I have a trans that I m rebuilding and was looking for one small part to get everything finished. When I placed my order the original part they had in stock was for the incorrect transmission, so in order to make sure I received the correct item they sourced the correct one and had it delivered the next day. I was in contact with Terry the entire time and although the part arrived a little later than expected, he went above and beyond to help me meet my deadline. Not only did he ensure my part was correct, he made up for the lost time by getting it in my hands the next day! I m impressed, thoroughly and truly appreciate the level of customer service I received.

a) order was not filled and mailed in a timely manner - late, b) communication was NON EXISTENT - multiple attempts made on my part, c) return not refunded.

Placed an order two weeks ago to this day. Took my money, wont return phone calls or answer the phone. Seems I'm not the only one with this issue. Will be contacting my bank for a refund.

Customer services is lacking big time. I've been trying to contact them for two weeks now in regards to a part I ordered with no luck. I've left at least 5 voice messages on every line option, and have sent at least 4 emails now. Nothing.They already charged my card and sent a confirmation email, but you CANNOT get a hold of them.I just want an update on it, as I need to get my truck going asap.I know deliveries are delayed lately due to covid and such, but it hasn't even been shipped yet.Guess I'm forced to order a SECOND part and spend more $$$ I don't have elsewhere as I have no idea if I'll ever even get the thing I ordered from these guys.

Garbage company. Sent me the wrong part. Acknowledged that they sent me the wrong part. Promised to replace it. Never did. And they won t answer my emails or voicemails. Avoid if you ever want to get your job finished.

This place is trash. I ordered parts from here, never received an email or anything with confirmation or tracking. I filed a dispute with Paypal and as soon as i did they sent tracking. The tracking showed delivered and Paypal sided with them even though I never received my product.

I ordered parts from this place a month ago. Never received them, they don't answer the phones, or email's. If you look on google maps, there's no building at their address. Don't give this company any money, learn from my mistake. Shop somewhere else, this business is apparently out of business!

Like all the other reviews, they NEVER answer when you call them. I have left probably 20plus voicemails and still have not gotten a response.

I need transmission parts. Have been calling this business for over a week, multiple times a day. I haven't been able to get an answer on their phone. This is totally ridiculous!

Won't answer calls or emails. Been trying to reach them for several days. STAY AWAY. GOES TO VOICE. BAD BUSSINESS!!

You can never get a person the phone and they don't answer emails , when they send the wrong items they do not replay to your emails , stay away !!!!!!!!

They made a mistake in their ad and sent wrong parts. No communication from them at all.
