Had a great experience with K&K and Joe. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my brakes & rotors once we went to pick up the car and even alerted us to a recall from 2018. Was also very fairly priced and honest. Will definitely head back to Joes shop if I run into any other issues.

I took my car here due to headlights being out. One of the few local places open on Saturday. I was able to drop my car off in the morning with little notice, and picked it up in the afternoon. They did not charge me, as the headlights worked after being taken off and put back on. I appreciate their friendly and honest service, and definitely recommend them!

Joe and his team are the BEST! They do great quality, honest work at very reasonable prices, and have unmatched customer service. He went out of his way to find discontinued parts for my older model Jeep and even took the extra effort to drop my car off at my house so I didn't have to call a rideshare. My car is driving like a brand new car now, and its all thanks to Joe and his crew!

Had an issue with my Honda Pilot. Engine light came on and took it to Fran due to a trusted recommendation. Started work that morning as it was time sensitive for us. Needed fuel injectors, plugs, a gasket and hose. Performed all work professionally and efficiently. Joe walked me through all parts and services needed step by step and kept me informed on progress throughout and Fran and his mechanics returned it to us that day. I can t say enough about the service we received and the whole staff of K&K Auto. We will be coming back for all our auto needs in the future and recommend it to anyone who needs auto service. It was hard to find a mechanic you can trust, and I can tell you that K&K Auto is the best in the business. Great customer service and communication from the front desk, to mechanic, all the way up to the owner. Really great people, very honest, and straight forward. I would recommend K&K Auto to everyone. I called a "Joe" before I brought my car to their garage. He sounded friendly enough on the phone and it sounded like they could do the work. After I arrived he asked me to leave the car for five days because he claimed the card I have had for years and that he advertised didn't work for them. His quote was, "It doesn't work like that" claiming it would take five days to clear. He actually started yelling that I could not get the car back as he had originally advertised until he was paid. I went to another nearby local mechanic when I realized his "Joe's" attitude had changed. The next shop did the work as advertised and within a few hours, took payment as they advertised and my card worked as advertised just like always. I would have got the car back the same day but I did lose a few hours hearing out "Joe's" sales pitch to leave the car (reminds me of "Joey Buttafucco" Was it incompetence or filthy dishonesty or dirty greed?) The other mechanic that did know "how it works" and did have a "Thank You" letter from the local police in his lobby. I paid my bill and drove away IMMEDIATELY after a few hours, saving money on the replacement rental car.***I read his response and clearly the new sales scheme having been exposed is damage control. His reply dishonestly accused me of making a scene, but I'm sure if became a legal case a jury would laugh because my calls are recorded from the first call where he lied to get me into the shop to the next calls which routed me to a South African Call Center (where the reps answer the phones in between associating with people beating the heads in of White Dutch farmers or aiding and abetting or actually participating).Joe is a demonstrable liar. Joe lied when he told me to bring the car in. He lied when he said my card would not work (it worked immediately with the other mechanic up the street). Joe lied about the incident (my phone calls are taped). Greasy Joe is a LIAR. That is how Joe "works". it is his nature.I left a great review at the other mechanic shop and am happy to provide documentation. The documentation and tapes are definitive and speak for themselves. K & K Auto will lie if they believe they can get away with it. It is their nature.

They do great work at their location. Had an issue with my vehicle on Sunday. Car wouldn't start. Dropped by on Monday morning. Asked Fran could I have my car towed to his shop to look at my car. He said yes.Had the car towed to the garage later on Monday. They did there thing got my car back on Tuesday. They're very professional, friendly, cordial. And they're pricing is very reasonable. I will be bringing my car back in the future to be serviced.

The best place I ve been to for my car. All the workers really put their time and work into whatever you need. What really helped for a person who doesn t understand cars that much, is they walked me through what would need to be done and also let me know an estimate of the work as well. Pricing of everything is perfect. I will come back each time a new light shines on my dashboard.Service: Oil change

So happy we found him thru a friend i work with and I'm in the body&fender business.He's old school and stands behind his job and a pleasure dealing with him and his staff.The help you thru your car's issues.you can absolutely feel safe that your not getting ripped off.and your getting what you need.he won't over sell you .

Over priced and not honest work. Paid to have a tire pressure sensor changed from an old tire to a new one, costs an arm and a leg. They told me the light on the dash would go off after a few miles. It never came off, so I called them and left a message explaining the situation, they never called me back so I had to just show up. They told me the tire sensor was broken after they did the work and told me I couldn't have a refund. Only good thing about them is they get you in quick I guess. Wouldn't go back or recommend any one to go here.

I started taken my car to K&K a few months back when I needed a new catalytic converter. They had the best price for this piece for my car. Since then, I've had other services done with them including a paint job on the hood of my car. I did not even recognize the car at first after the work was done. The car looks brand new. Great Job! Good prices and Honest people. A perfect place to do business. Thank You!

I have been going to K&K auto for years. They are the only shop I trust honestly. I have had quotes from national chains when my car had issues and Fran at K&K fixed it for less. I use them for everything Including oil changes and radiator replacements. I trust Fran and the team to do an outstanding job every time.

Absolutely amazing business, everyone treats you like a family. My car was is some bad shape, and Fran helped fix my car, for an amazing price, and amazing car. I lost my brakes & had 2 take my car 2 a local shop. They told me in order 2 fix the problem it would cost me up 2 $5,000. Taking apart the engine removing the muffler etc I phoned K&K Auto & had the pleasure of speaking with Trish, Fran,, the owners wife. She said, "sounds like the master cylinder lol Even she knew! Within an hour she had the tow truck here & my car was on its way :) Fran did a great job & the bill was NOT anywhere near what the "other" place told me! Thank You Fran, Trish & the whole crew 4 ur honesty & great costumer service :)

K&K is where my family and I always go!!!! The team is great and works fast. Fran is the man !! He is the owner and is always so helpful , is always available and works fast. I have no complaints everyone should go to K&K!!!

This is the hottest gem of an auto shop ever, right around the corner from home and run buy a people who you can trust with your keys! Went for an inspection and ended up with a great deal on some great new tires. Now I take all my cars there for everything and anything: tune-ups, oil changes, brakes, they even do detailing and pretty much anything as far as I know.I really recommend K&K as the go to shop, ask for Tim Mangan. Couldn't be more satisfied with a garage.

I can't express how cool these mechanics are at K&K Auto. They are friendly and knowledgeable and do superb work at a fair price. K&K comes highly recommended after having been through a slew of different automotive garages, I would know.

Friendly, helpful, fair and HONEST (A true unicorn in the industry). I drive there from Philly and will never go anywhere else. I got my entire family (4 other cars) and my sister's neighbor to go there and they feel the same!.

Honest, I have a 89 jeep they have been helping my repair at a cost most places quoted me on things I didn't need.. I also have taken my business truck and family car to them after. Great ppl
