After the sale, I have nothing good to say about them. Their service department is a joke. They are clueless. I was told to take my ford truck to their sister dealer in Wexford since it was close to my house and I purchased the extended warranty. Which was not true at all. They told me to take it to ford. After I got my oil consumption complaint looked at, I was told to bring it back after 3,000 miles and have the oil checked. I called when I had 2,700 miles on it to schedule an appointment only to be told that they gave me the wrong information and I was supposed to bring it back every 200 miles. Now I m back to square one. The feeling I get from them is that they can afford to lose a one vehicle customer and not affect their business. There s no sense of caring for the customer or willingness to put in any kind of effort to make things right. Every time I deal with them, I feel like I m just a bother to them and an annoyance.

Best experience ever in buying a vehicle ,our salesman John Marchwinski was very helpful and polite. I will give them a 5 star rating. Will use them again.
