I don t take my car many places bc of trust issues I have but they did amazing job by helping me figure out the problem I had with my car! Amazing. Customer service answered all my questions will definitely use this service again in the future.! Seriously went above and beyond!

What a great experience at Olsen's Auto. I highly recommend them. I let them know that I needed a minivan for my growing family and they were able to deliver exactly what I needed. Timing belt and water pump along with all new tires and inspection were all done before I picked up the van. This will keep me from spending on maintenance for quite awhile. I was able to get this Odyssey for a great price and have peace of mind knowing all required services were done right. My check engine light randomly came on and I panicked because I need my car this week for work.They saw me right away, checked my car and confirmed that it was because I am a dummy and left my gas cap open, no charge.Didn t need any work but I ll definitely be returning if I do!

Mu husband took his car to see Steve and had an amazing experience. Not only with his mechanical ability but Steve's level of communication and commitment to ensuring our vehicle was repaired.I have been to Ford's notary in the same place and also had not only a great experience but friendly interactions with the staff!

Been here a few times. Steve is fantastic. Staff are friendly. Prices are very reasonable. They have been able to address my needs beyond satisfaction every time. Will definitely recommend

Took my car in for an allinement, It was pulling to the right,.Had to take it back again for a test drive. Steve told me it was pulling because of the roads around here!I've never heard of such a thing!!My car is STILL pulling! I won't go there againService: Wheel alignment

I had a really bad oil leak and i delt with Steve. He was very upfront professional and honest. Asked questions about what I may or may not have done repairwise already. Was done in a matter of days at a very very reasonable price. I would definitely go here again. Thank you to the group there for the job you did.

I recently bought a used Subaru Outback and I'm very pleased with my purchase. They made the whole process easy and smooth. I'll definitely give them future business whether it is maintenance on my Subaru or if I need to buy another vehicle years down the road.

Took car in for engine repair. Job that was done was fine and prompt. But got car back with a gouged up front wheel. Carelessness. The wheel had NO Mark's on it prior to going in for repair. Nobody said anything about gouging up the front wheel. That was brand new 650$ wheel just replaced. Poor workmanship. Steve and eric are very polite down to earth people.Sent my ford focus in for them to find a ticking noise and turned out to be a normal thing for my engine model. They saved me well 400 dollars in work. I plan to use them in the furture. Great p.eople and quality of work

I dropped my car off with the check engine light on, he did nothing and charged $89.The second time I dropped it off for inspection he told me my battery was bad and my oil pan gasket was leaking(which has nothing to do with inspection) and wanted to charge me $850. I immediately went to to pick the car up and got charged $59! My advice Stay from this place!!!

It's like visiting friends, they just so happen to fix or inspect your vehicle, do your taxes, help you with notary services. And so much more.It doesn't hurt to have Suburban Brewing Company/ Restaurant next door .

Good location Accross from a 24/7 turkey hill. Skilled staff. Not to pricey for chester county. New building to service more vehicles. Official Pennsylvania state inspection station. Nice waiting area.
