new car!

James was really great!! It was a busy afternoon, but he kept me updated on everything going on with my vehicle. The video updates are great, and I don t know if I m late, but I ve never been to another dealership or auto repair shop that does it and I m a HUGE fan! I wouldn t change a thing about Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi! We had our baby there all day, everyone was accommodating when she was tired! Then there s the transition from one car to the next, letting us take our time looking at options and helping us in the process!

My husband and I traded in and purchased a new Outlander and it was by far the most pleasant experience we have had at a dealership. We had a unique credit and insurance situation and both Kenzie our salesperson and Chris in finance worked patiently and quickly to resolve any issues, make the deal and get us on our way! They come highly recommended!

Went to this dealership to buy a bmw,Tim and Kenzie was nice, And finance guy Chris made it so easy. Thank you! Only bad thing about this place, well actually a couple, they take pictures of your vehicles while personal property is still in it, they couldn t wait till we left. If it s a. pre owned vehicle they only give you half a tank of gas, and whoever cleans the cars needs to learn to clean a vehicle. Wash it then shamy it, and

We scheduled a test drive for a Mitsubishi sport for 1/31/24 at 5:30. We show up and come to find out they don't have any new ones to test drive........okay??.....it was a scheduled test drive and they called to confirm and ask if I could come in any earlier. They had a used one that was a year old we test drove instead. They wanted to appraise our current vehicle while we did our test drive. We didn't make a deal since we were just test driving and seeing what we wanted. We return to our vehicle 2 hours later to leave and noticed a 25 dollar gift card was missing from our vehicle. Naturally nobody knows anything but it or where it went. I asked to see the pictures they took to confirm the giftcard was in the center console.....guess what they didn't get a picture of......covenant isn't it??

Had the best experience here. I stopped by a couple weeks ago needing a reliable car. Our car salesperson Hannah was so patient and extremely knowledgeable. She helped me over the course of a couple days and made the whole car buying experience less stressful. So happy with the friendly customer service and my new car !!

The man working at the service desk was a huge help. We dropped the car off and he kept me updated on the status though out the day. Made the experience easy and stress free. Made sure I had it back to pick my wife up at work. I wish I had a person like that to deal with everyday.

I would highly recommend Hannah Hartnett! She was great to work with and really went above and beyond to help me search for a new vehicle! She also kept us well informed along the way about timing and next steps. It was a pleasure working with her and I would highly recommend her!

My son and I stopped in last week and met Danielle. He is looking to purchase his first vehicle. Danielle took us out to test drive two different vehicles. She was very helpful and was able to talk us through my concerns about him being a first time buyer. We are still in search of that perfect car... but when we do decide to make that purchase, we will definitely be stopping back in to see Danielle!

What an awful this experience has been. Purchased a car in November 2023, it's Now 1/15/24, and still have no Memo Title to go and get the license plates. Temp tag expired and blew away in recent storm, try to call the store for answers and get the run around every single time. Have had documents sent to us 3 times since the purchase because they didn't have us sign the right forms when we were at the dealership for FIVE hours buying the car.NEVER NEVER AGAIN!

What a great salesman Logan Harper and Jessica from finance. They made it easy to buy a vehicle no pressure just all around great experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
