So bad service. He accepted payment for an oil change but didn't actually change the oil.

I have now been a customer at Quality Care Automotive 3 times for 3 separate services within 1 year and each time I was 100% satisfied by the friendly customer service, extremely reasonable prices and the quality of the job. Sam and Alex have been very flexible with my work schedule and always get the work done asap. They have even given me a quick lift to the rental car company when I needed to get to work on time. I have honestly never found oil changes or inspections at a better price in Pennsylvania than these guys, plus they are super nice! I would strongly recommend Quality Care Automotive to anyone!

This place was a quality care automotive when Sam used to be the owner because he knew without customers his place would not functions. I usually go there to get my routine car service done. Thought I'd stop by today to drop my car off. As I opened the door the lady looked at me from head to toe rudely asked: "what do you want?" I replied I'd like to speak with Sam the owner of the place. She did not even let me finish my sentence she replied with lot of ignorance and attitude"Sam is not the owner of this place my husband owned this place." and the guys in the garage were looking at me as if they've never seen an Indian before i did not feel secure to leave my brand new car in these people hand so I left. Don't bring your car there if you don't want to deal with a bunch of ignorant people.

I got a 2005 mini cooper and was having some issues with it and a friend of mine told me about quality care automotive and how they helped him when he had car trouble. I called them up and made an appointment to bring my car in.took my car there and had it there for a few hours and sure enough they found a faulty ground wire. They were very friendly and very professional . I highly recommend this shop. I will tell all my friends about how satisfied I was with sam and alex at quality care automotive. Thanks for fixing my car.

Great service and affordable price. Mechanic worked fast and was nice to customers. I brought my own part and he installed it less than 20 min.
