Very fun family campground. Offers free shuttle service to and from Hershey Park. Has a decent sized pool and a creek/river borders the property you can go into. If you stay during halloween, they have trick or treating and all kinds of fun stuff for the kids to do.Some of the campsites aren't very level. I have a 30' travel trailer and have had issues with sites near the pool and train tracks being so off level I couldn't get the trailer leveled. The full hookup sites closest to the pool and train tracks had some sewage odor last summer coming from them. Not sure if a neighboring camper wasn't hooked up properly or if the smell was just leaking out.The biggest issue is the active train tracks. Trains going down them 24/7. Can be very loud and obnoxious.Nearby activities: This is Hershey Park's campground. It offers free shuttle service to and from Hershey Park.

Run! This place is horrible. Ant and roach traps in the bathroom and kitchen. Bugs in the cabins. Outdoor staff in carts seem disgruntled and won't smile or wave. Gives such a grumpy sad feeling to the park. They said they had breakfast sandwiches but that was a lie. We were charged for parking when others were not. (We asked and the other customers confirmed they did not pay for parking for their 2nd vehicle.) Stay somewhere else. This place is definitely NOT SWEET!

Beautiful campground. $49 a night for electric only. It would be a 5 stars if it wasn t for very close quarters to our neighbors fire pit. Our neighbors fire pit sat almost under our slide out. The smoke filled our rig for over 8 hours. It was a horrible experience but we can t blame our neighbors. It is just the way the sites we were set up. It s unfortunate. I had a headache and felt sick from the hours of smoke. Very tight roads and getting a larger rig in our spot was tricky. Low hanging branches and leaves made for scratching your rig likely

I am not a camper but the cabins here are clean w/ AC & heat with your own bathroom. Included are a cook top with pots and utensils, sink, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot (12 cup flat bottom filter s not included) couch, table/chairs, fire ring and porch w/table. I would recommend bringing a fitted mattress pad with the bedding you bring to cover the plastic coated mattresses.Nearby activities: Free shuttle to Hersheypark & Chocolate World.

Here for a rally. Most of the sites are quite small but we were lucky to have a roomy one but we do have a small unit. We are across from the shuttle pick up and noticed that folks coming in or leaving do not adhere to the 5.5 mph posted speed limit which is dangerous for the kids on bikes and scooters. They do pick up trash on site which is nice but the store closing at 4 is a bit inconvenient and wish security was a bit more considering they do not have a security gate. Overall, though, we have enjoyed our stay.

My family and I stayed in our RV for a few days earlier this July, and we had a blast!Big pool, nice size playground and basketball courts, and plenty of activities for both kids and adults. The bath houses were maintained and clean and had good shower pressure. The store was also wonderful. They had items for campers such as plugs, hoses, wheel chocks and blocks just to name a few.The sites were pull through and full hook ups which always makes life easier. There was a bus stop for the shuttle that took you right to the entrance of Hershey Park. The shuttle ran from 8am I believe and the last run from the park was 945 and it was running all day. The The drivers were all so nice and informative so please remember to tip them. This site books up quick as one would imagine being that close to the park, so I suggest booking it as early as possible to lock in your spot.It was a great experience and we will certainly be back!

We stayed in the full hookup Carousel Circle loop with a 37 fifth wheel. Convenience to Hershey Park was great. Overall the stay was not horrible, however the sites are on top of each other. The sewer sits right next to the neighbor site and their picnic table. If you move your seating/picnic table you re on top of your fire pit. The fire pits are within a couple feet of the other neighbors camper our bedroom slide was literally over top of our neighbors fire pit. The one lane roads are tight when you re trying to get in and out with your neighbors vehicles and the trees close to the roadway. That whole area is just super close quarters. If you don t mind your neighbor dumping tanks 3 feet away from you while you re drinking coffee in the morning then you ll be fine.

Very nice campground. Good amenities. Friendly staff. Easy check in process. Clean facilities. Great surrounding area. Free shuttle to the park. Decent security. Maneuvering can be little difficult. The only negative is the loud freight trains that run 24 hours a day, especially near site 129. I would stay here again and I do recommend.

