Stopped in last minute for a tire repair. A massive mail punctured my back driver side tire and I have no idea how to fix that. Made an appointment and the tote was fixed in no time. They even drove the car for a bit to reset the system so the warning light went off. Great and friendly service! Highly recommend!

Another Great Visit. It's nice speaking with the GM, Andrew , when you call for the estimate to ensure its all accurate. Very clean, and very fast. This visit was for New Spark Plugs on my Taco, got the oil changed, tires rotated and Rear Did fluids replaced. Awesome team at this location, I drive further just for this location.

Excellent service. They always take care of our cars there. I brought it in for something that they couldn t do, but they did everything they could to keep me running until I could get it fixed and didn t charge me.

I had to go to a tire shop last minute since my fianc� and I have to go on a road trip next week! Shaun is wonderful and looked at my tires and also provided me with all information I need regarding my tires and my car. He also provided helpful pricing info and even provided me with great price for everything I needed. Thanks Shaun and JWT!

They restored my faith in humanity by taking me as a walk in 175 miles from home with a broken down vehicle. These guys agreed to take a look at my BMW (a car they aren't very familiar with) as it was severely damaged with a mechanical problem causing violent vibrations and making the car undriveable. They drove it, put it up on the lift and ascertained that they think they know about what might be occurring but would not do the work because they are not BMW experts. They allowed me to keep the vehicle on their lot until I could arrange for a flat bed tow a week later. I asked for a bill and they refused to give me one....!!! Thanks!

Shaun was an absolute pleasure to talk to from the phone call prior to my tire appointment through installation! Such great service that it ll feel like less of an annoyance to go get them rotated when the time comes!

Excellent customer service, but during the wait, I had a bagel across the street that was unfortunately memorable for all the wrong reasons, in stark contrast to the outstanding oil change service I received!

This place has consistently been awesome. Sean the service manager has been upfront about timing and costs. We were able to get new tires same day. Another time they were able to patch my tire so I didn t need to buy a new one. We ve started coming here for oil changes as well now since we can get in same day and the service is always top notch.

Awesome staff here, very courteous and informative. Had 2 bad tires the 1st time I came and they quickly got them changed out. Down the line had an issue with a tire, they got the car in and looked at immediately and resolved the issue. If you need tires Sean and Jared will definitely get the job done for you!

10/10 recommend! Desperately needed a set of new tires over Memorial Day weekend and Jack Williams Honesdale really came through. Amazing service all around. The staff was awesome and we got a great set of tires at a really good price. Will be coming back for service and will let everyone know this is the place to go!

I made an appointment online and this morning and was assured the tires were in stock and that it could be done today if I could get my truck there as soon as possible so with in 30 minutes I had the vehicle there and someone to pick me up and after an hour I got a call that the tires were not in stock after I was assured they were and the guy inside was very rude and told me I had to sit down and wait to get my deposite back so they wasted my whole morning were very rude and lied and I didn t get my deposit back but luckily lost tires is able to fit me in and right down the road don t waste your time at jack Williams because they will just waste yours

Came in to replace tires and LOVED the service! John was so helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Very good price compared to what I was quoted at other shops. They did a great and speedy job and packaged my spare neatly. Will certainly be coming back for future work!

One of the best Tire Places around! After I got a piece of metal stuck in my tire, I used their online system to easily schedule a repair. Shaun and the entire crew was fast, and professional and let me know everything that was going on! I appreciate their help and their knowledge! 10/10

Absolutely amazing service. I came out to my car and discovered I had a flat tire. I called AAA for assistance, they put my donut on. The driver called Jack Williams tire for me and they said come right over. My tire was repaired quickly and efficiently. I m not from the area, but I m confident I will make it home safely! I can t thank you enough!

Went on a Sunday because I was losing air in my tire, the guy at the desk had me in in a reasonable amount of time and found the issue was a plug I had in prior. Got it taken care of quick and cheap. Friendly, quick service. I will be back in the future.

Had a leak in my tire, have been putting air in it everyday over the weekend, such a pain. So come Monday, they got me right in, found the leak and fixed it quickly. Always friendly and great service.

Shawn is amazing! It s the 4th of July Weekend and he saved the day. He quickly found the leak in the tire and I was back on the road in 20 minutes! Highly recommended this place to anyone! Very professional and went above and beyond to help me out! Thank you again Shawn!

I came to them on a Sunday afternoon, having ridden a donut tire for the final 25 miles to my Poconos destination for vacation. After getting a flat. Vacation was off to a bad start.Sean got a new tire on within a half hour. Not only did he give me a great deal, he also put the donut, jack and other components back in my cargo bay neatly, so I was ready for the week.Thank you for all the help. I recommend this group to anyone who needs tires in the Poconos!
