My husband surprised me with this beautiful car for Christmas! TJ opened up the showroom on Christmas morning (wow!) so I could receive my gift! I am so thankful for his generosity and thoughtfulness to make my morning so special. Thank you to Hamilton Auto and especially TJ in providing first class treatment. Just awesome.

I am giving 5 stars not just for the fairness of price, but for the overall experience of buying a new car. In the past, car shopping has been stressful and took hours while the dealer had to ask his manager . Hamilton Automotive however provided a really easy and laid-back environment. . Everyone was so nice and inviting and the family was grilling burgers and hotdogs when we entered. It felt as if I was being invited into someone s home. This pictures says it all. Dallas is a family man and was a pleasure to work with. Negotiating the price was straight forward and I felt like it they were honest and fair. Usually after buying a car, I walk away wondering if I got a good deal and exhausted from the long hours it took. This time I walked out with a stomach full of BBQ and couldn t be happier with my new Nissan. I definitely would recommend this place to start for anyone looking for a new car. If they don t have what you re looking for they will direct you to the right place. Thanks for everything!

This is an all around fantastic dealership. Randy took care of me from the very beginning before I even moved to Pennsylvania from Texas. Each car I saw were fantastic vehicles and you ll for sure find a great ride. They kindly sent a ride to the airport to bring me to the dealership and even gave me a window unit for my new apartment after hearing there was no central air! Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and helpful and made this purchase a no brainer. I highly recommend them if you are in the market they will take care of you before and even after your purchase. My 2013 Honda Accord is pristine , thank you Randy and the Hamilton Automotive team.

Fabulous Experience! Hands down the best car purchase of my life. At Hamilton Automotive all I had to do was tell them what I was looking for. Not only did they find my dream car- they got me an incredible deal on it! I am now driving around in a beautiful Mustang convertible that was within MY budget!Many other dealerships I ve walked out of due to poor customer service and shady sales people. Not here at Hamilton! Samantha and Randy took great care of me! The purchase process was streamlined and simplified. There was no added stress or any added fees. I was able to purchase the extended warranty I was interested in obtaining.As for my car, I ve had it for almost two years now. It has never had any problems. Runs beautifully! All my tire rotations, oil changes and car details have been completed at Hamilton without a problem. They always can fit me in right away and make sure I m out the door in a clean, well maintained car.The best part about the dealership is that it is a family owned business. I feel like a part of the family they take such good care of me. I ll never buy a car anywhere else. Thank you Hamilton Automotive! You have a forever customer!!!

I highly recommend this place. Mr. Randy and entire staff was so nice. I purchased a car from these guys over the phone , made a wire transfer; the transaction was smooth. The car was magnificent, I drove from VA to PA to pick it up and on the way back to VA it rode like a champ. Pls for your next vehicle consider these guys!

Highly recommend Hamilton Automotive!! Sam and Randy were wonderful, very honest and helpful during the whole car buying process. Excellent customer service!! Would definitely go back and purchase from them again. Absolutely no pressure and we felt comfortable asking questions. Our son is very happy with his 2016 Subaru Legacy! Wonderful car extremely clean (like new) and runs great. Sam and Randy, we appreciate everything you did for us!! Above and beyond customer service!!! Thank you!!!

Family! That's what comes to mind when visiting Hamilton Auto. The staff is courteous, patient, knowledgeable and are willing to work with you to get you into a vehicle. They do not pressure you and understand personal situations and are happy to talk to you and find the best way to purchase a car. They make you feel like you count and part of their family. I highly recommend if you are looking for a good, reliable vehicle this is the place! Kudos to Dallas, Randy, Greg and Samantha. Thank you for helping me and being so kind and considerate. What an absolute perfect experience! I was in and out with a great deal and hassle free. Dallas is truly an asset to Hamilton Automotive and a just an all around great human being. I had a great experience at Hamilton Auto. Sam, Greg and Randy was the best. I highly recommend them. We left with the car we was looking at and got a great deal and a beautiful car. Well worth the drive.They really do treat you like family and offer the best coffee. Very happy thank you.

I never leave reviews, but I believe Hamilton Auto deserves one with the experience I had. Joe was awesome. He went over and beyond getting me into my new truck. He even drove 45 minutes to my house to get paperwork signed by my wife. Everyone I interacted with treated me great and are all very friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a new vehicle.

I was looking for a certain year and model of Cadillac. I called Randy and he stated that he could help me. Amazingly he did, then worked with me to get financed. The team there at Hamilton were down to earth and very friendly. After purchasing the vehicle there were a couple of items that needed to be fixed, they were done with no questions asked. I would recommend this Automotive Dealership to all. Thanks Randy and Tony to Gregory.