Stayed at this campground in our RV during a winter trip to see the Hershey Park Christmas Candy Lane and Hershey Chocolate World. It s quite cold in December in PA so don t expect much from the campground as far as amenities and activities but the fact that they are open is awesome. It gives RV campers a place to stay while visiting the many attractions in the area. The only issue some RVers might have is that they shut off the water supply at your sight if there s more than 3 days of continuous frost. Being December when we visited meant our water was shut but they offer a fill station so you don t have to travel with your freshwater tank full. We just filled up our tank when we got there. Electric and sewer are still available.Nearby activities: Hershey Park, Hershey Chocolate World, Hershey Museum

Stayed in a cabin, very much enjoyed our stay. The pools where very clean and well staffed. The lifeguards at the pools where awesome, I don't want to name anyone specific because they all where great with my kids who decided to sit next to them and chit chat, the lifeguards rotate positions about every 10 minutes, so every 10 minutes my kids had a new lifeguard to sit next to and bother but none of them had a problem with it, one girl said she actually enjoyed when the kids would talk to her and ask her questions. The cabins where great, Air conditioning worked great. Can't really think of anything negative, everything worked out well.

This was a wonderful campground in a super convenient location. I stayed here while I was attending the RV show at the Giant Center. Most people were staying in their RVs while I stayed in a cabin. The check-in process was really easy (made reservations several months in advance) and the map they provided made finding the cabin easy. There were some great services such as a store for basic groceries, campfire materials and morning coffee as well as swimming pools, a game room and plenty of security and camp helpers. The atmosphere was really pleasant. NOTE - if you do rent a cabin, you must bring your own sheets, pillows, towels, soaps, etc. Cabins do come with cooking utensils and a few other basics. WiFi goes in and out. Cable tv worked fine. The reason I am only giving it 4 starts is because there was no indication when I reserved the cabin (which I booked because it was a little more secluded) that there is a train that runs past it. And trains run ALL night long and they are very LOUD. Even with earplugs, it was not something that could be blocked out. This should be made clear to those renting cabins or spaces in this area. That being said, everything else about this campground was fine.

Just stayed for a weekend and will be back a few times throughout the year since we re season pass holders and we enjoyed our stay for the most part. The price is $$$, which to those who want to use the shuttle that may be worth it. The shuttle line was so long and our stroller so awkward to collapse, we just drove the 4 mins since we don t pay for parking anyways with our passes. Our first night there we were across from loud obnoxious drunk adults for a concert that were up until 1am. Quiet time is not enforced unless you call a number on the inside of the map they give you which they do not tell you until you call reservations the next day. The second night it was a lot quieter. The third night a skunk sprayed our area.We were in the lazy river area and didn t hear the train much. But do your research on which site you re picking because they differ in size. We had a tree stump right in the middle of ours. Between the tree stump and fire pit the layout didn t leave a lot of room for our tent, 258. We had to park our van across the gravel road for enough room. The spots along the river are larger. The park closest to the pool isn t suitable for anyone under the age of 5, but the park that is is a short walk up a steep hill.We d definitely stay again for the convenience of location, nice shower/bathroom areas, and does feel safe enough for my teenager to explore alone. Just research what site you are picking is my main tip and know you ll have to collapse your stroller on the shuttle.

All the staff was very friendly and welcoming, they are always ready and willing to help!Major shout out to the cleaningcrew! They were consistently cleaning the bathroom/shower rooms and the cabin was squeaky clean when we arrived.

This is a very nice campground. The shuttle to and from the park made it super convenient and nice for our family. The store was also very nice. The only reason I gave a 3 was because we stayed at site 174 and it stayed flooded with rain our entire stay. Our camping mat was floating and when we would step out of our camper we would be stepping into about a inch of water. All the other sites seemed to be built up and had a nice run off system but site 174 was definitely a low spot where the rain water collected. We will return but will definitely pick a different site.

We stayed at the campground to be close to a concert at Hershey Park. Location is great and everyone had a great time. A shuttle runs regularly to Hershey.Other campers let our kids join pickup games of basketball and volleyball.Staff is extremely helpful. We ran into an issue with awning of our Rv. Bryan, Ben, Art and Dennis were amazing. They came right away and helped us take it down. Would definitely recommend!

