I cannot say enough good things about this team. My son said all he wanted to do for his birthday was see a Tractor parade. Well, that's a hard one, so I thought maybe they'd have some kids tractor stuff. They went above and beyond and let gum sit on mowers, point out and look at literally every piece of equipment big or small, and pick out a special birthday hat. Not only is this a great place, with great people, but what a community. Thanks guys, you made my little dudes third birthday the best!

Garbage. Takes forever to fix your mower. Then never tells you when they are done, so charges you rent till you pick up. Never tells you what was wrong, just says it's fixed. Lousy service. Be better.

I have 2 JD tractors, one was bought here a 1025r and my lawn mower that I've had for a while. My lawn tractor has had issues last year and it went in over the winter to be serviced. I was told that they repaired it and was over $300 to fix. I didnt mind the price and not really my issue with them. We've been mowing about 3 or 4 weeks now and everytime it is doing the same thing. So I called up Jason the SM and told him the issue. We scheduled a date for it to go back in. That day went by and no show or call. I called in and he said driver had an issue. I worked as a SM in a different field and understand things happen. We schedule another day for it to be picked up. That day came and went, again no show and no call. I call in and speak to Jason and he tells me driver had to go to NY and is to stop by and PU my tractor on the way back in. Ok, sounds good. I leave it outside and nobody stops by. The next day I thought about calling in but figured it would be more lip service given and no action. I guess I'll find a small engine repair person to fix it.

Just purchased a second tractor at this location which was a 2025R subcompact and was very pleased with both the sales and service departments for helping me answer any questions I've always had. I was especially pleased with Doug the sales person who has always properly replied to my messages concerning any issues I've had with any equipment I have ever purchased there. Thanks Doug.

Needed a drive belt for my john deere rsx850i they didn't have it in stock was told they can get it the next day but would have to pay for fast shipping which I was fine with. He told me he would call me when it arrived. Next day came no call went to go call and it said they closed at 12 and it was 1:30 when I called wish I knew they closed earlier. Now I caint take my utv to the trails thanks to a company who caint deliver on their word. I would never step into that place to buy anything.

Just bought a 1025r subcompact tractor with some attachments and they delivered it and went over everything with me. It was very easy to deal with Kyle the salesperson and he did an amazing job through the whole process.

Kyle in sales was busy in his office on his computer so we had to wait 5 minutes for him.He was not very friendly, acting more like we were bothering him to have to walk in the back to see the 100 series lawn tractors.I asked him why I should buy the Deere and not a Husqvarna? He asked what engine was in the H. We said Briggs and Stratton. He said that is same as the Deere. And that s it. He had absolutely no reason as to why I should buy a JD. Not a spectacular salesman.He did let us know that the 6 tractors we saw were spoken for but he has many in stock, in boxes that have to be assembled. They are running on a two week delay. (I found it curious that there were 5-6 young men standing in the parts department, chatting when we arrived and when we left).Needless to say tomorrow we get our brand new Husqvarna TS142. From a dealer that appreciates customers and doing business. It has a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty. JD only has 2 years.What a shame. After having and loving our JD lawn tractor for 20 years, one useless person in one sad and disappointing dealership ruins the John Deere Legacy for me.

Bernie B1 reviewin the last weekI spent over $50,000 in new John Deere, Stihl, and Honda all from Lindsey equipment in Ashley pa (Same company different location) I had a Honda push mower in for repair and was told it needed a new crank. I paid nearly $400 for the work. I picked it up and it did not sound right it was smoking upon startup but I was assured by the tech it was normal and they rings had to seat. I was told to just run it and sure enough the engine blew up within 5 hours of use. The service dept refused to accept fault for not correctly completing the work. Now the engine is completely shot and seized. This is the way Lindsey equipment treats great customers that spend considerable money. Imagine how they will treat you on a smaller purchase. NEVER AGAIN. You can see why they have reviews turned off on their Facebook and other social media. Shame on you Lindsey Equipment you are a sad excuse for a business. That is not how you should treat any customer especially one that spends tens of thousands ever single year. Hope the $400 you stuck me for was worth it.

I took my lawnmower there for a toon up and to put the belt back on it kept coming off 8 days later they said it was done i took it home and the belt come right off i went back they said they fixed it and i took it back home started it and it came right off now im going there for the third time just for the belt, on top of all this they lost my keys... So my advice is if u live an hour away like do don't go here because you will be going back a lot for the same problem....

Called of a part that was promised for the next day, which did not come in for 3 more days, and when it did come the price was 50% higher then originally quoted. I could have got the part shipped direct to me for 20% less then I paid

It's ok if you like spending lots of money on a John deer ! But there's other places you can buy equipment much cheaper ! But there local an close to home

A mechanic with experience and knowhow. That's what you're getting. Service your equipment here and reduce your headaches. Worth it.
