Had to get a valve stem replaced in one of my tires. Called ahead to make sure I could get it taken care of, and they started a ticket since they knew I was on my way. The staff was super friendly and they had me in and out in about 15 minutes. Quick and easy!

Every single person on the staff from the person at the desk to the ones in the garage went above and beyond to do everything in their power to help us find a solution for our problems within our means. I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I can t say enough good things about the staff here. The most amazing group of people I ve ever seen in an establishment.

Pulled in off the road with a tire going flat took us immediately. Fast service and friendly faces got us on the road again in no time. We will certainly be back when we need tire repair. Thanks Mavis for your excellent service.

Giving 5 stars only because I can t give 6! We had a tire problem while driving back to Virginia and they took us right in (shortly before closing on a holiday weekend) and not only fixed the bad rear tire but took the time to check the other tires and pointed out a problem with the other rear tire which might have put us on the side of the road in the not too distant future. Got everything fixed and back on the road quickly and for a more than reasonable price. Very very pleased with their service.

I have been buying tires here for a long time and I recently had an issue that they took care of for my older vehicle. They found it very hard to find a specific part for the make and model of my car. They found a part that would work and retro-fitted it specifically for my car! This was going above and beyond. Five stars all around for great customer service, and pricing.

A shard of metal left me with a flat tire late at night and an hour from home. Luckily, I got the spare on and limped home, though it was causing issues for my AWD. Jack Williams got me an appointment as soon as possible the next day to repair the tire. They patched up the tire and got my car back on the road at no cost. I continue to use Jack Williams for maintenance on my car because they re transparent and fair. This situation just proves their great customer service and trustworthiness.

Excellent, fast service! I needed new brake pads and rotors and the price was good and service was great. Everyone working was kind and they were even kind enough to stay open a little longer to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Thank you for the great service :)

Came here to do my oil change. Staff was very friendly. I also got my inspection done. I am not very car Savvy and staff was able to explain everything for me very easily definitely will be coming back.

Like so many other stories on here, my family was passing through on a Saturday night when something on the road hit our exhaust and caused a leak. Arrived Sunday morning when they opened and they got me right in. Within minutes they found the hole that had been created. They then brought me back to show me the damage and explain the different options with costs for each. They went above and beyond to find a solution that got us back on the road with minimal cost. They also noticed a light out while they had it on the lift and fixed it while going. In and out in a couple of hours. Unbelievable! Can't say enough about how amazing they were!!

New owner is knowledgeable and conscientious! Had a flat tire, which had been purchased two and a half years ago. They fixed the tire and had me back on the road quickly! New management includes new valve stems when purchasing tires! No worry about leaks! Thank you!!

Went this afternoon for a simple tire rotation and asked them to wash their hands before entering my new vehicle. They said of course but the technician never did. There was grease all over the steering wheel, door, shifter, and for some damn reason the tech touched the headliner just above the threshold of the door. This place has gone downhill since being bought by Mavis.The service provider at the desk came out with a greased up paper and said we don t wash our damn hands when we touch paperwork. Just goes to show what they think about customer request. Additionally, I was approached about an alignment, which I approved and it wasn t even for my vehicle. I certainly hope they didn t charge the owner of the vehicle

I've had both my annual inspection and new tires put on at this location within the past year, and have had a great experience. The men are friendly and professional. The prices are competitive for the area, and much cheaper than my car dealership is offering for service. I will continue to give this location my business in the future.

This is the greatest place for customer service I've ever experienced. Christian went above and beyond to accommodate us when we were really stuck, and literally minutes before they closed. We won't take our vehicles anywhere else!
