Update: Mark just did a spray in liner for my Ford F150. It looks amazing and like always, Mark paid attention to details and did an outstanding job. Mark Troupe Auto Body did an excellent job on my Toyota Tacoma after I hit a deer. His workmanship was excellent and he got the work completed very quickly. They are a great business and their prices and quality is top notch.

This shop is a scam. Cannot speak on the Auto Body which is probably all he should do for the public and nothing else. Bought my car in for inspection. Charged a bogus diagnosis fee of $100 along with hourly labor charges of $82 for charging and changing battery fee. Got the car inspected for $1k and the engine light turns on and he says he's not responsible. Can you believe that ? The good reviews are coming from people and family he knows. I was scammed big time. Skip this place.

My 2006 Colorado had rusted out rocker panels. I contacted FOUR body shops and Mark Troup Auto Body was the only one that provided a written quote for the job and told me they could get the parts.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I had rust repair work done on a 96 F250. Mark was open and honest and very informative in the quote process. He found some unexpected work needed to be done to facilitate the replacing of the panels that went above and beyond the original quote. Mark contacted me and discussed the options before going ahead with the work. He kept me in the loop during the entire job. I highly recommend Mark Troupe Autobody. High quality results at a fair price.

Just moved to the area and took a chance with Mark Troup Auto Body for repairs to my Winnebago motor home. Accidently scratched the side of the body and knocked off some trim. We spoke with Mark, he reviewed the damage and gave us a fair estimate. Since he was busy, he said he would try to fit it in with his other work and it would take about 2 weeks. A week later, he called to say the repairs were done and when we picked it up, the repairs were flawless. You couldn't even see where the damage was and he did an outstanding job getting the decal paint and clear coat perfect. He even buffed out the front where I scratched the clear coat using the wrong type of sponge when I washed it (at no charge). Overall, Mark and his staff are consummate professionals who did an outstanding job and made the whole experience effortless. I would recommend them for all your auto body (and RV body) repairs.

We found Mark's shop when driving home to Michigan and needed to investigate a new noise that had come up before we felt comfortable driving home. He inspected the car right when we arrived, diagnosed the problem, and assured us that we were safe to take it home without trying to upsell us on an unnecessary repair. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes and our wallets we're happy.

If you're looking for excellent quality work Mark Troupe autobody is the place to take your vehicle.You would never know there was a dent in the back of my SUV!!Highly recommend him

Had to find someone local after a violent hail storm, and Googled Mark Troupe. Brought my Honda Fit in for an assessment and Mark was very professional and gave me his honest opinion about the car. The insurance wanted to replace the roof and associated labor costs, but Mark noted that no body shop will ever be able to replace a roof as well as it came from the factory. With the possibility of leaks and other such issues that may arise from a new roof, he suggested keeping the roof and pulling all the dents. He noted that doing so it wouldn't be 100% perfect, but this is a Honda Fit, not a BMW.I was OK with the plan, and after choosing a new color for the car, we waited about 30 days until he was finished. His plan was spot on. There are some small indentations just as he told us but they are minor. The majority of the car is dent free and a new color to boot. His plan saved me around $1000 dollars off the insurance claim and the work was good.
