This company scams their employees. Do not work for them. They will do you dirty. *trust and believe we will go all the way with suing your company. The issue with dumb business owners that continuously fail,is that they need to LEARN THE LAW! It s ILLEGAL to do this. She will be getting compensated. The reply back to her and myself will be used against you in court. Do yourself a favor, hire an attorney so that you will know better and do better. Making black owned business look bad. #ShameSave yourself some legal fees. Cash app my daughter her stolen wages (slavery is over), and do the next person better.MAKAIA IS NOT A BUSINESS OWNER!!!!! Don t work for this company. NO overtime NO benefits and when you move on to a new job they play with your money. I haven t worked here for long since I found a better paying job with benefits & work from home options & actual benefits pretty fast. If you want people to PLAY WITH YOUR MONEY definitely work here!!Replying to owner, Byron Hayes, comment:Your daughter Madison Hayes lied about the law I send proof that she was lying & I never got a copy of the policy saying that I agreed I will be getting paid $7.25 for my last week for not putting in my two weeks. Mind you I literally said in my written letter & your daughter Madison & to Ms.Rita & Aja that I found out last minute & the soonest I could tell y all was the week before. You re talking about courtesy I could ve listened to one of your loyal employees & just left because they told me something like this would happen and yall wouldPlay with my money but I didn t want to be inconsiderate & in turn yall change my pay rate ILLEGALLY. Richard, my tech, was quick in responding, very kind & professional.. Truly acted as if he cared about the customer. Richard stayed with truck 22 hrs to repair my problem. He cared that if the repair wasn t complete I would stand to lose repair bill & multiple loads.In the the majority, 24 hr techs tend to be unhappy with customer because they were called out. Richard seemed happy & glad to be helping. A driver can appreciate that!!! Thank-you.

Technician Bri was a excellent communicator. She called and confirmed her ETA. She showed me what she was planning to do, and executed. She then waited to ensure her plan worked effectively before she departed, which it did, therefore her knowledge base was exceptional. Thanks Bri for helping me get back trucking and for your exceptional communication. I recommend INTERSTATE

Called for a road service to repair or replace a tire on a semi trailer in the area. Quoted over a grand for the tire and then was told the tire was $500 when I told them I would go with someone else. Then was told the ETA was 90 minutes and it took over 4 hours as they went to the wrong address. They sent the final Invoice and when it was questioned they attempted to raise the price. Poor communication and poor service.

This company is a scam. I was offered a position here, quit my current job and the incompetent manager doesn t call me back or answer my calls when we were to schedule a start date. Don t ever work for this company. Don t even suggest this company to anyone. Because of them I am jobless.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Our shop manager contacted Asia on 8/3 around 10 AM for one of our units that needed a new starter. Melvin, the mechanic came out to look at our truck. They said they had the starter but it would be a few hours because they didn't have a torch and had to go find one. We waited 5-6 hours and they finally called us at 4(EST) to tell us that the company where they were supposed to get the torch from closed at a certain time. This is 6 hours after we originally called them. Asia asked if we could wait until 7:30 AM and they will get to us ASAP at that time. That was also a lie. We are now into the next day and we called them multiple times, Asia kept telling us she would call back which she never did. We had to call her every 30 minutes for 4 hours straight just to get an answer from them. Finally, she answered and said that it would be another 2 hours or so before MELVIN can come back out. At this point we couldn't wait any longer so we thanked them for wasting our time and that we no longer needed them and would find another company to come repair my truck. The new company that we called made it within 40 minutes and repaired my truck in 20 minutes. They also told us that MELVIN took apart some fuel lines and disconnected multiple parts on my truck that had NOTHING to do with the starter. THEN they have the audacity to send us an invoice for 635.00. It's baffling that YOU would ask for payment for a service that we DIDNT RECEIVE!!! This company is a joke and a waste of time. Their mechanic doesn't have the slightest clue of what he is doing and their office personal has horrible communication. If you want to be scammed out of some money, you can use this company but I would stay far away!!!!!

I received a tire change on my RV after losing a tire in the middle of the night on the New Jersey Turnpike alone . Hours later, they were the last in a line of 3 other companies attempts and 20+ phone calls that would not help me, who gave up who did not want to help. I should have called them first had I known about them. I'm very relieved with the help I received, when I needed it most. The technician even returned to fix another little problem before I took off on the road again. I felt safe with his work. The company is lucky to have someone who cares about their job in such a hard worker. I appreciate and will recommend.

The service was excellent. Once the technician arrived and I described what was going on with the truck he proceeded to diagnose the problem and found the issue immediately. It was just a matter of getting the parts and the job was done. I would definitely recommend Interstate to fellow truckers like myself.

Very bad service. They send the guy not even looks like Mechanic don t even have diagnostic computer. He literally spends 5 minutes in my truck. They charged me 630$ for no reason. The dude said he can t fix it. Don t call them

I was charged $700.00 Just for a tech to come out and clean my batteries. I specifically told the lady over the phone I think it's my starter going bad and to tell the tech to bring another starter. He arrived saying she didn't say that. Fyi the tech was cool!Service: BatteryService: Battery

On a Super Bowl Sunday my driver s reefer broke down while loaded it took several hours but the technician Melvin real gem a great asset for your company extremely knowledgeable polite and friendly did the Job!!! I would recommend this company to everyone who is a owner operator the mechanic down here in Georgia who s name is Larry went above and beyond his duty I was stranded he went to dealership not once but twice went to a tractor trailer junkyard and drove around to get the parts he needed to fix my truck so please keep this company in mind if you ever break down they are the best I don t have a photo of the mechanic but if you re in Georgia call them ask for Larry especially in the peachtree areaService: Auto engine diagnostic

Would not recommend Tire service, they are apes when it comes to aluminum rims. Apparently no common sense to use an old mud flap for a hunk of old carpet.

PLEASE READ: I never like to write a bad review but this company takes the cake. I know at times in the trucking industry you want to get your truck or trailer back on the road but use a different company. I needed a trailer tire was told ETA was 60min, didn't show up until 4 hours later, they made me pay for the tire up front. Service took 2 hours to mount it so know im at 6 hours later, just for labor and service was 1150, plus the tire for 379. after paying almost 1500, i had the driver stop a hour later since the tire was shaking because service didn't tighten the lug nuts on the rim. PLEASE STAY AWAY. NOT TO FORGET THEY CHARGED ME TWICE ON MY CREDIT CARD and said it was a mistake. For all my trucking company's you are very welcome for me telling you this information.Service: Tires

This company is hungry for your money and don't care about providing you services they sent a guy to repair my trailer he comes without equipment and he left to get materials come back 4hrs later jobs barely take 2 hrs ,Job was so bad can't even complete a load he used wrong materials, added to to this they over charge my card twice I'm gonna have to call my bank for a dispute. I wish I could posted pictures

Was broken down and theycame and diagnosed the issue and repaired my vehicle all with in a reasonable amount of time, called a few places and they couldn't get to me before 2 + hours, mechanic was friendly and personable... thank you interstate

Needed a tow from the auction and I found these guys online. They are very efficient at what they do. The auction was very disorganized and interstate helped me to get my car towed to it's destination quickly. The driver was clean, in uniform, and very professional. Their rates are reasonable too. Will definitely use this company for all my tow needs
