I ran into a Trans issue with a new to my son truck, I called up on a Sun and a lady answered and advised me if I could get it there they could look at it on Monday. On Monday I got a call from Pete who explained what was going on and gave me a few options and actually talked me out of the more expensive of the two. I had my truck back on Wednesday and spoke with I believe a guy by the name of Cory who went over everything with me. The truck as of now is working great and the price was Fair. I had a very good experience ( they have done other work for me and so a lot for my buddies ). Staff is friendly including the lady and pup behind the counter. Thank you guys.

Called them spoke to a man named Jason at the front desk him and his guys went above and beyond helping me get my car back to 100 percent with a stress free experience. very polite respectful and professional recommend them for all your transmission needs

Answered the phone on a Saturday afternoon had my truck towed an hour away and had the transmission out rebuilt and back in ready for pickup by Tuesday morningSuper friendly easy to deal with and so far the truck has been working greatTransmission running 20 degrees cooler than it ever has . With a 2 year warrantyPete and Jason and crew are great

Fantastic guys that do an excellent job. I had personally spoken with the owner several times before and he walked me through some steps with the issue I was having in my 48re transmission. Ultimately I m not a transmission guy so I had them rebuild mine. They were super busy but got it done in a fairly quick amount of time, they did exactly what they said they were going to and were great guys to deal with. I ve put 5k miles on the transmission pulling my camper and flatbed and shifts amazing and pulls awesome since they beefed it up a bit. Would recommend them to anybody who needs transmission work because good shops are hard to find and they a great.Service: Transmission

I would rather travel to timbucktoo then have to come here ever again and I never will. When asking how much they charge in labour, I was told the overall price again. But then after they finished the job, they told me it was 100$ per hour. So when the calculations and price breakdown didn t make sense, I was met with anger by the owner. My car didn t need to be put on a lift, the valve body that needed replacement, was on the top of the transmission.. looking up the part online and calling around, it was 800$. So, they charged another 800$ for the work? I went up to the female owner and asked how much they charge for labour, she said 100$ per hour. And because they re had been two people working on it, it was double. THEY RE SOPHOMORE IN HIGH SCHOOL SON WAS THE OTHER PERSON! Naturally, I had more questions, and the owner proceeded to yell at me when I spoke to their son about why they re trying to con me. I guess they see a person in military uniform and think they re a cash cow to lie to.Edit to your response:I am not happy because you guys ripped me off, and lied. Your behaviour and how you acted when I asked questions isn t integrity, that was manic. Charging me double the price because two people had worked on the car? You saw a person in uniform, who needed a job done quickly and decided to rip them off. I couldn t stay longer to discuss the matter, due having to work. I m glad you re not denying your horrible actions. I will absolutely make sure that I share this experience with everyone.

I can't say enough good about these guys! Chris spent almost an entire day diagnosing my truck to ensure that the transmission needed to be replaced. I was fully prepared to replace it and keep on moving. Chris had the truck on the lift first thing Monday morning and went through everything. once we determined that it really did need to be replaced no time was wasted. i got the call mid Wednesday that i was all set. Best yet they installed under budget and well within time! Most shops wont take the time to make sure the problem is the problem. these guys do! Chris told me no matter what this install would not go over a certain price and he meant it! My hat is off to you guys, good to know there are still decent shops and people out there. next time one of my transmissions goes i know exactly where I'm going.

My truck needed a transmission I called for a quote they got back to me within minutes. I had the truck towed over on Monday and was advised it should be done by the end of the week. It was actually done by Thursday I am very pleased. They were very nice, professional and did exactly what they quoted.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Had a good experience with the first rebuild and having the work performed , but that transmission went out 3 weeks after being rebuilt , was in Memphis Tennessee when it went out. $1,700 tow bill to get home and $75 a day storage for my horse trailer to be stored down there for almost 2 weeks , had to cancel 2 weeks worth of scheduled work as well as pay for the horses to be transported to their destination , they did honor their warranty without any problemsService: Transmission

This is the very best place to take your transmission work to. They have excellent warranty and the owner and helpers are very courteous and down to earth. Very quick with work and getting it done. I've taken two vehicles there and I have had zero problems with them in last 5yrs. I would highly recommend them for all your transmission needs!

Excellent company. They rechecked my transmission found out it was a catalytic converter. They were more then gracious to help out. 5 start rating. They had the best price to fix my transmission I searched 5 places. You can't go wrong here.

Good customer service and they got my job done one day later than promised. The only issue I had was they forgot to tighten my battery cable and they don't clean the transmissions when they rebuild them. I had to smell burning transmission fluid for 2 weeks.

We at Serafini Transportation in Binghamton N.Y. have a fleet of 100 unitsand have been using Pete and his crew for nearly two years and we have had a great experience. What can I say... Everyone is friendly the price was great. The transmission was rebuilt faster than I could have imagined and it came with a 2 year/ 24000 mile warranty. One of the best experiences I've had auto related in a long time.

Not to mention the facility is clean / neat / and organized whichdefinitely shows Pete and his wife have pride and care about the business and to me means that they care about the customers and work they do for them.

My husband is a hotshot driver from Alabama who happened to breakdown in Pennsylvania on the way to deliver his first load back on the road after installing a new transmission in Alabama for the 3rd time in only a few months. (The "new" transmission he had bought was defective. Same with the 2nd and 3rd.) The company he bought the transmission from decided to just refund my husband's money instead of sending a 4th transmission which left him broke down, with no transmission, no labor warranty, and VERY strained financially. At this point all we could do was PRAY! Then God sent my husband an absolute angel on earth (Pete) who went above and beyond to get my husband back on the road safely and working again. I didn't have the pleasure of meeting this man but I hope he knows just how much of a blessing he has been to my family. My husband is a very hard working southern man who has had the absolute worst nightmare of a year. Thank God for people like Pete who went out of his way to help. He did a very good job and lifted my husband's crushed spirit at the same time. Thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart!! God bless you, and know that even from Alabama you have a new dedicated customer for as long as you have a shop.

These people are the best. We took our transmission to them to rebuild. They did the job in a couple days. Unfortunately the new torque converter was factory defective. I trailered the Durango up to them to swap out the converter. They replaced it and it is running great. I should mention that we drove a 100 miles to have them do it. Then they also reimbursed us for having to take it back for the torque converter issue. They stand by their word and work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Awsome mechanics!!! Regretfully have had to replace 3 transmissions with various used cars throughout the years,these guys are absolutely the best mechanics I've dealt with.They actually took the time to diagnose the issue with my 08 rogue (leaked out 5 quarts in 3 days) turns out it was a seal not the whole dam transmission.THEY ACTUALLY TOOK THE TIME TO DIAGNOSE THE TRANSMISSION !!!! INSTEAD OF JUST WRITING IT OFF AS A LOSS. Hats off to these guys simply amazing work ethic and professionalism.
