Must tell everyone, there is no better place to go for builds. Customizing, any questions, even custom paint ideas! Hands down the place to go. Prices very reasonable and affordable, top quality work. Very professional and clean! I go all the way to Horsham pa from cherry hill New Jersey for their top notch devices. Go you won t regret a second of it I promise!!!

Besides the great bike shop.. Joe and Chuck have a Bike nite starting in the Spring till like oct.. that's always been well put together , always a good time .. A foundation I promote that's dear to my heart , Kisses for Kyle ..Awareness for kids with cancer they always have a spot for us ...Thank you.. If you are looking for a good honest shop in the area look no further! Bikes Built Better diagnosed a big issue for me and fixed it within a week at a very fair rate. I brought my bike to a different shop prior to bringing it to Bikes Built Better and they hit me with a whole bunch of bait and switch and nonsensical charges. Save your time and money & bring your motorcycle to Bikes Built Better, hands down the best shop in the area. I am from out of state about 80miles away, but I am really considering bringing my bike back here if I need any work in the future. Thanks a lot to Chuck and the whole team, you guys are a great asset to the motorcycle community. Services: Electrical repair, Technical support, Battery

Two people that i know went here and TRIED to get their bikes fixed. Said they had to bring back multiple times for different reason that wasn t the problem initially. Extra sneaky add-on prices to jack it up and took MONTHS even for and mechanically inclined GROUP to work on it

Great job, reasonable repair cost. Exceeded my expectations. Very happy to find this shop. They repaired a bent shifter shaft on a '96 sportster. The transmission is quiet and smoother than ever, which was a added bonus!

Staff was kind, knowledgeable, and had suggestions. I brought in the driven face of a CVT off an old motor scooter and asked for them to change the clutch springs.This is a simple job, I have done at home, I just do not have the tools to do it safely. I also needed the throttle cable adjusted. I brought these parts in and was told this is more of a "December project"Disappointed as BBB came highly recommend from every other shop I took it to who also refused to work on it. I understand that this may be their busy season, but in the half hour we spent talking about it, they could have finished changed the clutch springs... That said I'll probably be book an appointment to have them do my tires.

Great crew at this shop. I've popped in a few times this year and they managed to tweak what ever my concern was in a timely manner. Chuck has gone out of his way to start me off riding. I am especially grateful to Steff who works the front counter. Myself as a new woman rider, she's been super helpful and her years of experience are amazing. I've gotten great support and service from this shop.

I've had issues with my '07 Sportster since I bought it almost 3 years ago. Finally gave up pretending that I'm a mechanic and brought it to Bikes Built Better to have an electrical issue sorted out and get a proper tune on the bike. The crew over at BBB were very friendly and able to get the bike to a reliable, ridable shape for the first time since I've owned it for cheaper than I had anticipated. Windvest windscreen was ordered from Bikes Built Better and didn't do much for blocking wind. Returned it within 1 week and was charged restocking fee of 20% + shipping fee of $27.00. End result was total initial cost of $445.00 and received $318.00 refund. $127.00 loss to use a poorly fitting windscreen for 2 rides. Would never purchase again from Bikes Built Better or Windvest. A bad scam and truly about screwing the consumer with ridiculous bs restocking fees.

Brought my vtx 1300 for running poor.chuck took care of it and only had it a few days. Cost less than expected. Fair prices and great work .I will be coming here for now on highly recommend. Thanks my bike runs awesome.

Havent even gotten my bike back yet and i can say without a doubt this place is awesome. Its nice to go to a place and actually have them treat you like an equal instead of someone who doesnt know as much as they do. Chuck took the time to listen to what id already been over on the bike and paid close attention to the details. The place has a laid back atmosphere and caters to all types of rides. Also said they price match tires! Check them out!

There could not be a more customer service oriented shop within 100 miles! I had a last minute trip to ride from Philly to LA and the bike had been in storage for 3 years. This was my only way of getting to a new job I got with a short notice to show up for my first day.Chuck and Stephanie took my VTX 1300 under their wing and looked over every component to ensure I would be safe on my 2k+ ride. They fixed my dry rotted fuel lines, replaced the brakes, battery, a rusted out mirror. They checked my tires, carb, and electricals; they took it on a few check rides to ensure I wouldn t die.They did this all in two days!I cannot be more grateful for how much attention they gave my bike. While most shops will tell you how booked they are without caring why a customer needs services, this shop cares about the rider.In the era of only having a choice between giant dealer shops and tuning shops, it s nice to know that there still exist shops like this where you can really connect with the service team.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Engine repair, Brake service & repair, Battery

I am going to be honest, I was skeptical at first, when I spoke to Chuck my doubts went away. Chuck is professional, honest and down to earth. He fixed my Road Glide in less than a day, he found the issue that I could not find for weeks. I will definitely come back! I've got 2 bikes, a '97 Classic and a '07 Kawasaki. I've logged well over 100K on them and there is No one I would rather take my bikes to than Chuck and the good folks at Bikes Built Better. Real quality work, done quickly and at a decent price.Best independent bike shop in the area

one of my favorite companies and they do great work. they do and how well they have treated me amazingly over the years bikes built better chuck and Joe have rebuilt my 06 softail 2x after I got hit and when I got her back she was better than before I would and still do tell everyone that i ride with to go there and they true bikers go to bikes built better in Horsham pa . the best shop around and they always treat you like family and do amazing work

I brought my 2021 Harley Davidson Fatboy to Bikes built better for it s first service at 1000 miles and to install a Vance and Hines Big radius exhaust and tuner. I have to say my best ride on that Fatboy so far was the ride home from this awesome shop! Stephanie and Chuck are awesome! Stephanie is very helpful answering any of my rookie-rider questions and The work I needed done was completed in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable!
