In short:My experience at Cycle Max confirmed that the overwhelmingly positive reviews they receive are completely earned. Wide range of inventory. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Fair prices. Prompt sales. Straightforward.A bit more:Went with these folks for my first bike after shopping around a bit. Didn t want to deal with the uncertainty of private sellers. Other dealers were more expensive, less responsive, and (for me) considerably further away from home.Right away, the customer service was way better than the other places where it seemed like you had to try to get them to sell you something. Tyler was quick to respond, follow up, and get me what I wanted.Price was a little steep if I m being stingy, but definitely fair for buying used from a dealer - worth the little extra for peace of mind, knowing I got something from a professional place that ll stay on the road. I didn t know anything about motorcycles (let alone wrenching on em) going in and, had I, I m pretty sure they would have worked with me if I wanted to try to haggle.All the staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I didn t feel out of place even with being completely novice.The storefront is impressive. Plenty of gear to suit your needs. Lots of cool inventory to look at if you re browsing, or if you re just killing (the very little bit of) time while the staff is assisting you.The purchasing process was a breeze. Tyler helped me through the purchase exactly as you d want - concise but thorough, honest and knowledgable about any questions I had (or didn t know I had), and didn t try to sell me on anything I didn t need. In and out the door in probably 30 minutes - awesome! Nothing like, for instance, the headache of going to a car dealer.Definitely a pleasure to bring my business here. Super stoked thumpin around Chester County on my little Z125 and you can be sure I ll be going back when I inevitably want something with a little more oomph.Thanks again Tyler and Cycle Max!

The bike I wanted, already with the parts I'd put on it and at a good price. Tyler helped me through the whole process of trading in my bike. 10/10 would recommend for all your motorsports/gear needs. Super friendly staff all over as well.

Excellent Customer Service! I ve been coming to Cyclemax for decades. Recently I took my Buell XB9 to Cyclemax for an inspection, new tires, and to have the clutch cable fixed. Cyclemax did an incredible job and the customer service was top notch, at an excellent price point for the work performed. Thank you Cyclemax! Excellent work!

Every time I m here I great treated as family. They go above and beyond to assure my satisfaction. Not only is there hospitality but they even went on to give discounts to show appreciation for my purchases. I would definitely love to share my experience with other riders

Picked up a new Raptor 700R from Alex last Friday and my experience with him and the entire Cycle Max team was nothing short of fantastic! From start to finish, Alex and the management team made short work of the whole process. Alex was very courteous to me and knowledgeable about my machine. He was very attentive to all of my questions and needs. Great people with a huge selection of machines for every riding style, gear, and accessories. I highly recommend Cycle Max and thank you for everything!

Stopped by earlier today to pick up a fork seal kit for my Suzuki V-Strom. I have known about this place for a couple years now and only stopped in for the first time today. I was pleasantly surprised! The hospitality is second-to-none and the store is well stocked with riding gear. They have Joe Rocket gear! JR seems to be the only company who makes stuff for tall riders, and it's wonderful knowing there is a place within 20 minutes from me who sells it.Staff is knowledgeable. They have a pretty solid selection of bikes and ATVs. I'll be back for more stuff.Update: Went in for a rear tire replacement and new riding boots. This place doesn't disappoint! Service is quick, on point, and they might even do some extra without charging extra. Cycle Max has great people running it and working here.

Bought 2 bikes from Alex at cycle max. We are very happy with the service we received. Alex was responsive and had us all set up for purchase before making the trip out to the dealer. They took the time to make sure no time was wasted, and everything was lined up perfectly. We will definitely be coming back in the future for more purchases.

Alex and the team at Cycle Max did an amazing job! About a 2 hour turn around from walking in the door to look at what I wanted, to riding my new Ninja 400 home. If your looking for a new bike, look no further than Cycle Max. Well knowledged, and extremely friendly and professional. You won't be disappointed!

Our salesman Alex was awesome. He was very busy but still answered all of our questions over the phone and emails, and was patient and knowledgeable. When we came out to see the bike it was exactly as he described, and he was very attentive and helpful. We were even on a time crunch and he was rushing to help us as fast as he could so we could buy the perfect bike for us. If we could give him more than 5 stars we would. It was a long drive for us, but we will be back to buy our next bike from Alex, because he made is such an easy, pleasant experience.

I initially met with Team Member Alex Beckett on 21 July 2023. I was looking for a new Dual Sport ( I used to know this as an Enduro. Dam you modern times.). Right from the start I told Alex I was just shopping around and not ready to buy. But, Alex still took the time to show me all of the options and the different brands. Everyone I encountered at Cycle Max that day were awesome. Side note: I live about 90-120 minutes east of Cycle Max near Atlantic City, NJ.On 24 August 2023 I returned to Cycle Max. I met with Alex Beckett again and 45 minutes later I took delivery of my New 2023 Kawasaki KLR 650..Alex Beckett did a great job. He is very knowledgeable in all of the brands sold at Cycle Max. He also did a great job explaining all of the features of my new bike and the available upgrades if I choose to do so.I was very impressed with the whole Cycle Max Team. Great work!!!!!!!

