I have to say that in every way these guys have exceeded my expectations and have done it at my convenience. Sam is a friendly guy and has always made the effort to make it work and get things done quickly so I was never put-out. Just had a new battery after my car died today and he dropped what he was doing to get it done. Thanks guys.

Old school kindness and honesty spliced with the latest technology. Sam and his crew look after you as if you were a cousin, or may be even a closer relative! Recently, my Mercedes needed brakes. Telltale symptoms included buffering upon hard braking and a bit of a wobble. Gladly, I would have paid PJ to replace them for the reduced price quoted. Compared to other mechanics I ve dealt with and MB dealerships, the ballpark figure Sam quoted me was a bargain. To my surprise, after inspecting the brakes, Sam did nothing and made some small adjustments. The bill? Only a friendly, easy going smile (from Sam) with the message, come see me in the future when the brakes have additional wear. I almost ran my other car off the road I was so surprised! In past experiences, other mechanics already were helping themselves to my wallet. Not Sam! Thank you, PJ Auto Repair in Horsham, your honestly has won me as a customer for life.~Next service or assistance you need with your Automobile, run (don t walk) to these fine folks. Get in their good graces before too many people find out about this shop. With integrity like this, clearly they are the winners in the auto mechanic business!

First try at this local Horsham business shop and found them to be very professional. They make a rental available at reasonable costs and fully explain all repairs. I already have others now going here which is an ebike ride home for me.

Highly recommend. I found PJ Auto Repair a couple of months ago after having on-going issues with my car and previous mechanic. After looking at my car and before doing any work, both Sam and Ray took the time to thoroughly explain what the problem was and what repairs would be needed. On one occasion, Sam showed me the part in my car that was worn that needed to be replaced. They also offer car rentals to use at a reasonable rate while they are working on your car. They are very honest and super nice. I will continue to use them in the future.

We have been customers of PJ s for at least seven years and have always been happy with the work and customer service! Ray and Sam are very knowledgeable and professional! I had a loud noise coming from the exhaust. They could have told me I needed new items and I wouldn't have know. Turned out he was able to tighten up the exhaust and it was a very cheap repair. They are trustworthy guys over there, friendly too. Thank you!

Very good experience. The owners are very polite and give a clear description of needed repairs and associated costs. They clearly indicate what can wait, what is recommended to do now, and what is a must do.They have great turn-around times and were able to get all the needed parts for my car the same day. I highly recommend PJ Auto Repair. I have my own mother taking her car to them.I had a project car -- a 23 year old car that had not been driven for 6 years.Ray and Sam spent time speaking with me on a few occasions. We discussed the car, it s history and it s condition. They were very up front and honest. They warned me that I might pay them money only to find out that my car is not worth fixing. They made sure that I was being realistic before they started work.It turned out that they were able to get my car up and running for a low cost -- well within my budget; considerably less than what I was willing to pay. I am more than satisfied.I am certain that a less reputable shop would have charged me for a lot of work that I did not need.PJ Auto Repair does not have a big fancy storefront on the main highway. This is one of the best auto repair places in the area. Super trustworthy and they do excellent work. I had to have a number of things done to my car (tires, window repair, inspection, etc.) and everything was spot on. They were super communicative and get me up to date on all the things that need to be done, everything was done on time, and they gave very good advice, without trying to upsell me.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I found Sam & Ray several years ago when looking for an alternative to the dealership experience - like the neighborhood mechanic that I grew up with.These guys are it!They are honest, responsive, easy to work with and excellent at what they do.I've trusted them with my daughter's car and would unequivocally recommend them to anyone who wants quality work and attention to detail at a reasonable price.

We just moved to Horsham about a year ago. I wanted to find a great local mechanic and I did! The guys here are great. Only do what is needed on the car and at a great price. We just got new tires, an oil change, and new break pads. Everything was done quickly and at a great price. I go to the VA out patient across the street and I noticed leaving one day a sign saying PJs auto and underneath on the sign it said MASTER MECHANIC! ! And these days a master at anything is hard to find and my car s maintenance light was coming on so I decided to check it out and to my surprise, Sam the Mechanic was pretty savvy on fixing my issue ! Even I a pretty good do it yourself car guy was impressed with his all around knowledge of advanced auto repair something I wouldn t of thought of that might be wrong he had covered!! and their prices are very reasonable ! Actually without him i might of possibly found myself stranded on the side of the road !! thank you for your craftsmanship and care about me and my car !! When I left there I was confident in the work that was done period!

PJ Auto is an awesome place to take your car for service. I needed a place close to work to get an inspection done on my car. They were able to get me in that day. There was an issue that needed to be taken care of before it would pass inspection and they were able to get it fixed the same day. The customer service was excellent. Everyone was kind and extremely helpful. They offer a rental car if needed. I will definitely be bringing my car back to them for any work that needs to be done.

Prices are very high for an oil change, the labor was almost as expensive as the oil. To top it off my car was overfilled by about a quart. Was told I need services that did not need to be done as I consulted my regular mechanic who quickly said they were just trying to get my money. Would not recommend.

Ray and the team at PJ Auto are fantastic. They always provide me with a quick and efficient service. One of the few standup auto repair places left that give you no nonsense solutions. My ac was working fine until I went here and got my interlock Taken off.. I know they re gonna say it wasn t their fault it just went bad but I find it very hard to believe that my AC was working perfectly fine. then hour and a half later after they finished taking my interlock off it doesn t work anymore.? apparently to me they must ve crossed some wires over when taking it off. So I took car to my dealership costed me 2,500 to fix problem I would never go there again for any interlock issue. let alone service on my car good luck dealing with this shop. Prepare For other issues

Good experience. The owners were very polite and knowledgeable on the interlock device installation, monthly monitoring and removal. Definitely recommend their services to others, should they find themselves in need of an interlock device.

I contacted PJ Auto Repair 08/18 in search of a used tire for my vehicle. I did not want to waste unnecessary money on a tire for a vehicle that I am due to trade in at the end of the month. Sam answered the phone and explained that they did not sell used tires due to liability concerns however he will be able to provide me with a new one by lunch time. I further explained to Sam that unfortunately a new tire was not in my budget as I was getting rid of the vehicle. Sam inquired about the type of vehicle I was interested in getting. When I gave him the two selections, he throughly and professionally gave me his opinion on the reliability of one of the vehicles eventhough he knew I would be taking my used tires search business somewhere else. The information he provided was of personal decision which shows that this place cares about customers, eventhough I officially was not. Other places possibly would have ended the call however he continued to offer assistance. I never write review but the action of Sam's behavior today reassures me that there are good, honest companies out there who are still willing to help even if not for profit. I am sure I will do business with them in the near future! --Nye

I've been going here for a few years now because of the location near my job. Ray and Sam are great with small and complex repairs at a fair price! They also always give me a ride back to work after dropping off my car in the morning. Thanks guys!

I brought my car to Ray and Sam at PJ Automotive on the advice of a friend after working with some very dishonest repair shops, Ray and Sam took the time to listen to the situation that I was having with my car and the bad experiences I had previously trying to get my car repaired. Before bringing my car to P J Automotive I was 3 weeks without a car. I brought my car to PJ Automotive on a Thursday evening and the very next morning Ray called me to say the car was fixed and the cost was only $95. To say I was happy would be an understatement! The other two shops quoted me as follows: one wanted $1,300 and another said it needed a $3,000 brake repair. In a world full of deceitful and dishonest people, Ray and Sam are a refreshing reprieve. They truly are honorable people and they are also very knowledgeable mechanics. My sincere thanks to Ray and Sam. Sincerely, Andy
