The most knowledgeable mechanics in the Philadelphia area. Service is always quick and they always breakdown costs in the receipts so you know exactly how much you are paying towards labor and parts. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable mechanics

I did my research on this business, And I want to let you know that this is my new spot. I have a Bentley, a G-Wagon and a BMW I8; This will be their new home for maintenance. We all know how expensive it can be if you take your car to the dealership, Especially when you have these type of vehicles. I like this business because they keep it real, and they don't try to have you pay for something that you don't need. The staff is honest, trustworthy and very professional. The manager Igor, What's very helpful, nice and very friendly. This company has my highest recommendation that I have ever given a review for. The quality is superb and they save me a lot of money. My call runs like new. I also appreciate the military discount. I'm glad I discovered Prestige AUTO Service.

Drove to Prestige auto yesterday from Erie Pa. to look at a BMW 440I Xdrive they had for sale. Talked with Tim for a few weeks prior to meeting up, great guy, extremely knowledgeable, and explained car to a "T". Wife and I spent time going over the car with Tim and his team (all very helpful), bought car drove it home (about 500mi) absolutely no issues. We are very happy and would recommend Prestige Auto Sales and Service to anyone! Again THANK YOU to Tim and his team for a great experience, would not hesitate to purchase from here again!!

They know volvo and volvo electronics.Brought in my 2012 volvo for an electrical issue. Fixed it no problem and pointed out other issues the encountered.Great service. They keep me in the loop and let me know, before hand, how much it will cost. They start to work after authorization.Fair prices, too.Very satisfied

BEWARE!!!!! This shop is EXTREMELY CROOKED scammer thieves. You go in with one problem and then end up with several more. This place intentionally messed your car up to "fix" it while charging you for more labor. This has been done to me and others more than once. Read all the reviews! They are slow workers always sitting around take your car for weeks and claim their working on it. Avoid this place at all costs. Extremely unprofessional they have cost me thousands .

People recomended there service but it was a big mistake to bring my car here for break service. Brought them original Benz break shoes they replaced it next day i start having problem with noise so i called back they told me bring the car they want to test drive it did it and Mechanic called me and showed me the rotors were bad he said i asked them time of replacing Pad how come nobody said anything everybody quite. Brought them new pair of Original Rotors next dam same S**t sam problem looks like rotors were fine they just dont Know how to fix it before you being your car think twice is that worth here ?I also posting video you can hear there break noiseUpdate:Took to dealer ended up paying for new pads as they were installed wrong

I took my BMW to Prestige Auto Service for a transmission fluid change and they did a great job. They also replaced the fluid pan and filter, and recommended me to change the fluid in the transfer case, which I agreed to. The price was reasonable, especially compared to what I would pay in Boston. They were very professional and courteous, and answered all my questions. I was very satisfied with their service and I would highly recommend them to anyone who owns a BMW.They know what they are doing and they do it well. Thank you, Prestige Auto Service!

Been here twice now & both times staff was extremely helpful, kind & patient. That is a rarity these days. I haven't had major work done here, but based on the way they helped me, highly recommend this place for all your service needs!

I ve taken my Range Rover Sport here every time there s an issue. These guys are fast, affordable, and know what they re doing. Had my 1991 E34 serviced and Alex was very helpful and there mechanics did a very good job I will bring it back if I need to get anything else done. Work I got done was water pump, thermostat and housing and also a heater core everything works perfect great job guys.

I have been back and forth with this shop like 5 times. They claimed they fixed my oil leak but my car is still leaking. Their work is supposed to be under warranty so after I get it rechecked at Audi to see exactly where the leak is - it's going back. They had my car weeks at a time - not recommended

I'm very lucky to found this team 2 years ago, who repairs my 2 BMW during this years. I go there whenever I have a car issue and I will continue going there from NJ. I'm always get great work from Prestige Auto Sales & Service. Everyone is incredibly friendly, polite and competent with me every time. Office people are great. Price is much better from another Body Shop or BMW dealer. They always ask me my approve for price for any details if they need change it. I could not ask for better service. Repairs are always top notch. Guys you saved my life many times!I wish you more new and loyal clients at new place!Thank you very much for everything!

This is my go to auto shop if i have a problem with my Audi a4. They use high quality genuine parts. Very high quality service along with reasonable prices! My car feels like new every time i service there. Very pleased! I definitely recommend them!
