I need it information from Walmart auto center. I wanted to go over and have things done and pick things up in the store. No one would answer the phone.. I then proceeded to call the store manager. And I was on the phone for over 15 minutes waiting and I finally gave up. I will not be back in that store or any Walmart. They do not care about their customers it's all about the bottom line.

Able to get service and support even while states and many miles away from home. They where able to assist me with a road hazard issue and get me in some new tires.The only issue was having to set up an appointment but there took care of me.

Went in for an oil change, took 2.5 hours. Would have just picked up Oil and a filter to do it at home instead but was informed my car was already checked in soooo hands tied. Unless you have a refrigerator at home to fill and a birthday to shop for while you wait for your 2 hour photos and your car back.. I would recommend doing it yourself or spending the extra $20 at a fast lube center like valvoline or somewhere equivalent that will get you in and out a little quicker.

Don t go to this stupid place . I was waiting for pick up my tiers about hours Order was not complete in computer ( FedEx show me it s deliver day before .)I coming to pick up tiers and . no info in computer. Manager and Supervisor doesn t know what they need to do . It worse service ever. Never ever comeback to Walmart Auto Shop . They didn t find my order, they not professional( in computer and actually tiers too). Worse service ever . Never come back. I was looking my orders By my self . And on a final . I spend one hours to receive order. Crazy!!!!

I got an oil change a few weeks ago and now a tire stem replacement. Friendly, professional, and quick service. The mechanic remembered me and we had a friendly conversation.

Arrived to have new tires installed on my car and was the only person waiting... much to my surprise I was told tire installation had to be scheduled, when walmarts policy has always been first come first serve. No signs on policy change were displayed. Two mechanics doing nothing in the back as I was speaking to the counter person. Horrible service and perfessionalism.

I was sent on a wild goose chase all over the store about the tires I was picking up. The tires were sitting right there on a rack. I could tell no one wanted to give me the time to help. Finally one guy and a manager helped me. They were great. One of the guys was extremely rude to everyone and was giving me some dirty looks. They couldn t put my tires on since I got there around 6 and ran around trying to get my tires picked up. As I was putting my spare on I could here one guy bad mouthing from the shop. The same guy who was outside at quarter to 7 smoking cigarettes. I can see why they couldn t fit me in. I will never get tires from this place again. I learned my lesson. I m a boat mechanic so I understand no one wants to stay late but it was the bad attitudes, laziness and disrespect that lead me to never want to come back. I feel bad for that one guy who actually seemed like a decent guy and was willing to help me just pick my tires up so I can take them someplace else. Go any place else other than there.

Great service! There were several people ahead of me and they told me a time to be back. My car was done on time. Great prices. Best place to go for tires, oil changes, batteries. Highly recommend it!

Some times the service is very good and other times the service is so very slow. I know all the technicians and they know me. Used to be � better value than now previously

The guy with the voice in electronics is the best. If you been there, you know. Helpful and genuine. They could double down on the "hawking" of customers while at self check out. Bit of an annoyance, especially while trying to ring up groceries and wrestle a curious toddler trying to break free to run like forest looking for Jenny.

Absolutely horrible customer service!! My daughter ordered tires on line went to pick them up & was told it was a 3 hour wait because they were understaffed so she decided to come back at another time I went back today & was told it would be 1/2 hour to take it in to work on it then it would be another hour to finish the job. 2 hours later they hadn't even touched the car! They took in an oil change that came in after me and there were at least 3 auto techs standing around doing nothing!!!!!

I had 2 front bald tires and over a 800 miles to get home, AJ got us 2 tires in stock and had us out of there in a flash and we are home now safe and grateful for his professional service, thank you guys

I got a flat was as going to buy all new tires from here but the refused to change my cause the tires i had on my car didn't match what they said should be on my car. Guy was very rude and left us stranded in Walmart parking lot

Tried calling to inquire about my oil change and no one picks up their phone including the store phone. This also includes the Walmart in Mount Pocono and East Stroudsburg. Bet I'll screenshot this post and it won't get accepted.

Horrible, was told an hour and a half to two hours for tires, 2 and a half hours later they had yet to bring my car in, was told you re next, twice ( I wasn t ) 4 hours to get tires. If they had told me when I brought it in that it would take 4 hours, I would have gone elsewhere

Was just at the tire service to get a price on tires was treated rudely by a woman employee with purple hair that was so nasty asking us if we needed service if not go to the front of the store, while she didnt have her mask on her nose at all, and was just abrupt and nasty with my husband who just wanted to ask a question.

Horrible I went to get a new tire put on my car there were rude the man was rude and stupid he said the guy was leaving in 15 minutes and that he would not do it and then I could not make an appointment for tomorrow here I am a girl I had money willing to get my tire fixed and give them money this is why I don't like Walmart but sometimes it's just the only place to go

Hard to kerp going there....slow....I tried to get an oil change and whipper change...almost 3hrs later...oil change complete but they'd forgotten whippers