Was looking for an older Jeep and found one here by searching online. I ve never had better people take care of me. It s family owned and they make you feel like family! I would go here before I went anywhere else. The detailing and cleaning is amazing, the owner and his daughter are great, and the sales people are AWESOME! They take pride in what they do and they care about their customers. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I have posted on this subject. The first time I posted my comments, Dallas from Hamilton called me and asked if I would mind taking down the post, and if I did, I could bring the car over to them and they would see what they could do to rectify the situation. I agreed, and when we took the car in, they looked it over and basically said there wasn t anything wrong with it that had not been caused by the exhaust modification my son put on the car. I have had two experienced VW mechanics look at it, and they both told us that the performance issues this car was having could have been in no way caused by the exhaust mod. What the charade amounted to was they got me to rescind my negative comments, yet did nothing to fix the problems with the car. Since that time, I have put well over $2,000 into repairing this car, including a new driver side door, because the car had obviously been wrecked, which Hamilton did not disclose. The latest issue is a very serious one, involving the transmission, and could cost up to $2,500 just to fix it. The sales guy at Hamilton, Dallas, basically took advantage of a 19-year-old kid who just got a decent-paying full-time job and wanted to buy his first car. In my original review I had asked, rhetorically, if Dallas would have sold this car to one of his own daughters, of whom he spoke glowingly. He didn t respond to that other than to get offended that I brought his daughters into it. Actually, he did, by bragging about what a great father he was. I will take responsibility for this insofar as we bought a car that had no warranty. That s on us, but my experience with Hamilton is that they are not reliable nor trustworthy. If you are considering buying from them, make sure there is a warranty. Have your own trusted mechanic go over it before you sign, or you will live to regret it.

Very easy experience, went looking at a 2017 Silverado. Made the two hour trip from northeast Ohio and would absolutely come back again. Never pressured, Dallas was very helpful at all points of the transaction. Sam was also super helpful and very friendly. Clean facility and it allows you to inspect all parts of the vehicle not in the cold and dirt. Very appreciated and thanks again

This place is top notch! After shopping for 2 months for my car I settled here. I searches through a 4 state radius and Hamilton beat everyone s prices. Very upfront and honest! Bought my accord 6 weeks ago and i have put over 4,300 trouble free miles on it!

Went to look at a 2019 Silverado they had. They closed and Sammy was just leaving as we pulled in. She stopped, talked to us, offered to show me the vehicle, all while the dealership was closed. She called in a sales associate Randy who could answer any questions I may have ( without us even knowing ). We stopped in just to inquire about the truck, not knowing they were closed for the day. The truck caught my eye as we passed so on our way back we stopped. Sammy and Randy went above and beyond for customer service. Sammy set the standard for how to treat a customer and their family. I ended up purchasing the truck and took less than 2 hours start to finish. I can't say how the truck will treat me since I just purchased it, however I left feeling good about the deal. No pressure, no fast talking salesman, and I didn't feel taken advantage of. I highly recommend stopping by and seeing this team if you're in the market.

I recently bought a brand new vehicle at Jim Shorkey Ford.Back in December I bought a used truck from Jim Shorkey Ram and they took my head off! I was thousands of dollars upside down!The Ram store screwed me over big time.The Ford store helped me but I was salty at the Ram store still when I needed a 2nd vehicle.I took a friends advice and went to see Randy Irwin at Hamilton.Randy & Dallas helped me big time & I was shocked at how good the deal I got was.Let s just say that I will never buy a car from any other dealership in the country. Hamilton Auto has my business until the day I die. Do yourself a favor and go see them if you are in the market for a new vehicle. You can trust these guys. Good people. Dallas & Randy !

Out of all used car dealerships this dealership came out and actually came and talked to me this is how business should be ran! Been without a car of my own for 5 months due to Monroe messed up with my was looking for a used car. End resolution got a nice car with everything I want! I promise this is where you want to go for your next car! I had a terrible experience with multiple dealerships but trust me these guys do it for the love of cars. Whether you want a nice mustang or a pretty corvette ( obviously corvette right haha) Tj has it and its beautiful. Kept indoors , and every car was beautiful inside and out. You just cant lose with hamilton. You can tell that this is a family oriented place as well , which really solidifies the trust i had with them. they really did every thing they could to make it happen for me and it wasnt an easy job, thanks guys!!

Buyer beware!!!! I bought a 2017 Dodge Journey with 19,000 miles, drove fine when I test drove it everything seemed to be fine with in 2 weeks my breaks were grinding so bad I thought there was a rock stuck between my brake pad and rotor.... That wasn t the case!!! I had a mechanic looked at and was told my brakes and rotors were shot and they didn t understand how they put inspection stickers on the car with the brakes being so bad... So I called Hamilton and they replaced them now I brought up the fact my tires are bald to the point there are white treads coming out and I ve only put 4,000 miles on the vehicle!!!!! So I call again and Dallas tells me maybe call the the tire company to see if there is a warranty so I call and they tire company won t replace them because I m the second owner I call Dallas back and he argues with me that they aren t going to pay for tire they will give me a discounted tire for 150$ each and I quote we didn t make any profit off your vehicle which in my eyes seems like because they made no profit they aren t willing to fix there mistake if they missed the brakes which is first thing that is looked at during the inspection process... I can t imagine what else they might of missed I d never go to them for anything... This is a horrible company to buy from you will regret it.

This was an easy decision to give this place a star review!! For they aren't even close to being concerned with customer care!! My girlfriend made a deal with 2 of salesmen here both of them telling her the car she wanted to buy was and would be ready on July 6th.. I even took off work early to make sure she could be there in time to pay for the vehicle in CASH!! YES CASH!! She even called ahead that day to make sure.. They never asked for a deposit but just said it would be ready to go as soon as she gor there. Upon arriving we find out they sold the car just hours before we got there and never had the common decency to let us know a head of time. Never have I heard of such ignorance. Never will I ever reccomend this establishment too anyone!!

This place was amazing!! They actually CARE about thier customers!! Went in not knowing if we could even get a car with past credit issues and this family owned business took great time and effort to get us what we needed. This was The Best car buying experience we've ever had!!! Highly highly recommend working with them!!