If you love camping and want to visit Hersheypark, look no further and try to book here.My family and got a camp site with no hook up and it was nice. Our campsite was next to a hill so we did have a slight incline but that was probably the worst thing here. The bathroom was nice and clean and so many amenities staying here. The best part was the 1 hour early access to the park. Along with access to the pool and other activities they have on site. They have a playground for kids too. We visited before the peak season so it wasn't busy yet. I can see that it may become a bit crowded when it is packed but we didn't have any issues.Overall, if you like camping or even enjoy being in a cabin, this camp ground is the place to go. When we come back to Hersheypark, we will definitely try to camp out again and probably for longer than 2 days too.

Stayed here for a long weekend. The office staff was great, very pleasant. The sites are ok but the narrow roads make getting into and out of the sites difficult. The activity staff needs to get better coordinated. Our kids were first to arrive for a craft but last to finish since the staff was so disorganized. The shuttle to the park was soooo convenient. We would stay here again

Decided to stay here due to the short distance to the Hershey attractions as we went to a concert at the Giant Center while we were there, so that made it very convenient. Upon arrival, we found that someone else was in the site we were assigned, but the staff was super nice about it and found a couple of sites available for us to chose from. We were in the full hookup section, the site was fairly level with a gravel base. Unfortunately, the site are very close together, we didn't have a campfire while we were there, but I would almost be afraid of being too close to my neighbor. It appears the main section where the full hookup sites are was probably built 40 years ago when RV's weren't so big. There were a lot of big trucks parked along the roads which made it difficult to pull in and out of sites at times. On the good side, we used the shuttle to the park, which was very convenient. The park was very clean and seemed to be well maintained. Any staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. Not sure if we will be back due to the tight quarters.

Chose this spot as it was affiliated with Hersheypark and Chocolate world. The shuttle service allows you to make the most of your time here. The camping resort is clean and as a somewhat cynical NYer I can honestly say I am blown away at how friendly and kind every single person we interacted with was. The park employees, the resort employees, chocolate world amazing place and 100% recommend for families. Campground is also nice and quiet with lots of trees for shade. Pool is clean and lifeguards do an excellent job as well. Can t say enough good things!

Thank you for such an honestly great time!! The campground was all that you've designed expectations for, and then some. The shuttle was perfect, and the check-in process was so smooth & welcoming. What a treat our vacation was, even with the occasional train included.Nearby activities: The perfect place & way to stay right "at Hershey Park"!!

We stayed in a camper not the cabins for our trip. We absolutely LOVED this campground. Even with the pools not open yet we found so much to do. We enjoyed the arcade on a rainy day. Made frequent trips to the camp store for souvenirs and slushies. My son loved going to the basketball court. Our dogs enjoyed just walking around as well. All of the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. There's a free shuttle to chocolate town and chocolate world top! We can't wait to come back again.

We had the most amazing time staying at Hersheypark Camping Resort. We stayed from Sunday to Friday and visited Hersheypark 2 of those days. We stayed in the basic log cabin and it was perfect! It had a full size bed for my husband and I and two single beds for my daughter and my nephew with a dresser separating the two. It was just what we needed to unplug and relax. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The shuttle was a nice extra that saved us quite a bit in parking fees. The one thing that stood out to us was how clean the bathroom/ shower houses were. The cleaning staff were on it. We saw them no less than every two hours stopping in to clean and check the restrooms. The water pressure and hot water was to die for and felt amazing after a long day. The kids loved the pool and the volleyball court. I absolutely loved the creeks especially going down to where the two creeks met. It was so peaceful and was a great place to relax and be one with nature for a bit. The camp store had good coffee and just about anything you needed. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back and try the deluxe cabin or maybe even to use our tent.

Showed up and the camper/neighbor decided to move the fire pit and tables of the site and set up on both sites so he could park his car next to his camper, no way we would fit. I took a different site but we would have to move on Wed. The park was amazing and is allowing us to stay where we are with my daughter to be next to us when she arrives. This is Excellent customer service!

Fabulous! People are so nice. Bus to Hershey World and the park. Drivers are courteous, sometimes entertaining, and sometimes informative about the history of Hershey. Camp ground is clear and well maintained. We had a blast and will be back.

Love camping here. The tram runs all day to Hershey Park, so you never have to drive or pay to oark.
