7 months ago I took a chance when my car was vandalized and decided to go with them after calling a few other shops. After receiving my car, they constantly communicated with me every step of the way. I didn't have to reach out to them for anything. They kept me fully informed. They were very pleasant and reassuring. I was highly satisfied with the way my car was repaired, and it came with a lifetime guarantee. When I picked up my car, they had detailed it and put gas in it for me. I have never had such specialialized treatment from any shop. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for top-notch service. This is the place to go.

Bad experienceDropped my car off for repair in the front after an accident and after I picked I noticed that the headlights didn t match and there was very obvious gap between the bumper and the headlights. There way of fixing the problem was to inconvenience to drive back to the shop and seat in there for and hour or more while they try to fix it. Never experienced anything like this in my life

My 2016 Honda Civic Touring was rear ended by a tractor trailer. I was almost convinced that my car was totaled, but apparently it was repairable. Service King did an exceptional job restoring my vehicle to perfect condition. The repairs were of such quality, that it is as if the accident never happened! My car drives just as well if not better than it did pre-accident! There are absolutely no imperfections in the body work that I could find, and the paint color is exact to the original.There used to be an annoying rattle with my subwoofer, and that rattle is gone now since the repair! What a nice bonus!I HIGHLY recommend Service King for any body/paintwork on your vehicle!Just look at these before and after pics! AMAZING!!!!

I took my car to crash champion for replace of my fender, side mirror being missing, scraps on the door and my driver side window was malfunctioning do to the accident. They literally were nice from start to finish and got my repairs done in a little under 2 weeks consideing all the other places I called which were extremely months longer to get in. Well I must say upon picking up my car it look brand new they did impeccable work along with the service I would definitely recommend Crash Champions

Was listed as a preferred place from my insurance. Was put in touch with them and scheduled an appointment for the next day . Even was confirmed with their automated text system. Was called day of appointment at 8:00 am and told they don t have any appointments available until 3 weeks later. Absolutely terrible customer service . Would give them 0 stars if I could

Service king of Huntingdon Valley made the worst experience of my life a great experience in the end. Not only was the customer service impeccable they even helped me out after hours. They called me and checked how I was feeling about all the repairs every step of the way. They even have a cool app to help you keep track on how your car is coming along I loved it. To add the icing on the cake the completed my repairs before estimated time frame. I received my car spotless and clean. I am a forever customer and will be coming again for all future needs. Sherry is awesome and the main reason I ultimately picked service king, I called asking when they could take me and she said the following day. I was concerned because everyone else was booked out for 5 weeks. Read the reviews called her back and she was so nice, scheduled me in. Paul took over, got me a rental and his confidence/experience even as a young pup put me as ease and immediately made me trust him. Then Alex took over, he called me when he needed too and let me know where they were at. I picked up the car and everything looks great. On top of that, they talked with enterprise, and progressive all at the same time. An amazing team.

I could not have had a more professional and cordial experience than my recent one with Service King. They were prepared for my initial appointment, arranged promptly for a rental car and then proceeded to update me daily on the progress of my repair work. The work was completed two days ahead of schedule and the return process was as professional as the drop off. The quality of the repair work was top notch. Abhorrent customer service. The adjuster in charge of my case, Alex, is disrespectful and ignorant. Do not go here if you value your time, money, or car at all. After working on my car for 2 weeks, service king decided they could not complete the repairs. I had to pay for my disassembled car to be towed to another auto body shop to be finished. I gave them a heads up that the car would be towed a week in advance. When the car arrived at the auto body shop, the back seats were not in the car. Service King refuses to deliver the back seats to me, when it is 100% their responsibility to make sure every part of the car is back in the car before it is towed. I live 40 miles away, and they will not compensate me for my time and money to come and pick up the seats. Not only were they unable to complete the job I payed them to do, could not even make sure that all the car parts were in the car at the very end. Save yourself your valuable time and money- do NOT take your car here. They are an insult to all legitimate auto body shops and should be closed down.Service: Body & Trim

After my car accident several weeks ago Service King literally put my car back together for me. My insurance called 2 other places. They said they would try for Jan or Feb. I called service kung. They had a tow truck out same day. I had my car back in less then 2 weeks. Now that's a Christmas miracle. The people who work there are excellent at their job. Also they are kind to you on the phone. That meant alot to me. Thanks again for everything.Service: Body & Trim

I can't complain about the service received by this place. They kept me updated by text messages every day. Always answered by questions when I called in courteous manner. They promised my car by today, and it was ready yesterday noon. The body work and paint job was really good. The young lady at reception was great. Totally recommend this team.

I was involved in a hit-n-run accident. Service King was recommended by my insurance company. I was very happy wit the services they provided. My car looked even better than it did prior to the accident. They were professional, kind and kept me informed during the entire process. My car was ready before the promised date. Tree branches fell in my car and dented the roof and with that they the paint was chipping. I called Service King spoke to Chrissy who made me an appointment to get an estimate. I was in and out with the estimate. I then scheduled to have the work done a few weeks later. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday morning and had it back Wednesday evening. I was amazed in how fast they got my car done and back to me along with the fantastic customer service I was given. I highly recommend Service King Huntington Valley to anyone who is in need of a Auto Body Shop.I hope I don't get anymore damage to my car but if I do Service King will sure get future business from me.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I used Service King for an insurance claim. Everyone was so friendly even with social distancing. I got up to date texts regarding the repairs and they handled my insurance rental car. I received my car back ahead of schedule and everything looked great. got a small fender bender, went to a recommended repair shop by the insurance company, everything went really smooth from appointment to repair and checkout, it was done in 3 days and the work came out really nice. i was kept in touch through the whole process though texting.i am very happy to have come here and i would recommend these guys to anyone for body work.

Awful experience. Stay away from these people. Absolutely no ethics. They kept my car for over a week with no updates. When I called they had no idea what was going on with the car. When I confronted the manager on their lack of communication, he told me I can always take my cars back but he already washed and charged it . We took that option because it was clear nothing good was going to happen. When we showed up at the location, the car had smears all over and was not charged (an electric vehicle). They charged us $100 for towing it from one of THIR other shops. Is that an honest practice? When I took my car from their shop to one down the road, the estimated cost of repairs was dramatically lower. Steer clear!

Customer Service was excellent. The texts that were used to provide updates of my car's repair process was an excellent tool. I was totally satisfied with the repairs of my car. Would recommend Service King to anyone needing repairs to their vehicle.

Besides doing body work on my van...the customer service was off the charts as well. I was greeted with a warm-service that made me feel like family. On a scale of 1-10 I'd make a exception and grant them a 15!!! Not only was my vehicle repaired it was ready before the scheduled date...and detailed inside out. Took my car for an estimate as they are guaranteed service repair shop for my insurance. The guy at the front desk seemed miserable and looked like he hated life. I was the only person there. He never greeted me just said sign in on the computer. I did, then waited a few minutes even though I was the only customer there. He took some pictures of the damage to my car and said I'll get an email with an estimate. Didn't seem like he cared at all if I get repairs there or not. Seems like they don't care about customers. I wonder what kind of repairs they do. Wouldn't trust them.

Beyond impressed with the work done to my car, it looks brand new. Communication was superb, I was notified every time my car reached a new stage. Everyone was wonderful. Do not bring you car to Service King. I ve worked with my fair share of auto body shops, and never in my life have I been so appalled and insulted by a shop s work and the subsequent customer service when you express dissatisfaction. There are too many auto body shops out there to take a chance on Service King. Avoid this place at all costs.Service: Body & Trim