I ve been shopping at Cycle Max for about a year now. I ve made a few purchases there now and can tell you that this is place not like the others. Tyler has been my guy for all of my purchases but the entire team is great. They have big shop inventory with a small local business feel.Due to my own stupidity I get to check out the service shop now as well. So far Alexa behind the counter has been awesome. I wouldn t expect anything less. Answering questions and even going over a quote part by part with me.The customer support at Cycle Max is what has made me a repeat customer. They ll answer any questions you have and never pressure you into a sale. If you re looking for a shop this is the one.

As a new rider purchasing my first motorcycle, there has been a lot for me to think about to get into the hobby. Alex Beckett took what could have been a very stressful purchasing experience and made things as easy as humanly possible for me. He maintained regular contact throughout the entire process, making sure that all my questions were answered and concerns assuaged. I d gladly do business with him again. In fact, everyone I met at the dealership was very cool and laid back. I would recommend him and the whole team at Cycle Max to anyone shopping for a motorcycle.

Recently I was looking for a (2010 honda Elite Nhx 110 ) in red, and I found one for sale by Cyclemax on cycletrader. It was advertised as $1,599. So when I called Cyclemax to inquire about the scooter, Brian told me the scooter is on consignment and I made an offer of $1,400. Brian told me that he'll call the owner and get back to me. They called me the day before Christmas to tell me that the owner accepted my offer. So I called them Tuesday morning since they were closed the following 4 days for xmas. They sent me a link by texted to send my deposit . 4 hours later Brian called me to tell me that they took a deposit from another candidate because the manager wanted to sell the scooter locally. I was like "huh" meaning Cyclemax is located in Pennsylvania and I'm from Long Island New York. I told them that they're being prejudiced because I'm from out of state. And the other candidate was paying full price. Whatever happened to first come first serve and reaching out to me to give a heads up. I was going to send to them my deposit midday because I wasn't able to submit my deposit with them until my lunch break at work. So I called to asked who was the manager and I would to speak with them. To find out that the guy Brian I was talking to was the manager all along, and he lied to me. That's very shady, unprofessional and a waste of time. This to me is bad business practice. I had to cancel my Rent-A-Car pickup truck reservation because I told them that I was coming for it I guaranteed it and they couldn't wait 2 hours for me to submit the deposit when I told him I was. Put it this way I'm a very generous person and I would have gave them a bigger tip then they would have made on commission for this . Cycle Max gets a f-. And my fiance was heartbroken because we wanted to buy a matching scooter so we could ride together because I I bought an identical Honda nhx scooter one month prior. So F/U Cyclemax for poor customer service, poor business ethics, and lying.

Just wanted to let everyone know what a great experience I had while shopping for a new Polaris ATV. I had visited numerous Polaris dealers before going to Cycle Max Tyler Durfor approached me and right away was very knowledgeable when discussing the purchase of a new ATV. Tyler actually pointed out some differences from another dealership that I was being taking advantage of without being disrespectful to the dealership that I had visited earlier that day. Cycle Max gave me a good deal with no pressure to purchase. I reached out to Tyler later that night and we discussed more numbers and closed the deal both Tyler and his manager stayed past closing to answer all my questions. The next day my bike was ready and delivered to me as promised . Thanks again to the Cycle Max team

My experience there was great, the salesman Alex was amazing! He answered every question I asked and more. On top of that he was the only one there and it was very busy. With his help I felt super comfortable buying my first four wheeler I will definitely be back and will be asking for Alex again.

After having a poor experience at another Polaris dealer, I tried Cycle Max. After one 5 minute phone call with salesman Tyler, all the past wrongs had been corrected. He went out of his way to make purchasing a vehicle as simple and as quick as possible. Tyler was friendly, honest, and extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process. When picking up the vehicle, it was approaching closing time. Nevertheless everyone we encountered was welcoming and thorough. Owning and operating an ATV is a completely new experience for us; including towing, tie-downs, maintenance etc, as evidenced by us fumbling with loading and securing the ATV. Staff Ritchie came over and instructed us on the proper way to secure a vehicle. Despite it being cold, dark and closing time, he was exceedingly considerate and patient. He was a life saver. Cycle Max is a top tier retailer with exceptional staff members and incomparable customer service, consider us customers for life. Thank you for a perfect experience.

Best people around Tyler absolutely knew what I was looking to do trade in and upgrade and I truly did going from an 05 883 to gsxr600 I went for the Harley for comfort and I learned to ride and now get to fly! and reminds me I am not alone in my fascination with motor sports!
