This was the second time I have gone to this place with my car. I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else if I can help it! Absolutely happy with the quality of the work. The gentleman is so very kind and does not at all overcharge for service.

If you have the privilege to be able to make an appointment than you are in luck. Charlie has been in business for years and it's because he does great work and is honest. I have never questioned a bill nor his opinion. I have been lucky to of been introduced to this shop years ago and have never been disappointed. I only wish he worked on Diesels. Because I'm realizing how good I have it with Arrow head on all my gas engines. Anytime anyone asks for a good mechanic, "Charlie at Arrowhead in Houston PA" is my answer.

Took my truck in for inspection. Watched the mechanic pull it in garage. He said it wouldn t be long. Went to pick up 4 hours later and was told I had to drive it for 40 miles. He said I drove it 7000 miles last year and it needed emission test. No stickers and he said bring it back after I drive it 40 miles. No explanation no phone call no stickers. Yeah I think I ll go somewhere else.

All I can say is this place goes above and beyond beyond to help someone!! I was traveling recently and had a problem with my truck I found this place online and stopped by on Saturday the owner was there And tried several things to help me fix my problem and refused to take a penny for what he did there's not many places like this left in the world nowadays I would highly recommend!!

A long story between me an the mechanic. I knew I needed new brakes so I called ahead and made an appointment in September. Dropped the car off at 9 am. He told me I needed new brakes and rotors. Came back at 2 pm to find out he couldn't find the parts. No fix or call.He told me he would look for the parts and then call me when he found them. After two weeks I called back and he hadn't found them. I started calling back every two weeks, no parts. Finally, in the middle of December I told him I had found the parts online and asked if I could buy them and bring them in. He said great.I wanted a Saturday appointment and the next he had was 4 weeks in the future. I said fine since with the holidays that made sense.I come in today at 9:15 - just after opening. He told me he was too busy and that I would have to come back. I reminded him that I had made an appointment. He got gruffy and said he might be able to fit me in. I said fine, I'll leave and reschedule. I had no ride and would just be killing time at the diner next door. He told me that he would fit me in next.I walked back about 1.5 hours later. My car was still outside with the old brakes. I didn't want to bother him since he was a bit gruff. Another 1.5 hours go by and I stop by and tell him I need to get home and would come back some other time. He told me the parts were wrong.I wish he had told me that when he learned of it. Or had found the parts himself. He was not friendly or helpful in any way.

Our standard for repairs and inspections. Remember they don't have regular gas for cars, just repairs and I think diesel. Anyway the AIR IS FREE, who DOES that? Nice touch. Also a recycling bin for cans and a clothing box.

I have been going there for over 30 years if I ever have a problem with any of my vehicle's I take it there and they seem to always figure out the problem and take care of them very happy with them like I said I've been going there for over 30 years the only place I go

The BEST place to go for car repairs! Honest, friendly and helpful. Charlie and Travis take good care of you and don't charge you a fortune! I recommend this place to everyone!

The owner is very kind and benevolent, I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. He is very knowledgeable and his prices are affordable and reasonable. I know I won't be losing my money if I give it to him.

Extremely rude on the phone and said he didn't have time to do an oil change the day I called. Will never consider them for anything in the future.
