I got into an accident and my car was towed to here. Since the accident happened on a Friday, they told me that I can t get my car towed to another place to get it fixed until Monday at the earliest because they re closed over the weekend. Which is fair, so I m not so upset about the delay. However, they were quite dishonest on telling me what I m being charged for during the time my car stayed there. The guy that I talked to on Saturday told me that they would only charge the tow fee of $125 and $45 per night my car being kept there. So I was just expecting $125 for tow fee and $45 for each night for the two nights ($90) my car was there. But the bill came out to be $375! They also charged me for another $45 for each day my car was there so it was two days and two nights and the storage fee came out to be $180 just by itself. They also charged me for oil dry fee (claimed that there was oil leaking from my car), cleaning fee, and admin fee. But my car NEVER GOT OIL LEAKING NOR WAS IT BEING CLEANED. My car was still completely dusty and the inside looked completely untouched up to the moment I got it towed to another place on Monday. This business place is such a scam and super dishonest. The staff were cocky through the phone and lied about their service charges in person. If I m able to give them 0 star, I would. This coming from a person who wouldn t get out of her way to write reviews unless she feel greatly satisfied or greatly disappointed.

Recent inspection, oil change. Courteous, exceptional, professional, on time, experienced. Take all my family s cars to Pioneer (body work, brakes, tires, tune up, maintenance, etc). Always up front, never push unnecessary services and Never had to return for a problem. Rare indeed.

I have personally used Pioneer for multiple services including oil change, tire rotation, state inspection, new tire mounting, and brakes. I feel I can trust them to only do the necessary work. They update me with their status and the things to look out for on the car that could need work in the future. Their pricing is fair compared to other mechanics. I don t wait for the car so I can t speak to their waiting area accommodations but they do have a place to wait if need be. They have always been friendly and I would recommend them.

This is our 'go-to' body shop over many years. Car accidents happen and my family has had many repairs done here and they have always been honest, professional, friendly, prompt and very fair. We've had repairs not covered by insurance and Pioneer's pricing was as competitive as possible. They also work well with the insurance company. No fancy office or anything like that but they know how to repair vehicles like new. Happy to have Pioneer Auto Body as a resource when we need them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family since I know they are fair and do good work.

husband and i are very pleased. been coming to their shop for over 15 years. three different cars. oil changes, brakes, o2 sensors, muffler to hole repair in floor board. fair priced family business.

Phil was a great guy called for a tow literally there in 10 minutes very professional and good people I will recommend them to every person I know thanks guys Johnny with the black Mercedes e350 as a man as a veteran they are trustworthy
