Highly recommend coming here to get your car fixed. I needed my PA state inspection complete and got quoted hundreds of dollars for replacements on my car at my local Firestone. I called Ferrari s as many of my friends and family are customers here. I explained my situation and they instructed me to come in so that they could take a look themselves. After having my car there for 1 day, they called me explaining that my car not only passed inspection, but also all of the replacements that Firestone thought that I needed to pass inspection on their end, I ultimately did not need. Ferrari s even mentioned that I drove less than 500 miles this year and my breaks (which was something Firestone wanted me to replace) were in great condition. Overall, I went from thinking I needed to spend almost $800 on my car at Firestone, to just needing to pay for my PA state inspection.Ferrari s is honest, absolute experts in the field and a pleasure to communicate with. I will always bring my car here from now on and I will be referring everyone I know to Ferrari s moving forward.

I needed some major maintenance/repairs and these guys communicated with me thoroughly throughout the entire process and it ended up costing me much less than what a different shop quoted me for. There is a noticeable improvement in the way my car drives now. Special shoutout to Colson and the whole crew for the awesome work they do!

Ferrari's Sunoco Service Center was recommended by several people when no one else could figure out the issue with my car. Every time I bring my car in, they reinforce their reputation for being honest and extremely knowledgeable.

Have been using these guys for the last 4 years and can't say enough about them. They are honest, reliable and will tell you what does and doesn't need to be done with your car. They are the only shop I've ever worked with that actually stoped a repair project when they felt that what I was asking to do something that was going to be a meaningless, short term repair.

Today, while I was out and about, my car read, low tire pressure! I tried to fill it with air, but it didn t seem to do it, so I decided to drive the 8 minutes to Ferrari s service shop. My husband and I have been bringing our cars to the shop for many years. Bill has always been professional, respectful and kind, but my encounter today was with a young man named Daniel. Daniel was kind, professional, and he asked me about my day outside of this. Little did Daniel know, today was the 4th year anniversary of my younger brother s passing. I was worried about being able to find help for my car on a Sunday afternoon and encountered kindness, and willingness to help! Thank you Daniel, and thank you Bill for running such a great business!

I stopped to fill my tank up and I had a low tire, I asked the attendant if I could use the air hose that was on the island where the pumps were, he said I will fill your tires for you! I couldn't believe that he was going to put air In my tires. Thank you for the old school service.A very happy customer!!!

Busted my tire's sidewall during evening rush hour and was pleasantly surprised that they're still open when their competitors already closed for the day. William, very nice gentleman, was quick to help to figure out how to assist me. You just earned a soon to be a very loyal customer. Will bring my cars here from now on.

Just a good, old-fashioned, honest SERVICE station. Always accommodating even in a time crunch. I ve been bringing my cars here for years and wouldn t trust anyone else. Bill, Colson and their team are just the best. Thanks for helping me out again today.

My family has been going to Ferrari's for decades. The only thing that would keep a customer going back for that long is trust and the mastered ability they yield to get the job done right, quickly. They always go above and beyond every time I see them and they treat all of their customers like family. Absolutely worth the close to an hour drive to get there. I wont be going anywhere else any time soon. Ask for Colson or Bill, they know their stuff like it's second nature and have the biggest hearts for their customers!

Ferrari's Service Center has one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff in the business. In addition to always looking out for the best interest and safety of their customers, their turn around time for their jobs is so quick. They don't skimp out on service being done correctly and completely. Really some of the best in the business!

I ve known Bill and Colson for years. They are always friendly and very knowledgeable. My truck always gets back to me in timely fashion thanks to the guys at Ferraris s. They have also helped me out more then once when I was ina bind. I can t recommend these guys enough. Easily the best mechanics in the Philly area!

Took my car here to get a headlight replaced which had burned out. Usually the dealership would tell me to leave the car for a couple hours. Ferrari had it changed in 9 minutes, I didn't take call ahead. The best place I've ever gone. I drop my car off and can walk to the train in 5 minutes. Open early and late. Fabulous customer service and extremely convenient.

I was in a rush to get to work after an appointment and forgot gas. Then I could not get the gas pump to accept my card but thankfully a friendly Sunoco employee came out of the store to my aid! Thank you! I could have hugged the guy I was so happy! But I respected him personal space, thanked him and got to work on time. Whoo!

Despite an initial miscommunication that left me feeling unhappy with the service, I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience here. When I explained my frustration it was met with an apology, a genuine attempt to find out how it had happened, and an offer to fix it. They helped me through the process of buying a used car (checked it out for me and gave me cost estimates for repars andand gene advice on it's worth), as well as the process of fixing it up. They are knowledgeable, charge fair rates, and genuinely care about their customers. Very grateful for their help in some desperate last minute situations and very glad to have such a great mechanic so close by!

I dropped my 2004 Volvo off to replace an old blown ignition coil. They checked on the other coils and said they were in good shape rather than charging me to replace all of the coils. It ain't always easy finding honest mechanics that don't over sell you, but Ferrari's Sunoco Service Center steered me right!

I had a great experience with Ferrari's Service Center. It was my first time using them and they did an amazing job. They were fast, affordable, and my car is running better than ever. I strongly suggest taking you car to them for anything you need.

Was recommended through Dave and Lynn Betz and their nephew Turner and I wasn't disappointed. Bill and Colson are the nicest guys I've ever dealt with and I'm glad to find a true and honest family owned shop that doesn't give you the run around. Ferraries sunoco is definitely the only place I will bring my truck when it needs to get fixed of diagnosed! They have an extremely professional and respectful group of mechanics and helpers that are always willing to take time with me and listen to any problems or issues I am experiencing. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a family run respectful environment

Bill, who seems to run the place was extremely friendly and helped me get in and out of there fast at the dropoff. They took car of my car before lunch time and the whole staff was friendly, introunced themselves to me, used my name and shook my hand. And most importantly worked fast, didn't overcharge me, and made it quick for me.Thanks guys,I highly recommend.- Dave DalCortivo

I paid $325 just for fixing wires which were damaged by rodents (with the discount, the first price $365). They told me that it took 4 hours of labor job... The wires were visible, I could see it, so not that hard to recognize the problem and do the job... They fixed it though but I definitely won't come back again.

Just wow....he ordered parts before giving me an estimate and was very rude about it....in addition to their "losing" my wheel lock after putting a spare tire on at my house and insinuating it wouldn't have been an issue if I brought my car to him like he said. I wanted to pay for the tire change and he said what about the parts I ordered? Seriously

The mechanics at Ferrari's Sunoco Service center would make excellent additions to Vin Diesel's crew in The Fast and the Furious. These purebred motorheads can degrease your engine, rotate your tires, and replace the rear differential all before lunch. If it's got something to do with your vehicle, Ferrari's Sunoco can handle the job and exceed your expectations. Don't expect the staff to bake you a cake after your cat dies, but do expect superior customer service and unparalleled care and maintenance of your vehicle.

HORRIBLE SERVICE...Just called them and the "old guy voice" he named himself an "OWNER" as they always do when you ask them who's the owner... Said to go somewhere else if I found the better price elsewhere....I am not going back there again, not even for Gas...
