Update: Two years later, whoever it was that was rude at my first visit is not there anymore. Bob at the front desk saved me a bunch of money by running the error codes on my car and recommending a DIY fix. I go here very often now.Went to the store and was describing my problem to the man at the counter he didn't even let me finish before saying "I can't help you." When I asked what he would do if he were in my position, he wasn't helpful either. Seemed like he was having a bad day or something, and I left without getting what I needed.

Had good experiences here in the past but this time not so much. Ordered some odd ball spark plugs for a Honda ST1300 and was told they would be in in the morning. Went to pick them up next day and clerk tried to say that they sold them to someone else. Had to make a second trip the next day. If I was just told that they forgot to order them I would have understood.

Bob's service here is amazing! I came to advance because I was having alittle issue with my driver side wiper blade. He was very attentive and thoughtful on how he approached my issue!

No one greeted me, found my own wipers, associate installed them no questions asked.The big crack in the floor bothers me, like the place may sink in at any moment. Not just like a 3 inch split, but concrete and tile broken in the middle of the floor.Pretty clean place, seemed ok.Just ok.

Had just about everything I needed. Would like to see some more verity on bolts. Always looking for a bolt that is black and it's always tuff to find them. They only seem to have copper looking ones. Everyone is always nice and always ask if I need any help.

They're always helpful and knowledgeable. They hooked me up on a new battery and installed it in 4 minutes.

This Advance store sucks, the manager is as rude and ignorant you can get with his employees and customers. One guy that worked there quit because the manager called him a dumbass, that's no way to treat an employee. The commercial accounts pro that works there should be the manager. The other Advance stores I've been to are all great and very helpful with customers. Don't shop here.

One day I stopped there to have my car read for the check engine light 2 days later I had to stop again and they told me they didn't do it due to covid would you just did it 2 days prior what's the difference

It's a great place that has most things you'll need to get your car back on track! Plus Robert down there is very friendly and knows quite a bit about cars and is most helpful!

I don't know the guys name leave the younger gentleman he was very very helpful tested my battery in my alternator ran the codes did everything he was supposed to do helped me pick out a battery and he also installed my battery at no charge so I do recommend this place definitely more than AutoZone

Worst auto parts store in the world. They'll put you on hold for 15 minutes then when they pick up the hang up on you. They never have any parts that you need. The place is worthless

Hassle for warranty replacement. Refused to deliver to home. Other stores napa and o'Reilly are a lot better at customer service and care

I like advance Auto partsBut not this particular one.Mostly because when I would go in to get a part for my older SUV the employees treated me like a stupid teenage girl.I go to the one a few miles down the road where I can get what I need and treated like everyone else.

The people in the his store had no idea what they were looking at ......no u me should work there that doesn't get the general idea of what they r looking at under the hood of a car!!!!!!!

Went in asked for battery to be tested said battery was bad..got new battery...um no the alternator was bad never tested the alternator...that was friday...broke down monday!!!

It's a chain auto parts store. Will most likely have what you need in stock. Haven't ever been unhappy with anything.
