The service here was great simply amazing my car fender was damaged and also the bumper but the way I left the car was definitely not how I picked it up .. My car looked brand new as if I just brought it off the lot .. I was extremely satisfied with the results and will be recommending believe that !! I was so upset when i came out side and my car was hit. I had to place an insurance claim and reached out to 413 Auto for the repairs. From the very beginning Mr.Carter was very helpful understanding and extremely professional. Every thing he promised he delivered and more. Once I dropped my van off I waited for the rental car to be dropped off unfortunately they delivered the wrong size vehicle and I had my 3 small children with me. Mr. Carter was so helpful and allowed us to wait in his office space and turned on a show for my kids. He went out of his was to provide great customer service. Once I picked up my van it was like new. I was so pleased with not only the work but the customer service. I would highly recommend 413 auto. The front bumper on my car was stolen. I called 413 auto and they immediately began purchasing the parts needed to fix the issue. I was so anxious but their wonderful customer service kept me calm. They stayed in consistent contact with me the entire time they were working on it!! The whole experience from start to finish was absolutely amazing! My car literally looks brand new!!! I am beyond grateful!! My car looks way better than expected!! They replaced my struts at such a great rate! The service was fast and super professional. The customer service is A1, they communicated with me throughout the entire process, and that is rare!. They repaired the back of my car and cleaned the interior. Everything looks perfect! I went to 413 Auto for car detailing and it was the best my car has ever looked. They took the best care of my car and cleaned the interior and exterior of my car meticulously. I would recommend 413 Auto to everyone! My experience from start to end was flawless! The customer service was outstanding and the team is so accommodating and hospitable. I brought my dirty car that hadn't been clean for 3 years. With Smoothies spilled, milkshakes spilled, candy dried into the seats, crumbs like you've never seen before my son lives his best life in the back from 3 years old to 6 years old. I hop in and out of my car so cleaning it wasn't a priority. With make up and coffee stains! When I tell you when they were finished there was no evidence I have a son or that we ever ate in our car! My first response was "yall went and just got me a new car?!" I have been bragging on 413 auto because the relief I feel have with a good smelling clean car as a single mom is something I can't describe in words. I am so thankful I brought my car to this integrious, detail oriented and thoughtful company! If you want efficiency and amazing customer service head to 413 Auto! 413 Auto is truly the best. I went in for a detail and came out with not only a Bert clean car but they also went the extra mile and cleaned up a few scratches that I had on the body of my car. Good people. I highly recommend!

Out insurance company gave us the run around but 413 was there every step of the way, not only making repairs to our vehicle but advocating for us to the necessary people to make sure we got back on the road sooner than later.You don t have to think twice about trusting 413 Auto with your car, customer service and their quality of work is 100%. I went to 413 Auto last week to get my car detailed. I had a terrible stain on the roof of my car from a soda can that exploded years ago. They were able to get the stain out without an issue. I feel like I have a brand new car! Thank you for your service

I m so grateful to the guys at 413 Auto. I was involved in a pretty bad accident and I m admittedly ignorant to most things car related.
